Lynne Spears Don't Let Sam Lutfi Say I Hate Jews
Britney Spears' mom is afraid Sam Lutfi will paint her an anti-Semite during their imminent trial -- so she just got an order blocking him from making Jew-hating allegations ... TMZ has learned.
The order stems from Lynne Spears calling Sam Lutfi a "Svengali" in her book -- a name used to describe a person who controls others through deceitful means.
But the word arguably has anti-Semitic roots as well, referring to the "Wandering Jew" character in Christian mythology.
Lynne was afraid Sam -- who is Jewish -- would run with the "Svengali" reference and use it to label her an anti-Semite during the defamation trial -- by calling an expert witness to testify about the anti-Semitic roots of the word.
Lynne filed papers asking the court to block Sam from calling such an expert witness -- and the judge signed off because it's not relevant and ridiculously prejudicial.
The case is currently mired in jury selection.

Britney Spears' Lawyers Sam Lutfi's A Drug Pusher NOT Her Manager
Britney Spears' lawyers will come out of the gate swinging in Sam Lutfi's lawsuit against her and her family ... calling BS on his argument that the singer was on drugs and he was trying to save her.
Sources connected with the case tell us ... lawyers for the conservatorship will scoff at Lutfi from the get-go, noting that he is suing her because he claims she signed a contract making him her manager.
Their point -- how can someone deep into drugs be competent enough to sign any contract, and what's the point of signing a contract if she's too wasted to perform?
Lutfi claims Britney was on meth and other drugs and he worked 24/7 to rehab her, to no avail. Lawyers for Britney and Lynne Spears will make the case that Sam was like a sleazy drug pusher and fame whore who fueled Britney with drugs to control her and isolate her from her friends and family.

Britney Spears Accuser Claims Drug Dog Found Crystal Meth In Home
Sam Lutfi -- the self-proclaimed manager of Britney Spears who is suing her for defamation -- claims in new legal docs a drug-sniffing dog found a cache of crystal meth in her home.
The allegations were filed in connection with the upcoming trial. Lutfi claims Britney, along with her parents Lynn and Jamie -- defamed him by saying he drugged the singer during her dark period.
In the docs, Lutfi talks about what he would want Britney to testify about. As of now, she will not take the stand because a judge has found she is not competent to testify as a result of the conservatorship.
Lutfi says in the docs Britney should testify about an incident in 2007 ... he claims he "brought drug-sniffing dogs into her home ... and they found a cache of crystal methedrine, which was destroyed."
Lutfi goes on ... "Britney should further testify that drug dogs found 'hot spots of drug residue in the carpeting, where her young sons [ages 1 and 3] played during visits."
Lutfi says he covered it up by shampooing and eventually replacing the carpet.
Lutfi also claims Britney told him her dad Jamie "was a violent racist," and an abusive alcoholic.
For the record ... Jamie became Britney's conservator and is widely credited with saving her life.
Britney's reps could not immediately be reached for comment.

Britney Spears If She Can Do 'X Factor' ... She Can Testify
If Britney Spears can pull in $15 million to judge "X Factor" ... she sure as hell is competent enough to testify in court . . . this according to her self-proclaimed ex-manager Sam Lutfi.
If you recall ... Lutfi filed a massive lawsuit against the Spears family in 2009 -- suing for a whole mess of things, including defamation and unpaid management fees. For the record, Britney has denied Lutfi ever managed her.
Now, Lutfi wants Britney's testimony -- filing papers in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, asking a judge to order Britney's conservators to make her available as a witness in the case.
Lutfi wants to grill Britney about alleged defamatory statements her parents made about Lutfi -- including that he drugged her and cut her phone wires to keep her away from her family. He also wants to ask Brit questions about an alleged management contract that guarantees him a cut of her fortune.
According to the filing, Britney's conservators have argued she is not mentally competent to testify as a witness -- so Lutfi included a DVD of Britney on "X Factor" in order to prove that's not the case.
Lutfi claims the "X Factor" footage shows Britney is lucid, articulate, and competent at the judges' table and therefore perfectly capable of being a witness.
A hearing is scheduled for September 25. A judge has yet to rule.

Britney Spears How Cool is a Lifetime Conservatorship?
Our photog had a chance to fire off one question to Britney Spears as she strolled through The Grove Friday -- so of course we wanted to know if she was "cool" with having a conservator for the rest of her life.
Britney and her fiance-conservator Jason Trawick were leaving Planet Dailies restaurant at the time and Brit's reaction is priceless ... as is the way our photog tried to butter her up before asking the question.
TMZ broke the story Thursday ... the reason the conservatorship has lasted 4 1/2 years -- with no end in sight -- is because she has a medical condition that affects her decision-making process.

Britney Spears 'Medical Issue' Is Behind Conservatorship
There's a reason Britney Spears' conservatorship has lasted 4 1/2 years with no end in sight -- it's because she has a serious medical issue that prevents her from making consistently sound decisions ... TMZ has learned.
Documents were filed Tuesday in the conservatorship case, urgently asking the judge to seal certain records. In the papers, lawyers for the conservators called the records "highly sensitive," adding "irreparable harm and immediate danger" would befall Britney if the documents weren't sealed.
Multiple sources with firsthand knowledge tell TMZ ... the records are medical documents outlining Britney's condition and treatment.
We're told the singer has a disorder affecting her personality that can affect her state of mind. We're told she is doing "extremely well" but needs the safety net of a conservatorship.
Sources tell us there is no plan to end the conservatorship, and the judge is completely down with it.
FYI ... there are 2 components of the conservatorship -- the personal and the business. The personal conservatorship allows Jamie Spears and Jason Trawick to make life decisions for her. The business conservatorship involves managing Britney's career and fortune. As for the business side, we're told it will probably go on indefinitely because it has been incredibly successful.

Britney Spears Screw With Me ... I'll Nail You In Court
Britney Spears just taught a hard lesson to two dudes who have been dogging her -- a judge has ordered them to pay her a fortune in legal fees.
A judge just ordered Britney's ex-manager, Sam Lutfi to pay Britney's estate (she's under a conservatorship) $92,845 in attorneys fees. You may recall, Britney's lawyers got a restraining order against Lutfi who has been like a bad meal that just doesn't go away. Now Lutfi must foot the bill for Britney's hired guns.
Ditto attorney Jon Eardley, who claimed to represent Britney in an attempt to unhinge the conservatorship. Britney's lawyers say Eardley never repped Brit and they got a restraining order against him as well. Eardley must now pay Britney's estate $98,585.
