Mackenzie Shirilla Loses Latest Appeal Fight
The Ohio Supreme Court has shut down Mackenzie Shirilla's appeal once again ... rejecting her motion Tuesday.
Shirilla had asked the court to reconsider their previous denial of her appeal ... but the court is standing its ground.
According to the Columbus Dispatch, the court said in its ruling ... "It is ordered by the court that the motion for reconsideration in this case is denied."
She had taken her appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court back in June, which they denied.

JP was accused of cyberstalking his late wife, Mica Miller, for nearly three years and lying to police. He was indicted by a grand jury in December 2025 but posted a $100K bond.
According to docs obtained by TMZ, the conditions of JP's release, as the case remains pending, require that he not travel outside South Carolina without authorization from the probation office, not excessively use alcohol, and not possess any weapon, including a firearm.

Authorities say the chaos unfolded when the 49 year old woman allegedly stabbed a man and then a woman in less than 30 seconds. NYPD officers rushed to the scene, where they encountered the woman still armed with a knife.
Wild video captures the tense confrontation as officers repeatedly ordered her to drop the weapon. Police say the woman instead threatened to kill the officers while advancing toward them with the knife, prompting them to open fire.

Closing arguments in Lindsay Clancy's triple-murder trial just wrapped up.
The final pitches -- from prosecutors and the defense -- came after more than 20 days of testimony in the Massachusetts mother’s closely watched trial.
Lindsay is accused of strangling her three children -- 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan -- and then attempting suicide inside their home in January 2023.
She has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder ... with her defense arguing she was suffering from postpartum psychosis, and, therefore, not criminally responsible for the killings.

Yesterday, after clear conflicts with our editorial standards and processes, we informed Romano that we were not moving forward with her essay and informed the court that she is no longer credentialed by Vanity Fair."
Romano went viral on Monday, when a camera panning the courtroom caught her in the front row of the gallery ... she mugged for the camera, with a super creepy smile ... and even freaking winked.

Lindsay Clancy Judge Says No to Mistrial Bid
Lindsay Clancy will not be getting a mistrial ... after the judge shot down her defense team's request Monday following controversial testimony about religion.
The drama unfolded during testimony from forensic psychologist Dr. Kirk Heilbrun, who brought up Clancy's belief that she and her children would be together in heaven ... and referenced Catholic teachings on suicide being a "mortal sin."
Clancy's attorney immediately objected and asked for a mistrial, calling the testimony "over the top ... talking about religion, talking about heaven, talking about killing people and the impact it would have on Lindsay as well as her children."
But Judge William Sullivan said no dice.
