JoJo Siwa's finally revealing her long-awaited album art, and in a very permanent way -- tattooing her arm with a cuddly image.

The singer hit up Costello Tattoo Studio this week in Sherman Oaks, and got the new ink on her right arm -- a teddy bear with angel wings. Check out the pics ... she's grinning from ear to ear and proudly showing off the piece.

Costello Tattoo tells us their artist Konstantin penned the bear over the course of 2 hours ... and their information is the image is a replica of what JoJo's fans will see on her upcoming album!

Katy Perry's dodging the question lots of her fans want to ask ... about working with Dr. Luke on her new album -- one that's supposed to be all about uplifting women.

Our sources say drug paraphernalia and a lighter were found near the body ... which is why police are treating his death as a possible OD.

Seth Binzer -- the lead singer and co-founder of the rap rock band Crazy Town -- has died.

Better known by his stage name Shifty Shellshock, Binzer passed away Monday at a residence in L.A., according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.

In 1999, Binzer and fellow vocalist, Bret "Epic" Mazur, formed Crazy Town, hiring Rust Epique, Doug Miller, James Bradley Jr., Antonio Lorenzo Valli and Adam Goldstein.

The rookie cop who arrested Justin Timberlake for DWI is soaking up summer in the Hamptons ... and doesn't seem the least bit concerned by his newfound fame.

Michael Arkinson -- the Sag Harbor police officer who pulled over Justin and took him to jail -- spent his Sunday Funday on a boat, about an hour north of where he busted JT. If you didn't know, he and his partner, Otis, are cited in the police report as the arresting officers ... but Mike's getting credit as the guy who brought Justin in for booking.

While online trolls have said Justin looks out of sorts in this clip -- which was filmed and posted in May during one of his Vegas concerts, and which has since gone viral in the wake of his DWI arrest -- our sources tell us he wasn't even close to that state of mind.
