The rookie cop who arrested Justin Timberlake for DWI is soaking up summer in the Hamptons ... and doesn't seem the least bit concerned by his newfound fame.

Michael Arkinson -- the Sag Harbor police officer who pulled over Justin and took him to jail -- spent his Sunday Funday on a boat, about an hour north of where he busted JT. If you didn't know, he and his partner, Otis, are cited in the police report as the arresting officers ... but Mike's getting credit as the guy who brought Justin in for booking.

Anyway ... check out these photos/videos, obtained by TMZ, showing a sometimes shirtless Arkinson sitting in a power boat docked at a restaurant in Greenport, NY over the weekend.

Morgan Wallen got a face full of thong during a recent concert, when a fan threw the underwear garment at him as he performed on stage ... and it's all on video!!!

It's pretty funny ... Morgan was doing his thing at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis when all of a sudden a blue thong comes flying towards him, landing on his face -- with a little coverage from his hat.

The panties carom off Morgan's dome and then he catches them with one hand like Randy Moss before finishing the lyric like nothing happened. We'll admit ... it's all pretty smooth.

Justin Timberlake was not intoxicated or otherwise under the influence during a concert last month -- this despite the internet thinking they found a gotcha clip ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a resurfaced viral video that appears to show JT looking what some have suggested is "under the influence" or out of sorts is simply being over-analyzed way too much by folks looking to unfairly condemn the guy.

While online trolls have said Justin looks out of sorts in this clip -- which was filmed and posted in May during one of his Vegas concerts, and which has since gone viral in the wake of his DWI arrest -- our sources tell us he wasn't even close to that state of mind.

Patti Ragan -- director of the Center for Great Apes in Wauchula, FL --  tells TMZ ... Bubbles has a lot of freedom at the sanctuary. He's able to explore tunnels, build a nest under a tree, take daily midday naps and occasionally even paint!

Bubbles, now 41, is regularly checked out by a veterinarian and caregiver staff ... and weighs in at 180 pounds. BTW, the lifespan for a chimp in captivity is between 50 and 60 years.

Dave Grohl's ready to Foo Fight some Swifites ... 'cause he took a shot at Taylor Swift -- implying she's not actually performing live at her shows.

The singer-songwriter took the stage with the Foo Fighters at London Stadium Saturday night ... about 25 miles from Wembley Stadium where Taylor has performed all three of her shows this weekend.
