Gisele shot a music video on Melrose yesterday. We tried asking about her errand boy's condition, but she was as silent as she is smokin' hot.

Looks like Gisele is going to need to give her errand boy a few weeks off.

Sources tell TMZ Tom Brady underwent successful surgery on Monday to repair the torn ligaments in his knee. You'll remember Brady tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee back on September 7.

We're told the surgery was performed by Dr. Neal S. El Attrache of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. Brady probably will be on crutches for the next week or two -- so picking up the dry cleaning and walking the dog will have to be taken care of by someone else.

According to Forbes, the supermodel takes in $35 million, whereas Brady's salary cap figure with the Patriots is $14.7 mil. Of course, those figures don't take Tom's endorsements -- which hovered around $9 mil for 2007 -- into account.

Also not included: Whatever Gisele pays him to be her errand boy.

Paps tried to flatter her with flowers, but the only one buttering her up is that damn lucky wardrobe assistant ... and maybe Tom -- when he's good.

Saturday, he was on duty as ever, buying poo-paper for the Bundchen household.

Hopefully, Tommy boy made it home in time to prepare Gisele's lunch and run her a bath.
