Marcellus Wiley is further denying he ever abused his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley ... admitting in a response to her domestic violence restraining order request that they didn't have a perfect marriage -- but he never abused her as she alleges.

The former NFL star filed the response late Friday afternoon ... telling the court the accusations made against him by Annemarie are heartbreaking, embarrassing -- and patently untrue.

He says, "We did not have a perfect marriage. We experienced disagreements, frustrations, and periods of marital strain. However, I have never physically abused, sexually assaulted, or intentionally harmed my wife at any point during our relationship."

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is no longer at risk of being thrown behind bars ... 'cause she coughed up the money she owed to a court-appointed guardian in her bitter divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered Kim to cough up $2,535 in unpaid fees owed to the guardian ad litem assigned in her divorce case with Kroy Biermann.

The judge previously had the guardian interview Kim, Kroy, and their four minor kids to reach a determination on custody issues in the case.

Baron Davis’ sister is suing him for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress … after she claims he sold the house he helped purchase for her with no warning.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the NBA star helped his sister Lissa Davis buy a house nearly 20 years ago … but sold it out from under her this year, without a heads up.

Lissa says in the suit that she had a “life-threatening” health issue after the birth of her son back in 2008 … and asked Baron for help with money.

TMZ obtained a copy of the divorce docs she filed Friday, and she says she’s splitting from the producer because of irreconcilable differences. She lists the date of separation as July 8.

She wants joint legal and physical custody of their 2 minor children -- 5-year-old Edith and 3-year-old William.

Police have just released body cam footage showing Sunny Hostin's son being cited for trespassing -- it shows her aggressively arguing with cops on his behalf ... and she pulled out the Harvard defense almost immediately.

In the clip, Sunny and her son, Gabriel Hostin, explain what happened to the officers ... telling them he was on a run along the tracks when he saw a hill and decided to head up it.

She then plays the Harvard card ... telling officers he just graduated from the Ivy League school -- and he's an upstanding citizen who teaches 4th-grade geometry, while she herself is a former federal prosecutor. Basically, my son's a good kid -- can we wrap this up?

Taylor Frankie Paul's exes, Tate Paul and Dakota Mortensen, are ripping her for brushing off concerns that her children are "abused, neglected or dependent" ... and they say she's burying her head in the sand.

Tate and Dakota share the same lawyer, Chad Shattuck, and he's firing back after Taylor's legal team basically shrugged off the fact Utah's Division of Child and Family Services filed a petition asking a juvenile court ot take jurisdiction over her kids.

Shattuck tells TMZ ... Tate and Dakota "are deeply concerned that Taylor's statement minimizes the gravity of the action filed by DCFS and her many underlying actions that prompted such."

We first reported on the DCFS petition ... and Taylor's legal team said juvenile court was a "common step" for families.

Scary moment at Beyoncé and Jay-Z's pad this week ... cops say a man crashed his car into the front gate of their swanky New York estate ... and he left in handcuffs.

The 63-year-old motorist drove his car "at a high rate of speed up the driveway" of their East Hampton mansion and smashed through the gates ... according to the police report, obtained by TMZ.

Officers say the man didn't the brakes when he came up on the mechanical gates, allegedly causing "significant damage."

The Napa County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Nancy Pelosi's husband has been charged with the hit-and-run and slapped with an infraction for unlawful turning movement after the alleged incident in Yountville, California earlier this month.

The Napa County D.A. notes it does not usually issue press releases for charges that only involve property crime -- Paul allegedly hit a parked car with no one in it -- but put out this statement because of significant public interest in the case.

Desiigner assaulted his baby mama while she held their child, smashed both of her phones with a hammer and beat down a neighbor's car before his domestic violence arrest ... at least that's what the alleged victim told cops.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the woman told them she and the rapper began arguing after he removed TVs from the walls inside their shared residence. She says he got physical and smashed her two phones with a hammer so she could not call 911.

The woman told cops she sprinted outside with their child and began yelling for help. She originally tried to seek shelter at a neighbor's home, but the neighbor wasn't there. She then went to a different neighbor's home before Desiigner chased her down in a yard and threw her to the ground, ripping her designer handbag from her before throwing the purse.

Armando Niedermeier-Rubio's immigration attorney is making a public plea to the Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. officials ... asking for emergency help so the '90 Day Fiancé' star can reunite with his husband and daughter during a devastating family medical crisis.

Kelsey Zubkoff tells TMZ ... Armando is urgently seeking assistance so he can be reunited with his U.S. citizen spouse, Kenny Niedermeier, and his lawful permanent resident daughter, Hannah, who is receiving critical care in the ICU at a Phoenix hospital.

According to the attorney, Armando is pursuing the lawful spousal visa process and is asking the Department of Homeland Security, the appropriate U.S. Embassy or consulate, or any other agency able to expedite review of his pending case. While that request is under consideration, they're also asking whether emergency humanitarian parole or other lawful temporary relief may be available given the extraordinary medical circumstances.

The FBI is investigating alleged threats that they say have been sparked by the case surrounding Nolan Wells' mysterious death.

FBI Jackson said in a statement that the federal level of the Bureau "has been working to address interstate threats" that they say were received by "individuals related to this matter."

It's unclear what kinds of threats were made and who was on the receiving end, but FBI Jackson added ... "these efforts are in parallel with Jackson County’s independent investigation."

Rapper Desiigner Arrested For Alleged Domestic Violence, Property Damage Charges

Desiigner is back behind bars in South Carolina ... the rapper has been arrested again on a domestic violence charge ... TMZ has learned.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, the "Panda" rapper was booked Tuesday afternoon and remains in custody.

He's facing one count of second-degree domestic violence, along with three counts of malicious injury to animals or personal property involving alleged damage valued between $2K and $10K.

The man accused of barging into the "TODAY" show and confronting Craig Melvin was marched out of an NYPD precinct Thursday ... hours after allegedly slipping past security at 30 Rock.

Check out the video ... Andrew Truelove, who police say is behind the incident, was led out of the station in handcuffs Thursday afternoon. As photographers shouted questions, he asked, "So, you actually heard about what I did?" before repeating the question and saying he'd been cooperative as officers escorted him away.

TMZ broke the story ... Truelove allegedly entered the building from the "TODAY" plaza Thursday morning and made his way into a restricted area after first asking staffers for Al Roker.
