Aaron Hernandez

'Cold Blooded'

Posing with Fan Hours After Alleged Nightclub Dispute

6/28/2013 6:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

TMZ has obtained a photo of Aaron Hernandez taken on June 15 ... hours after the alleged nightclub incident with Odin Lloyd that prosecutors believe led to his murder.

The photo of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was snapped at a Marshall's in Massachusetts on June 15th, two days before the shooting death of former semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd ... whom Hernandez has been charged with murdering in cold blood.

Hernandez posed with a fan for the photo -- and his expression is peculiar ... mainly the smile, which feels very forced. Maybe Hernandez was just having a rough morning, or maybe he was thinking about murdering someone ... hard to tell.

And speaking of cold blood, check out Hernandez' t-shirt ... a very interesting choice.

Hernandez was shopping with his fiancee at the time of the photo. His 8-month-old daughter also came along.

As we reported, Hernandez' lawyer tried to paint the ex-NFL star as an upstanding citizen and family man while arguing that Hernandez deserved bail.

The judge didn't buy it ... ordering Hernandez to remain in custody while he awaits trial ... but do you?

" Hernandez and Lloyd are together at a club called Rumor in Boston. Lloyd talks to a group of people Hernandez doesn't like. Hernandez gets upset. This is the motive for the murder, according to the prosecution." Does this sound like a motive for murder?

"The victim, Odin Lloyd, 27, was a semi-pro football player for the Boston Bandits. He was reportedly dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee." The person he killed is practically his brother in law. That seems rather unlikely also.

Other than that, the rest of the evidence is fairly convincing that he did commit this crime. If he didn't, the defense needs to focus on the other two points. There is no clear motive for the murder and there is family motive against the murder.

It seems that Odin was very trusting to get in the car with Aaron and his two friends. It was like he didn't really suspect all that much. If he thought Aaron had a mind to kill him, why would he even get in the car?

If Aaron did do this, he had better come up with a reason. Being insulted just doesn't make sense. That will get him life without parole. If he thought this man was plotting against his life, that is a mitigating cir***stance. I think that could reduce the charge to manslaughter.

This is the face of the dumbest human being on earth. And apparently the meanest and most brutal. But in the end, dumb as a box of rocks.

There is a lot more evidence. Photo surveillance from his own residence with a firearm in his possession a couple of hours after the murder. Photo surveillance of him, Oldin lloyd and the other goons at the murder site, the text to from Oldin to his sister after he got in the car with Hernandez and the goons. The text was clear that he thought something might happen to him. Follow -up on the story and I am sure you will get alot more detail.
