Missing Texas Teen Body Confirmed as Camila Olmos ... Death Ruled Suicide

A body found in a field in Texas Tuesday evening has been identified as missing 19-year-old Camila Mendoza Olmos, who disappeared on Christmas Eve ... and local law enforcement says she took her own life.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday the body was confirmed as Camila, and the medical examiner ruled her death a suicide ... a gunshot wound to the head.

As we reported, Bexar County and FBI investigators found the corpse around 4:40 to 4:45 PM local time Tuesday amid a frantic weeklong search for Camila in the San Antonio area.

Authorities in Texas discovered a body on Tuesday during their ongoing search for 19-year-old Camila Mendoza Olmos, who disappeared after leaving her home on Christmas Eve, police said.

Bexar County Sheriff deputies and FBI agents were scouring a field near Olmos' house Tuesday afternoon when they stumbled upon the corpse, according to Sheriff Javier Salazar.

Salazar said the Medical Examiner will identify the remains over the next couple days and determine a cause of death.

As you know ... Ashlee was arrested for Melodee's murder Tuesday after her daughter initially went missing in October. Authorities say Melodee's body was found earlier this month in Utah in an area where she and Ashlee allegedly traveled together.

Tatyana Remley -- an equestrian who pleaded guilty to plotting to have her estranged husband murdered -- committed suicide last week ... and TMZ has video of responders attempting to save her life.

Watch the just-released video ... you can see police huddled over her body while one performs rhythmic compressions on Tatyana's lifeless chest last Thursday. Her body is lying on a walkway adjacent to what seems to be the outdoor seating of a restaurant.

Passersby gawk at the scene as police try valiantly to save her life, but to no avail. TMZ can confirm Tatyana died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head outside a San Diego bar.

The body of a 9-year-old California girl has been found two months after she vanished during an impromptu mother-daughter trip ... leading to the arrest of her mother.

Authorities say Melodee Buzzard’s body was found in Utah earlier this month, and her mother, Ashlee Buzzard, was taken into custody Tuesday in connection with the child’s death.

Officials confirmed Melodee was found in an area she had traveled to with her mom back in October ... and investigators believe she was killed there before her disappearance made headlines, KABC-TV reports.

Rob & Michele Reiner's Son Nick In Court For First Time Since Murders

Nick Reiner -- who is charged with killing his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner -- appeared in court today for the first time since the couple's unspeakable murders.

Nick was seated behind glass in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday for a very brief appearance ... and he did not enter a plea. His arraignment was continued to Jan. 7 ... he remains held without bail.

Nick was wearing a suicide-prevention smock in the courtroom, according to multiple reports, and before the hearing, the judge ruled that media could not shoot video or snap photos of Nick.

During the hearing, Nick spoke only once ... the judge asked him to confirm he was waiving his right to a speedy arraignment and Nick replied, "Yes, your honor."

Surveillance footage shows the moment Nick Reiner was swarmed by police and arrested for allegedly murdering his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner.

The NY Post obtained video from Nick's Sunday arrest near the USC campus in downtown Los Angeles ... and you see Nick standing on the corner when a bunch of police cars pull up, and officers hop out and throw him in a pair of handcuffs.

LAPD released still images from the arrest Monday, but this is the first video to emerge.

Nick Reiner's attorney Alan Jackson is getting a close look at the crime scene where Nick's parents -- Rob and Michele -- were stabbed to death ... he's just been spotted visiting the home where the couple's bodies were found by their daughter Sunday.

Jackson was fresh from the courthouse, where Nick WASN'T seen today, because he didn't have medical clearance to appear in court.

Watch the video ... you can see Jackson march down the usually quiet road flanked by news crews, causing a commotion with his arrival. Jackson carries a file with him, which he uses to gesture to his team, possibly instructing them on their first moves.

Rob & Michele Reiner Murders D.A. Says Death Penalty Is On The Table ... Son Nick Charged With Murder

3:30 PM PT -- Nick Reiner has formally been charged. The L.A. County District Attorney's Office announced Reiner is charged with "two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders. He also faces a special allegation that he personally used a dangerous and deadly weapon, a knife." Reiner's arraignment has not been scheduled.

1:15 PM PT -- Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman came out swinging in his latest comments on the Rob and Michele Reiner double-murder case ... he says the death penalty is on the table if their son, Nick Reiner, is convicted of murdering his parents.

Hochman says Nicks is going to be charged with two counts of first-degree murder, and he says the charges come with stiff penalties, if convicted ... a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, or even the death penalty.

The D.A. was quick to say there's been no final decision on going after the death penalty here, but the fact he even mentioned it right off the bat is pretty interesting.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman and LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell are set to hold a press conference at 1 PM PT to update the public on the Rob and Michele Reiner double-murder case.

As we reported ... Rob and Michele's 32-year-old son Nick was arrested on suspicion of killing his parents after they were found stabbed to death in their Brentwood, California home Sunday afternoon.

Nick's first court appearance in connection with the murders was scheduled for today, but was taken off the books after he was not medically cleared to appear in court. His attorney told TMZ this morning he has not received any filing yet from prosecutors.

Here's the scoop ... Idaho's most infamous mass killer is incarcerated in long-term restrictive housing at Idaho Maximum Security Institution, so he has very little access to any activities, according to Sanda Kuzeta-Cerimagic, a spokeswoman for the Department of Correction.

Kuzeta-Cerimagic said Kohberger and his fellow inmates in the restrictive unit are shuffled around in shackles, making it harder for correction officers to move them about the prison for special Xmas activities.
