Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun got grilled on Capitol Hill this week ... and he just admitted the aerospace giant has a history of retaliation against whistleblowers.

The Boeing boss was in D.C. Tuesday -- where he was appearing before U.S. senators for a hearing meant to address all the issues at Boeing lately -- and he was asked straight-up about whistleblowers speaking truth to power ... acknowledging for a fact retaliation happens.

Pressed if Boeing fired any staffers who were responsible for the retaliation, Calhoun was unable to give any specific numbers ... but he said retaliation is a thing at Boeing and people have been fired as a result. He promised Senator Blumenthal to get him specifics.

"Love Island Games" champion Jack Fowler is ripping an airline over an allergic reaction he says he suffered on a flight ... accusing the company of not taking food allergies seriously.

Jack just shared what he characterizes as a travel nightmare on social media, claiming he was flying Emirates when he was served a cashew nut ... despite allegedly warning flight attendants multiple times about his severe nut allergy.

The reality star says he had difficulty breathing and needed oxygen and an EpiPen after being served a chicken dish with nuts in it ... suggesting death was a "real possibility."

Dr. Oz's medical knowledge came in handy on his flight to Mexico this week ... 'cause the celebrity doc treated a fellow passenger during a health scare up in the air, TMZ has learned.

Check out this footage, obtained by TMZ, that shows Oz vigilantly tending to another traveler, whom we're told was going in and out of consciousness an hour into Friday's flight from NYC to Cabo San Lucas.

Dr. Oz has confirmed the medical incident, telling TMZ ... he was en route to a wedding when he heard flight attendants asking for medical help, and he answered the call.

A violent road rage fight at LAX caused some serious collateral damage ... in the form of an elderly woman getting knocked out cold ... and it's all on video.

"SkyWest flight 5121, operating as United Express from Joplin, MO to Chicago O’Hare diverted to Peoria, IL Thursday morning and was met by paramedics to attend to a passenger in medical distress. We appreciate the efforts of our crewmembers who responded quickly to assist and the medical personnel who met the aircraft."

A child died Thursday after suffering a medical emergency aboard a flight ... despite the crew's best efforts to resuscitate her.

The two people who were electrocuted at a Mexican resort hot tub have now been identified -- and sadly, one of them has died as a result of the incident ... so say local officials.

According to the attorney general's office for the state of Sonora ... the individuals who were shocked while in the jacuzzi at a hotel in Puerto Peñasco are actually a married American couple from El Paso, TX ... and their names are Jorge Guillen and Lizzette Zambrano.

Per local authorities, Jorge died as a result of an electrical discharge that went off while they were both in the water ... and Lizzette is said to be in critical condition at a hospital.

This video is making the rounds on social media, and it purports to capture the moments after at least two individuals were zapped in a jacuzzi at a hotel Tuesday evening near Puerto Peñasco along the Gulf of California.

The footage shows a big crowd standing around a hot tub on the grounds ... and you can see one man get yanked out by others, while another person is laid out flat on their back.

Two people ended up in the hospital after a small floatplane collided with a pleasure boat in Vancouver -- and the video footage is jaw-dropping ... 'cause it uses the vessel like a ramp.

Check out the chaos unfold from Saturday -- the Harbour Air floatplane was prepping for takeoff when it collided with the boat, not able to lift up off the water in time ... and the impact was so intense, it sent the boat spinning towards the plane before it started sinking.

BTW ... there's another angle of the impact, and it's just as dramatic watching it from the back.

Another day, another mid-air fiasco -- this time, an Austrian Airlines plane lost its cockpit nose after a hailstorm pounded the aircraft up in the sky.

Check out the pic ... the commercial jet's nose was smashed during its trip from Mallorca, Spain to Vienna, Austria after flying through a "thunderstorm cell" ... wrecking not only the nose, but also the cockpit windows, and some coverings.

In fact, a mayday call was made because of the damage -- especially because the severe weather the crew faced never showed up on the cockpit's radar.

A Disneyland employee died Friday after sustaining injuries in a golf cart accident ... according to the Anaheim Police Department.

The incident occurred Wednesday -- APD said in a statement released Saturday -- saying police, fire and rescue personnel arrived at Disneyland just before 11:30 AM PT.

Cops say the victim suffered a head injury after falling from a moving golf cart that occurred backstage, not within the park grounds where patrons are allowed.

Comedian Clayton English is thanking Tyler Perry for putting a brighter spotlight on his racial profiling lawsuit ... and says his run-in with airport cops has him thinking some Black cops absolutely discriminate against Black citizens.

The comedic actor filed suit against the Clayton County Police Department -- along with fellow comedian Eric André -- for separate incidents of alleged racial profiling they experienced at Atlanta's Harstfield-Jackson Airport.

English says he was walking down the jet bridge to board a flight -- having already gone through security and getting his ticket scanned -- when officers stopped him and hit him with a barrage of questions.

1:22 PM PT -- Air Canada released a statement on this incident, acknowledging they did have an engine issue on this plane -- while noting the engine itself wasn't on fire, despite how it looked.

They write, "Our pilots are highly skilled professionals well trained to safely manage such incidents and in this case the situation was quickly stabilized as per our standard procedures and the aircraft landed normally." They say the passengers were able to deplane safely.

Tyler Perry's sick of alleged racial profiling at his local airport ... blasting cops for what he sees as the disproportionate stopping of Black people after they're already past TSA.

The film and TV mogul wrote an op-ed for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Thursday ... offering his take after a couple of fellow entertainers filed a lawsuit in 2022 for allegedly getting stopped at ATL's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

In the piece, TP breaks down the case made by the two comedians in the lawsuit -- Eric André and Clayton English -- who say they were stopped for no reason while just a few steps away from boarding separate flights several months apart in 2021.
