The woman accused of shooting at Rihanna's house while the singer was inside seems to have taken cops on a trip through Los Angeles after the incident ... according to just-released dispatch audio of her arrest.

In the recording, obtained by TMZ, cops appear to tail Ivanna Lisette Ortiz in a white Tesla Model 3 as she drove into the parking lot of a shopping center.

According to the audio ... it appears the suspect got out of the car, getting down on her knees as officers approached her vehicle.

The woman accused of firing shots into Rihanna's Los Angeles home was previously involuntarily committed under Florida's Baker Act and later lost custody of her 10-year-old child ... TMZ has learned.

Hal Roen, attorney for Ivanna Lisette Ortiz's ex-husband, Jed Nikko Valdez Sangalang, tells TMZ ... Ortiz was previously "Baker Acted" in Florida prior to 2023 ... meaning she was placed in a psychiatric facility against her will under state law, which permits up to 72 hour involuntary or voluntary psychiatric holds.

Roen describes her as "articulate" and "very believable," adding, "If you sit down with her, she's very convincing. But she does bizarre things," referencing the alleged Rihanna house incident Sunday.

The suspected shooter, Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, allegedly fired off several shots from her vehicle at the residence ... but luckily RiRi and her youngsters were not injured, our sources said.

Authorities have released the name of the female suspect accused of firing gunshots into Rihanna's home on Sunday.

According to law enforcement sources, the suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz.

Ortiz was booked for attempted murder, with bail set at $10,225,000. She remains in custody.

Paramedics rushing to the mass shooting in Austin, Texas early Sunday got blocked by a Waymo vehicle ... preventing EMS from rapidly responding to the crime scene to provide aid, according to a new report.

Austin's KXAN-TV reports ... Matthew Turnage ordered a Waymo using his Uber app around 2 AM after he left a club near Buford's Backyard Beer ... where 2 people had just been shot to death and 14 others injured. 

As the Waymo was trying to pick up Turnage and his friends, the self-driving taxi reportedly stopped in the middle of the street, blocking an ambulance and emergency service personnel from getting to Buford's quickly to help the victims.

The Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL) is suspending all games after Monday's tragic shooting during a boys' co-op hockey game in Pawtucket.

Michael Lunney, the organization's executive director, released a statement on Tuesday, stating they will temporarily postpone all games out of respect for those affected by the "senseless act of violence."

8:10PM PT -- The suspect in the Pawtucket ice rink shooting has been identified as 56-year-old Robert Dorgan -- who also went by the name Roberta Esposito -- Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves announced during a press conference Monday night.

Authorities have not released the names of the victims, but stated that the shooting was “targeted” and seemed to stem from a family-related dispute.

Video has surfaced of the fatal shooting during a hockey game at an ice rink in Rhode Island on Monday, showing the crowd and players rushing for cover after a gunman opened fire, in a terrifying display of violence.

The tragedy occurred around 2 PM at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, RI -- five miles northeast of Providence -- when a man began shooting during the Coventry and Blackstone Valley Schools' game.

CCTV captured the horrifying moment as shots began to ring out ... showing fans in the stands taking cover while players dove for safety in the box.

A Royal Canadian Mounted Police deputy commissioner said that person was in serious condition Wednesday. It was originally reported 9 people were killed.

An unidentified shooter unleashed horror in a remote town in northeastern British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday ... killing 9 people and wounding 25 others in what’s now the third-deadliest mass shooting in the country’s history.

Six victims were found dead in Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, and another died while being transported to the hospital, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said in a statement. The shooter was found dead from what they believe to be a "self‑inflicted injury."

Approximately 27 people were injured in the shooing, two of whom were airlifted to a hospital with "serious or life‑threatening injuries."
