In the days before he was shot to death, "King of the Hill" voice actor Jonathan Joss crashed a panel of show participants, then chopped it up on a podcast -- bringing up his bitterness over not being included in the animated sitcom's Disney revival, as well as his own death.

Joss was a guest on the "Bwaaa!" Podcast that taped Saturday ... just 24 hours before he was fatally shot on his San Antonio property, allegedly by his neighbor in a heated exchange.

Joss had not been invited back for the animated sitcom's revival, a corporate decision he addressed immediately on the podcast ... and he didn't try to hide his bitterness over the decision.

A popular "King of the Hill" voice actor was shot dead Sunday night, allegedly by a neighbor after a fiery dispute, and it seems tensions between the two men had been building for years ... TMZ has learned.

Jonathan Joss -- the actor best known for voicing John Redcorn on the popular animated FOX sitcom -- was shot and killed on his Texas property, allegedly by Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, who is now in police custody.

Neighbors on the San Antonio block where the shooting occurred tell TMZ ... Joss' home burned down in February, but he returned Sunday to collect a victim's fire fund check. While there, he found the skeleton of one of his dogs killed in the fire, and it sent him into a rage -- he started yelling at anyone he saw in the area.

Federal agents are investigating what they're calling a "targeted terror attack" in Boulder, Colorado after multiple people were burned by what appear to be Molotov cocktails.

The incident occurred this afternoon at the city's Pearl Street Mall during a pro-Israel demonstration called the "Run for Their Lives" walk ... a peaceful gathering where participants bring awareness to the hostages being held in Gaza.

According to reports, incendiary devices -- which officials say were bottles full of flammable liquid that exploded -- were thrown at the event. At least five people were burned in the attack, according to authorities. Their condition is unknown.
