Taylor Frankie Paul Turned Down Sweetheart Custody Deal
Taylor Frankie Paul rejected a temporary custody agreement which would have afforded her substantially more supervised time with two of her kids ... TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the proposed custody agreement Taylor turned down tell TMZ ... her ex, Tate Paul, proposed giving Taylor approximately 35% parenting time with her 8-year-old daughter, Indy, and a 6-year-old son, Ocean, while the juvenile court case remains pending.
We're told the proposed schedule -- which was offered to Taylor on Monday -- included visits every other weekend from Friday through Monday, as well as a midweek overnight visit.

Taylor Frankie Paul & Ex Dakota Cop Connected to Case Asks ChatGPT For Answers

Here's the deal ... when Dakota and his roommate, Timothy Cru Eaton, called police on June 5, Bluffdale Police Officer Chad Cady responded ... and, according to 2KUTV, it didn't take him long to seek answers from artificial intelligence.
Cops say Dakota told them he thought Taylor hired a private investigator to tail him ... a potential violation of a protective order in place which prohibits Taylor from directly or indirectly stalking Dakota.
Officers say they spoke to a man named Christopher Gulbraa -- a private investigator -- who quickly became cagey ... refusing to tell officers who hired him or who he was tailing.
At this point, body cam footage shows Cady whip out his phone and ask ChatGPT if a private eye could violate a protective order.

We first reported on the DCFS petition ... and Taylor's legal team said juvenile court was a "common step" for families.
