Shaq's Sitcom

'CRACK VS. SHAQ'

Racy Jokes In Pilot Script

1/23/2015 12:36 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0123-shaq-oneal-tmz-01TMZ Sports just got our hands on a script for the pilot episode of Shaq's new sitcom -- and it's laced with hilarious adult-oriented humor ... including jokes about boobs, ISIS and crack.

The show is loosely based on Shaq's real-life business empire -- with people pitching him TV show ideas, products and endorsements.

In one of the scenes from a script that was circulating in December, Shaq is approached with an idea for a TV show similar to "Shaq Vs." ... a real show that didn't do very well on the air.

In the script, an associate explained to Shaq that no one knew what Shaq was "verse" -- and suggested that his new version of the show should include Shaq's foe in the title.

"We could do 'Crack Versus Shaq.' That rhymes. [Shaq] smokes a bowl of crack and tries to dunk."

Another associate suggests, "Shaq Versus Iraq" ... where "[Shaq] goes over there and talks to those ISIS people. We bring in a few basketballs and boom! Peace in the Middle East."

Someone else pitches, "Yak Versus Shaq" ... which evidently involves the mountainous animal.

The script we read -- which was circulating in December -- is actually pretty funny ... with boob jokes, fart jokes and even a Tim Tebow zinger.

It's possible, and likely, that the script will be changed by the time it actually airs -- but we can see why Shaq signed on.

Shaquille O'Neal could be the biggest sitcom star of all time ... 'cause the 7-footer has a brand new scripted TV show in the works.

TruTV has ordered a pilot episode of the show, tentatively titled, "Shaq Inc." -- a workplace comedy that's kinda sorta based around Shaq's real-life business empire ... according to multiple reports.

Shaq will also serve as one of the show's executive producers ... along with big time producer Mike Tollin, who's worked on stuff like "One Tree Hill," "Smallville" and "Arli$$."

"Shaquille and I have been friends for 20 years, and his growth as a businessman never ceases to amaze and amuse me," Tollin said.

No word on when the show is expected to debut.

Bravo Star Greg Plitt

Company Warns ...

Drink Won't Make You Superman

EXCLUSIVE

Greg Plitt Energy Drink
Bravo star Greg Plitt's favorite energy drink will not give you superpowers ... so says the company that makes WheyUP -- the product Plitt was plugging when he was hit by a train.

The pre-workout drink contains protein and caffeine, but Shadow Beverages and Snacks wants to stress what should be obvious -- it would never give anyone the ability to outrun a train.

Even though a bunch of empty WheyUp bottles were found near the tracks ... a company rep tells us Plitt wasn't drinking all of them -- he was crushing most of them with a hammer for the promo shoot.

Plitt was a co-owner of WheyUp, and the rep says he had full creative control when it came to his video shoots.

Bravo star and fitness instructor Greg Plitt will live on after death ... we've learned the network will air the episodes he shot shortly before his death.

Plitt -- who was hit by a train Saturday -- shot multiple episodes for "Friends to Lovers," which features 2 friends who attempt to take their relationships to the next level.

Production sources tell TMZ ... the network will air 3 to 4 episodes in which Plitt tests the waters with long-time bud Melanie Marden.

We don't know if they hook up on the show, but everyone involved knows it will be tough for Melanie because she'll have to go solo promoting the show.

We're told the episodes will hit the air in the next few weeks.

Craig Wayne Boyd Donald TrumpCraig Wayne Boyd says he has a damn good reason for blowing off his fans right after he won "The Voice" ... he didn't want to be late for a meeting with Donald Trump.

You'll remember ... Boyd and his hair were in New York City last month after the big win. On his way out of a building, he kinda let one fan take a pic with him ... but straight up blew off a bunch more.

Boyd was back in NYC Wednesday night and revealed how the Donald, unknowingly, played a part in the snubbing.

So, has Boyd learned his lesson? As luck would have it ... a few fans walked up to him last night. Check out the interaction.

Kim Kardashian Selfie Book
Kim Kardashian
was way ahead of the curve ... training a camera on herself when she was just 4.

We're told Kim's "Selfish" book contains pics she took of herself in the year George Orwell made famous. She picked up a camera and instinctively decided there was nothing better than photographing herself ... so she did.

Here's what Kim said in pitching the book, "I took pictures of myself with digital cameras when I was in junior high and high school, and I just got hooked." And this will shock you ... she says, "I was always obsessed with selfies."

And we're told ... the book was Kanye's idea. He titled it and his creative team -- Donda -- came up with the look.

It's due out in May.

EXCLUSIVE

0121_Brandi-Glanville_Joanna-Krupa_tmz_2Joanna Krupa plans to clean out Brandi Glanville ... finally making good on her threat to sue over months of trash talk about her baby maker.

According to legal docs ... Krupa claims she experienced severe emotional distress when Glanville went on "Watch What Happens Live" ... and told the world JK has a stinky beaver. Now Krupa's slapped her ass with a defamation suit.

Glanville reiterated the scentiment multiple times ... and Krupa went ballistic about it last month.

If Joanna wins the suit -- filed by her attorney Ray Rafool -- she'll finally force Brandi to pay up ... but the move isn't without risk. Krupa's lady parts will now be up for discussion in open court.

The witness list should be ... interesting?

'Hardcore Pawn' Star

0121-les-gold-tmz-01The star of "Hardcore Pawn" is gunning for the famous game-winning football from the Seahawks vs. Packers game ... and he tells TMZ Sports he'll CRUSH the $20K offer that's already on the table.

Les Gold tells us ... the pigskin that Seattle WR Jermaine Kearse launched into the stands after catching the winning touchdown is an instant collectors item -- and he's dead set on getting it.

The man who caught the ball, Scott Shelton, has already received a $20,000 offer from a sports memorabilia dealership -- but Gold says he's ready and willing to smash that number.

0121-seahawks-fan-football-caught-01

"Whatever the highest offer, I'll offer a thousand more," Les tells us, "Offer 25K, and I'll offer 26K. That ball will be in my shop."

So, why's he so set on getting the ball? Les says it's an iconic piece that could double in value over the next few years.

"There's only one of these ... so call me. I have cash waiting."

Whoopi Goldberg

Deal With It 'View' Execs

I'm Staging Sit-In to Save My Back

1/21/2015 2:35 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0121-tuesday-the-viewWhoopi Goldberg's got back ... problems and it's creating a rift between her, the other "View" co-hosts and producers of the show -- who think Whoopi's new chair is a major eyesore.

When Whoopi returned from her two-week injury sabbatical Tuesday, she brought a new ergonomic chair for support. All the women used the same chair ... so Whoopi's wouldn't look different.

According to our sources, producers felt the chairs looked clunky on camera ... so they yanked them for Wednesday's episode -- but Whoopi stood (or sat) her ground in the new chair.

And yes ... it stood out.

0121-wednesday-the-viewWe're told Whoopi has no plans to change back, so producers are struggling to find a way to make it more pleasing to the eye.

At least they don't have anything else to worry about ...

'The View's' Rosie Perez

A distinguished group of Hispanic women are blasting "The View" for allegedly making disparaging remarks against co-host Rosie Perez ... saying they are both racist and sexist.

The group referring to themselves as #YoSoyRosie is responding to a "View" source who spoke to the NY Daily News and said Rosie, "is not the sharpest tool in the box," and most recently told Variety that "Ms. Perez can't read a TelePrompTer."

The group just put out a letter, obtained by TMZ , "questioning a woman's intelligence is an old stereotype that is sexist and in this case also racist" and they go on to say "when you disparage the only Latina on 'The View', you disparage all Latinas."

#YoSoyRosie members include high profile names like New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and NY Secretary of State Lorraine Cortes-Vazquez and best selling author Esmeralda Santiago.

Rosie is scheduled to appear on "The View" Thursday to address the comments.

David Marciano Arrested
"Wicked Tuna" star David Marciano does NOT have a way with women -- he was arrested for allegedly grabbing a hotel employee by her hair ..in a flirting move gone awry.

According to cops in Morehead City, North Carolina -- the town where "Wicked Tuna" is filming -- Marciano was busted for assault around 1:10 AM Monday. Police say Marciano grabbed the woman's ponytail in a lame attempt to get frisky ... but it wasn't well received.

Marciano was arrested for assault ... the employee told police he seemed intoxicated, but cops think he was sober ... which presumably makes it worse.

The show is standing by their star ... no plans to 86 him, but a show rep tells us they're still taking the arrest seriously.

11:49 AM PT -- Great news!!! A rep for Victoria's Secret tells us the company's official Super Bowl spot will be jam packed with scantily clad attractive people. This ad was just a teaser spot.

The final SB spot will be released Monday ... and as one person puts it ... "Trust me there is lingerie and more models in it."

And all is right with the world again.

See if you can figure out why this commercial for Victoria's Secret -- a company that specializes in lingerie and half-naked women -- is terrible.

As one person in the office puts it ... "You don't even get to see their hands."
