"Deadpool & Wolverine" officially secured a hard R rating -- but don't expect any sex or nudity this time around ... although, we've learned Disney isn't to blame for that.

Here's the deal ... the official MPA rating is kinda historic -- it's the first R-rated flick in the Marvel Cinematic Universe -- and like fans were promised, it ain't for children under 17. However, eagle-eyed moviegoers noticed something was missing from this 3rd installment of the Ryan Reynolds franchise ... naked bodies.

'D & W' is rated-R for "strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore and sexual references" -- whereas the the previous 2 installments included nudity and sex acts.

First up, on "TMZ Live," Harvey and Charles break down the latest lawsuit against Kanye ... including some very lewd videos and text messages he allegedly sent to a former assistant.

Nine months after Elon Musk hooked up a remote Amazon tribe to the internet, there's been some major issues -- mainly a porn addiction ravaging the community's young men.

The Marubo tribe's elders have come forward to admit that while the Tesla founder's Starlink service was initially a huge celebration for them, it's all turned into a mess ... 'cause some of the previously chaste tribe's men are now displaying "aggressive sexual behavior."

One tribesman, Alfredo Marubo, spoke to The New York Times about it ... saying some men are even sharing explicit videos in group chats, and he's concerned they're gonna want to mimic the graphic content they're seeing on screen.

Louisiana lawmakers have put their support behind a bill that could see convicted pedophiles and child molesters being ordered to undergo surgical castration.

The bill received final approval from lawmakers Monday ... and is now heading to the desk of Governor Jeff Landry, who will make the final decision on whether it becomes a law.

ICYMI ... The proposed law would allow judges to sentence surgical castration, as well as prison time, to someone convicted of aggravated sex crimes -- rape, incest, molestation, etc. -- against a minor under the age of 13.

Henry Jarecki -- an award-winning psychiatrist and Hollywood movie producer -- is being dragged to court by one of Jeffrey Epstein's accusers ... a woman who claims Jarecki sexually assaulted and trafficked her.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Jarecki was a close associate of Epstein's, and someone JE relied on as part of Epstein's sex-trafficking operation. She claims Epstein sent her to Jarecki for mental-health treatment and instead of helping her as a psychiatrist, Jarecki raped her.

In the docs, the woman claims she came to the United States around 2010 through a modeling agency but couldn't legally work because she did not have a visa, and she ended up being introduced to Epstein, who she claims began sexually abusing her and controlling her entire life.

X -- previously known as Twitter -- has tweaked its rules ... now, formally allowing NSFW content to be posted on the site, even though it's low-key always been on there.

People have been sharing explicit porn on Elon Musk's social media platform for a while now since there were no rules against it. But, over the weekend, the site officially announced X-rated content is now allowed -- but with a few caveats.

According to their updated Adult Content Policy, X states, "You may share consensually produced and distributed adult nudity or sexual behavior, provided it's properly labeled and not prominently displayed."

Brandon McManus -- a former Super Bowl champion who signed a big free-agent deal with Washington in March -- has just been cut by the Commanders ... following allegations he sexually assaulted two flight attendants last year.

The women made the claims against the 32-year-old kicker in a lawsuit that was filed in Duval County, Fla. last month.
