Tia Mowry and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict reached a new agreement over custody of their two kids ... TMZ has learned.

Per court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tia and Cory agreed neither will go to the other’s home except upon invitation by the other parent or for an agreed-upon custody exchange.

The deal also noted that Tia agrees to let Cory hang out with the kids during her custodial time, but says the time must be “spent with both minor children" unless certain circumstances prevent that from happening.

Kim Kardashian is getting heat from fans for posting photos of herself partying with her sisters just after her grandmother died -- but the SKIMS founder says she has a logical explanation for it all.

KK posted a series of pics on Instagram Thursday, showing her, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner on a boat having the time of their lives, with Kendall swigging tequila. There were also pics of the rest of the fam enjoying their time on vacation.

This came just minutes before their mom, Kris Jenner, announced on her IG that her mother, Mary Jo -- AKA "MJ" -- had died.     

Milania Giudice's sense of humor wasn't dampened by the handcuffs on her wrists or her surroundings in the back of a cop car ... because she still managed to laugh at something during her assault arrest ... and it's all on video.

The Montville Township Police Department on Friday released footage from Milania's May arrest in New Jersey ... she's in the back of a squad car, with her hands cuffed behind her back when all of a sudden she smiles wide and laughs.

The door is open and the officers are standing just outside ... and Milania is talking to them with a grin and chuckle.

Noah Alexander Gerry -- a star on the hit show "Station 19" -- has been arrested ... TMZ has learned.

According to online booking records, Noah was taken into custody in Burbank on Monday and booked on two charges ... damage/vandalism of a property exceeding $400 and possession of graffiti tools. He was released without bail.

A rep for the actor told TMZ, "I don't know the specifics of this incident, but I will go on record to say that over many years representing Noah, I have known him to be an amazing human being; kind, mindful, responsible and very talented as an actor and as an artist."

In addition to his work on "Station 19," Noah has a variety of acting credits over the last 15 years ... appearing on shows like Disney's "A.N.T. Farm" and the Nickelodeon show "Henry Danger" before grabbing a long-running role in "The Young and the Restless" and a few appearances on "Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin."

Andrew Truelove -- the alleged "TODAY" show intruder -- got to live out one of his dreams when he called Craig Melvin the n-word ... at least according to cops, who claim he told folks that was on his bucket list.

NYPD released a narrative based on conversations with a couple of people who say they were there ... and one person told them they saw Truelove walk into the 30 Rock lobby and follow an employee into a restricted area of the building.

Another individual -- also anonymous, though it appears to be Craig -- says they saw a defendant at the bottom of a stairwell ... who yelled out their name and then asked for Al Roker.

Officers say they've been informed Truelove "proceeded to take steps toward Informant 2 and stated in substance, you're a n*****. I am informed by Informant 2 that the defendant's conduct made him fear for his safety."

'FBoy Island' alum Casey Johnson is officially leaving the dating game behind ... marrying influencer Shay Sullivan in a stunning wedding at a castle in Italy ... TMZ has learned.

The couple tied the knot at Castello di Celsa in Tuscany on Tuesday, surrounded by over 40 family and friends.

Shay made the most of the picturesque setting with multiple bridal looks ... first posing in a glamorous white halter gown featuring sculpted pleats, a plunging neckline, a matching headscarf, oversized sunglasses, and a white handbag.

She later changed into a dramatic strapless ball gown with an intricately embellished corset bodice and a sweeping skirt for the ceremony.

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Miranda Hope's ex Chase McWhorter cut a plea deal with prosecutors in his DUI case ... and it looks like he's going to avoid jail time.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chase pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and, in exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop the other charges and recommend probation, community service, and a substance abuse evaluation, instead of jail time. The judge signed off on the deal.

Chase was ordered to pay a $1,383 fine, complete 48 hours of community service, and serve a year of probation.

The upcoming "God Of War" series hit a major snag after the show's star got injured on set ... and now he's being left in the dust due to the long recovery time.

TMZ broke the news ... Ryan Hurst -- who plays Kratos in the crazy popular video game adaptation -- tore his bicep while filming a stunt ... and the injury requires surgery.

The recovery window for such brutal damage is just too far out for Amazon Studios ... and Deadline reports Hurst will be recast so production can get underway sooner.

The man accused of barging into the "TODAY" show and confronting Craig Melvin was marched out of an NYPD precinct Thursday ... hours after allegedly slipping past security at 30 Rock.

Check out the video ... Andrew Truelove, who police say is behind the incident, was led out of the station in handcuffs Thursday afternoon. As photographers shouted questions, he asked, "So, you actually heard about what I did?" before repeating the question and saying he'd been cooperative as officers escorted him away.

TMZ broke the story ... Truelove allegedly entered the building from the "TODAY" plaza Thursday morning and made his way into a restricted area after first asking staffers for Al Roker.

Matt Brown -- the "Alaskan Buch People" star -- was cremated, not buried, after he died by suicide ... TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, Matt's ashes were given to the Okanogan County Crematory on June 24.

As you know ... Matt died on May 27 -- and the Okanogan County Coroner later determined he died by suicide via a single gunshot wound to the head. He was found in the fast-moving river by a private search party.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko believes his ex-wife is trying to alienate him from their children and replace him as their father figure ... with her fiancé!

Gleb's currently fighting for emergency custody, and in his declaration he says Elena Samodanova's using Instagram to cut him out of his daughters' lives.

Gleb alleges his daughter, Zlata, had an Instagram handle that included his last name ... but he alleges Elena changed it to drop his name.

Kris Jenner's beloved mother Mary Jo -- known as MJ -- is dead.

Kris announced her mom's death Thursday morning in a heartfelt post to social media post ... saying, "Today, we said goodbye to my beautiful Mommy MJ. There are no words that could ever capture what she has meant to me or the heartbreak of having to say goodbye."

Kris added ... "My mom was the heart of our family. She taught me everything that truly matters… to love your family fiercely, to be kind, to show up for the people you love, and to never take a single moment together for granted."

Layla Taylor isn't hiding her new romance anymore ... 'cause TMZ obtained photos of the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star packing on the PDA with her girlfriend during a family outing to a California theme park.

The reality TV star was spotted Thursday morning strolling through Legoland with her unidentified partner ... holding hands and embracing.

At one point, Layla draped her arm around her girlfriend's shoulders while they took in the miniature Las Vegas display. In another moment, the pair held hands as they wandered through the park, and Layla appeared to keep reaching for her partner, staying close the entire time.

3:19 PM PT -- The man who allegedly stormed NBC's "TODAY" show offices, lunged at Craig Melvin and called him the N-word is now facing a slew of hate crime charges ... TMZ has learned.

11:05 AM PT -- NBC News' TODAY tells TMZ ... "There was a security incident this morning at the TODAY show studio. An individual entered an unauthorized area in a vestibule near Studio 1A. The person approached anchor Craig Melvin, who alerted security. The individual was detained and taken into custody by law enforcement without further incident. There was no altercation, and no one was injured."

They continue ... "TODAY is cooperating fully with law enforcement as they investigate the matter. NBC and TODAY take the safety and security of our employees, talent, staff and guests extremely seriously. We are reviewing the incident and our security protocols and remain committed to providing a safe and secure environment for everyone who works at and visits our studios."

A terrifying security breach rocked the "TODAY" show Thursday morning ... a stranger breached security and stormed inside the building from the plaza before allegedly lunging at NBC host Craig Melvin.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the man was asking for Al Roker after somehow slipping past security. We’re told he couldn't find Roker and turned his attention to confront Craig in a restricted area and allegedly lunged at him while yelling the N-word at him.

We’re told the incident happened around 9 AM ET and that staff and security rushed in -- and the intruder was ultimately detained and arrested. The man, who we're told is white and was unarmed, had entered a stairwell and made his way backstage -- we're told near the dressing room, though where exactly is unclear.

Shortly after Kris Jenner announced her mom's death, Kim shared her own lengthy message, along with a series of snaps with her late grandma MJ ... lamenting, "My sweet Grandma MJ, my best friend, my gossip buddy, my forever twin..."

Kim says ... "You taught all of us the importance of family, and those values are something we'll carry with us forever!!!!! You were the woman who showed me what it meant to be a hardworking businesswoman."

Bryce Alakai and Trinity Tatum wasted no time celebrating their "Love Island USA" victory after returning from Fiji ... 'cause they marked the occasion with a star-studded dinner before Bryce kept the party going from behind the DJ booth.

Bryce's manager, Eric Podwall, hosted the private celebration Wednesday night at The Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood, where about 20 guests gathered for a three-course tasting dinner on the members-only club's private terrace.
