Wendy Williams will remain locked up indefinitely, but she got good news Friday ... a judge will allow her to fly to Miami for her father's 94th birthday.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the judge has authorized private security to accompany Wendy from NYC to Miami, where her dad will be celebrating with friends and family. Wendy will be there for 2 days and then fly back to NY ... where she is confined in a studio apartment at an assisted living facility.

TMZ has interviewed Wendy for a new Tubi documentary -- "Saving Wendy" -- and in it, we raise serious questions about why she is still in a guardianship that gives her virtually no freedom. She calls her apartment a "luxury prison," where she rarely gets to breathe fresh air, has no internet access, and virtually no visitors ... no one can even call her.

Blake Lively has been targeted with a massive troll campaign amid her legal war with Justin Baldoni ... her Instagram profile is flooded with porn.

A source with knowledge tells TMZ ... Blake had no idea she had been targeted with the smut ... and it's now gone -- her security settings have been updated.

Blake Lively doesn't want Justin Baldoni's lawyer to take her deposition, but she won't say why not ... so says the lawyer himself.

Bryan Freedman -- the attorney representing the actor in a series of different lawsuits -- and his law firm have submitted a letter to the judge ... claiming Lively and her legal team don't want Freedman to take her deposition in her lawsuit against Baldoni.

Freedman and his associates claim they object to him taking the deposition because of "unspecified statements" he's made about her in the past. Freedman's team then claims Lively's side didn't elaborate on their grounds for objection.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have gotten out of New York City, taking a recharging vacation ... amid a looming major court battle.

A source close to RR tells TMZ ... he, Blake and their four children are on vacation and enjoying some time as a family -- away from the stress of their ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are setting wheels in motion to try and have Justin Baldoni's defamation lawsuit thrown out.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ ... the A-list couple's lawyers informed a NYC judge of their plans to file a motion to dismiss the "It Ends With Us" director's complaint against them -- in which Baldoni claimed they, along with their publicist Leslie Sloane, coordinated a smear campaign against him.

As you know, Blake made similar claims against Justin and his team when she filed a legal complaint against her costar ... where she alleged he sexually harassed her while making their romance drama.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations from federal prosecutors, who've now added 2 new victims to the case ... and accused him of a much longer reign of terror.

The new filing -- known as a superseding indictment -- adds "Victim-2" and "Victim-3" ... both of whom are women. Previously the feds had only listed "Victim-1," who is clearly Diddy's ex, Cassie, based on Diddy's own attorneys connecting her to the infamous hallway beating video.

According to the new docs, Diddy allegedly transported all 3 women to "engage in prostitution" ... which is one of the charges he was already facing from the original indictment.

Jay-Z's increasing his calls for a court to sanction Tony Buzbee -- the lawyer representing numerous people accusing Diddy of a variety of sexual misdeeds -- with Jay's side blasting him for not even meeting with his client before he filed the complaint ... but Buzbee isn't backing down.

The rapper's new legal docs in support of his motion were filed earlier this month asking for sanctions against Buzbee ... and, in it, Jay's team points out that Tony now admits he never met with the Jane Doe suing him before he signed off on the complaint.

Although Buzbee insists the case was appropriately vetted, Jay's lawyers are hammering him for never actually meeting the Jane Doe before it was filed -- which Jay and his side see as a huge lapse in his ethical responsibility.

A$AP Relli is testifying in court again Wednesday in the rapper's assault trial ... and he told the jury his life has been a "living hell" since Rocky shot at him in Hollywood a little over 3 years ago.

Relli says he's been getting death threats and lost his music managing business because artists and record labels turned on him for claiming Rocky shot him.

A$AP Rocky's former friend who testified Tuesday and Wednesday against the rapper in his L.A. criminal trial has 2 outstanding warrants hanging over his head ... TMZ has learned.

A$AP Relli is listed as the defendant in the warrants, for driving without a license and careless driving, in an August 2010 incident in the city of Weehawken, New Jersey, according to court records.

TMZ has confirmed both warrants are still active.

Rihanna's shining bright like a diamond by her man A$AP Rocky ... showing her support at his L.A. criminal trial Wednesday.

The singer avoided the media circus outside the downtown L.A. courthouse and came in incognito, showing up inside the courtroom ... she's wearing a black coat and sitting in the front row of the gallery, between Rocky's mom and sister -- with jurors clearly noticing her presence.

Rocky himself walked into the courthouse earlier as cameras flashed in his face and paparazzi shouted questions at him.

Harvey Weinstein is begging to go back to court for his rape retrial ... mainly because he doesn't think he'll "hold on" much longer behind bars.

The controversial former film producer -- who is set to be retried in New York City after his 2020 sexual assault conviction was overturned last year following an appeal -- pleaded to move up the court date in a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday ... where HW looked worse for wear.

Weinstein, who was wheelchair-bound and frail-looking during the new court appearance, said he doesn't think he'll be able to attend the current April 15 start date ... as he doesn't think he can survive his incarceration on Rikers Island.

Of course, RiRi will cause quite the stir when she makes her grand entrance at the downtown L.A. courthouse, with a circus-like media atmosphere surrounding the high drama. A source with direct knowledge of the case tells us the plans could change, but right now RiRi is slated to be there tomorrow.

And while it's unclear what testimony will be heard Wednesday in court, RiRi will likely be sitting in the gallery with all the regular folks, which should be an interesting visual in and of itself.

The famous duo hit the town for dinner at Verse, a swanky L.A. restaurant. Rihanna is generous with her time, offering to sign records for a man waiting outside -- and her interaction with him is hilarious. The grapher tells her that he wants to get Ri's autograph tattooed on his hand, and she tells him that's a bad idea.
