Alec Baldwin filed a witness list for his upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial, and it includes some "Rust" crew members -- like the recently imprisoned Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.

The actor's attorneys submitted their list to the court Friday, and it's chock-full of potential names they say they might call come judgment day ... everything from actual eyewitnesses to sheriff's deputies, and even experts in relevant fields.

The big name is obviously Gutierrez-Reed ... the "Rust" armorer who was just recently found guilty in her own involuntary manslaughter trial for the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins.

Sophia Leone's death remains under investigation -- but we now know a bit more about what was relayed to cops when they found her body ... including the fact her mom said her daughter had been known to have suicidal thoughts.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, officers say they were dispatched to Sophia's apartment in Albuquerque, NM on March 1 -- where the caller said they'd found her body in her unit ... noting she was already dead.

When officers arrived, they say Sophia's mother told them she hadn't heard from Sophia in over 24 hours and grew concerned -- and something else of note ... cops say the mom told them her daughter was known to drink.

Bryan Kohberger's defense team is planning to bring in a tech expert to help support his alibi as he stands trial for a quadruple murder -- namely, he was nowhere nearby.

Bryan's attorney is arguing he was out driving miles away from Moscow, ID the night 4 University of Idaho students were slain in their home. Kohberger's team claims they have cell phone tower records and a radio frequency expert set to corroborate this defense.

According to new docs detailing this, Bryan was south of Pullman, WA and west of Moscow, Idaho on the night in question. The defense claims this was normal for the former criminology student ... as he liked to hike/run in the area and look at the night sky.

10:16 PM PT -- A rep for Kanye West tells TMZ ... "'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted."

They add, "The assailant didn't merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."

Kanye West might have new legal trouble on his hands -- he's the named suspect in a battery report, and cops are now looking into the claims against him ... TMZ has learned.

Jeezy is clearing the air on his bid for primary custody of his kid -- now asking the judge to make sure he and Jeannie Mai each get their fair share of parental time.

O.J. Simpson's estate is NOT flush with the kinda cash you'd expect -- nor is it enough to satisfy his debt to Ron Goldman's family ... at least that's what his executor is claiming.

We got Simpson's longtime attorney Malcolm LaVergne Tuesday on "TMZ Live," and he opened up about O.J.'s finances following his death last week. As Malcolm put it, O.J. died with less than 5-figures in one Nevada bank account, and overall ... had less than millions to his name.

In his final days, O.J. was receiving the maximum amount of social security, as well as pensions from his time as an NFL star and actor. Malcolm claims those payments totaled less than the $400K per year that's been reported.

The "Selling Sunset" star just filed a response to Christian Dumontet's divorce petition from 2 weeks ago -- and she has some startling claims in her paperwork ... including the allegation that he never paid off a huge lingering medical tab from the birth of their son.

The $30 million heist from an L.A. storage facility -- which sounds like an "Ocean's 11" outtake -- remains a mystery for investigators, but they're zeroing in on several false alarms triggered in the building leading up to the burglary.

TMZ pulled the calls for police service to the GardaWorld money storage facility in the San Fernando Valley. The building was hit by burglars on Easter Sunday, but it turns out there's been lots of police activity there.

O.J. Simpson's attorney is doing an about-face on a statement he made last week in which he said the Goldmans would get zip from his late client's estate in the wake of his death.

Malcolm LaVergne -- the executor of O.J.'s will, and his longtime lawyer -- told THR that he might've been a little overzealous in what he initially said on this topic ... namely, that he'd fight tooth and nail to make sure the Goldmans received zero dollars from O.J.'s estate.

Donald Trump's first criminal trial is getting underway, and on the first day of court proceedings -- he was reportedly dozing off ... now, a new nickname is among us.

The ex-Prez showed up in court Monday in NYC, where his hush-money case kicked off -- the first of his three criminal trials -- and where Donald had to sit through a day full of lawyers talking about the ins and outs of how this thing is gonna go.

Of course, they have to start with jury selection ... and as the attorneys were going back and forth, NYT reporter Maggie Haberman went on CNN to claim Trump appeared to be sleeping.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was just sentenced in her criminal case -- and she's going to prison for a while ... this after a jury found her guilty over the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins.

The former "Rust" armorer -- who was convicted of manslaughter for her role in Hutchins' death -- received a sentence of 18 months behind bars Monday in front of a New Mexico judge. She'll serve her time at a women's correctional facility in the state.

Hannah was able to speak before learning her fate ... addressing the court directly and pleading for mercy -- but more specifically, for probation. Obviously, the judge didn't bite.

Kraft Heinz is facing a class action lawsuit -- which claims their Lunchables are basically a scrap yard for metals that end up in the mouths of kids everywhere.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Laura LaSpisa accuses Kraft of misleading consumers with false advertising about their pre-packaged meal kits. She claims they failed to mention the kits contain harmful levels of lead, cadmium, and phthalates -- a group of chemicals typically used to make plastic more durable.

According to the suit, a Consumer Reports study revealed some troubling findings recently ... and Laura claims until then, the company had convinced her she was buying a safe and nutritious snack.

Malcolm tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "It's my hope that the Goldmans get zero, nothing. Them specifically. And I will do everything in my capacity as the executor or personal representative to try and ensure that they get nothing."
