'Fear the Walking Dead' Star Arrested After Fight on CBS Lot

5/24/2016 12:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0523_frank-dillane_gettyFrank Dillane -- star of "Fear the Walking Dead" and a 'Harry Potter' flick -- allegedly got physical with a CBS security guard, and got hauled off the backlot by cops ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources say Dillane, who plays Nick Clark on 'Dead,' tried to breeze through a security checkpoint on Sunday night. Guards tried to stop him, especially because 'Dead' doesn't even shoot on the lot. At least one guard described his behavior as "erratic."

We're told Dillane didn't dig all the attention, things got heated and he ended up striking one of the guards. That was the last straw for the security force, which detained the actor with a citizen's arrest.

LAPD arrived and booked Dillane for battery. We've reached out to his reps, but no word back yet.

Ex 'Dual Survival' Host Sues Discovery Paired Me with an Axe Wielding Psycho

5/23/2016 8:02 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0523-cody-lundin-joe-teti-YOUTUBE-FACEBOOK-01Former "Dual Survival" host Cody Lundin's toughest job was surviving his co-host, who threatened to kill him with all sorts of weapons ... according to a lawsuit he filed against Discovery.

Lundin says producers made it look like he was losing it on set -- but according to the docs, his partner, Joe Teti, was the real menace. He says while shooting in Norway ... Teti threatened to "bury" him on a mountain while waving around an ice axe. During a shoot in Hawaii, Lundin says Teti threatened to impale him with a spear.

Lundin says Teti, a former CIA operative, once said ... "You better not blow this for me ... I think you know what is going to happen to you" -- and also flaunted pics of people he allegedly killed during his CIA days.

His biggest issue -- edits that made it seem like he was cracking under pressure. For instance, they showed Lundin throwing matches into a pool of water -- a cardinal sin for any survivalist. Lundin says producers set him up and that scene, along with several others, have made it impossible for him to find work.

Joe Teti tells us he never threatened Cody, adding, "I always had the utmost respect for him, considered him a friend, and am hurt these accusations have been made."

'Fast N' Loud' Host I Finally Got My O-O-O O'Reilly Auto Parts Money

5/21/2016 12:10 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0518-richard-rawlings-tmz-02Fast N’ Loud” host Richard Rawlings just nailed the company that markets O'Reilly Auto Parts for underhanded business practices.

Rawlings claimed in a lawsuit that he was hired to promote the auto parts giant for $100k. He says he made personal appearances and sang the virtues of O'Reilly on social media. In return, he says he got screwed out of $40k.

A judge just awarded Rawlings a whopping $166,000 ... most of which are punitive damages for intentional wrongdoing. The marketing company didn't even bother responding to the lawsuit, so the judge entered a default judgment.

Rawlings is pleased, telling us, "There's a lot of bad guys in this business. This one got caught."

Alan Young Wilbur from 'Mr Ed' ... Dead

5/20/2016 3:47 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

0520_alan_young_mister_ed_launchAlan Young, the actor who played Wilbur on "Mister Ed" ... has died.

The character, whom the horse, of course, of course, called "Wilburrrrrrrrrr" ... became one of the most popular on TV from 1961 - 1965.

As you know, Mr. Ed would only speak to Wilbur, and they kept their secret throughout the run of the series. As you know, no one can talk to a horse, of course, that is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed.

There was a famous scene during the run when Ed took batting practice against legendary Dodgers pitcher Sandy Koufax and actually hit the ball. Wilbur screamed, "Slide, Ed, slide." Ed obliged.

Young was also the voice of Scrooge McDuck from "DuckTales."

Alan was 96.

TV Reporter Arrested Live from a Front Yard ... I'm Taking a Crap!!

5/20/2016 6:54 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0520-jonathan-lowe-gpd-01Here's the straight poop ... an Arizona TV reporter got his ass arrested for doing a really s***** job -- in someone's front yard.

Jonathan Lowe was working a story earlier this week in a Goodyear, AZ neighborhood when nature called. According to the police report ... Lowe left his news van, grabbed a bunch of papers and walked across the street, copped a squat and "proceeded to defecate in the yard of the residence."

Someone must've spotted Lowe doing his biz and called cops. When the officer showed up at Lowe's news van .. the reporter said, "I know what you want to talk to me about."

0520-sub-jonathan-lowe-01

He went on to explain he'd been feeling sick and didn't want to bother anyone -- which is a shame, since police say the homeowner told them she would have been totally willing to let him use her bathroom. As it is, he got arrested for public defecation.

At least Lowe can say he's the #2 reporter in town.

Puff Daddy Hoda Kotb Just Freaked Me!

5/20/2016 7:15 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs and the Bad Boy family are back with Mase, Busta Rhymes, 112 and new backup dancer ... Hoda Kotb! Yes, Hoda.

Puffy pumped up this summer's Bad Boy Reunion Tour on the 'Today' Show Friday morning ... and while the stage was packed with superstar singers and rappers -- Kathie Lee's partner in crime stole the show. Check out her super close, semi-grinding moves on P. Diddy.

The crew performed a bunch of hits, including a tribute to Notorious B.I.G. built around his "Mo Money Mo Problems" verse. It was a little awkward ... kinda like Hoda's impromptu audition.

Whitney Houston Hologram Duet With Christina Leaks!! Update: 'Voice' Gig Canceled

5/19/2016 1:00 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Exclusive Details

0519-christina-aguilera-whitney-houston-nbcupdate_graphic_red_bar4:45 PM PT -- The duet isn't going to happen, after all. Sources connected to the deal tell us Whitney's estate decided to pull the plug once they saw the finished product 2 days ago.

We're told they weren't satisfied because the hologram simply "didn't look like Whitney." Producers and the estate reps all agreed Christina was flawless, but until technology can do the same for Whitney ... no deal.update_grey_gray_barIt appears the Christina Aguilera-Whitney Houston duet rumors are true -- what looks very much like video of the performance just popped up on the Internet ... briefly.

It was supposed to be a surprise for Monday's season finale of the "The Voice" -- though there's been a ton of buzz about it, so the surprise was already kinda blown. It's unclear who got the footage or how it ended up on a Facebook page ... but it's already been taken down.

We've seen the whole thing, and we won't blow the whole secret ... but it appears Christina will sing a medley of Whitney's hits with the hologram.

'Voice' reps haven't gotten back to us yet about whether the footage is legit.

Naomi Judd Never Said 'Slave Food' ... Ray J Got It Wrong

5/19/2016 1:38 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0519-judd-ray-j-getty-tmz-01Ray J did Naomi Judd dirty when he accused her of calling grits "slave food" while they were shooting their reality TV cooking competition -- because she NEVER used those words.

According to sources connected to "My Kitchen Rules" ... when the cast gathered Wednesday, producers played back the "grits" footage in question. We're told what really happened is Lance Bass and his mom served shrimp and grits -- as part of the show -- and during the meal Naomi said when she was growing up her mother wouldn't let her eat grits ... because it was poor people's food.

It's a huge distinction from what Ray J said in his video post -- that he'd seen Naomi refer to grits as "slave food." We're told Naomi was merely telling a story about something her mom had said.

Not to say the "poor people" comment is great, but it's a big difference from "slave food" -- plus, they were her mom's words, not Naomi's.

Still, we're told Ray J took the comment as low key racism, and he's unhappy about it.

Anthony Anderson I Guard Against Swamp Ass ...

5/19/2016 11:03 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

Anthony Anderson's totally down for alternative transportation, but he's definitely not down for sharing filthy bicycle seats with strangers.

The "Blackish" star was two-wheeling it through NYC on a Citi Bike when our photog manged to catch up with him, and ask about his approach to umm ... sweaty surfaces.

Anderson cracked a few jokes -- all while still riding -- but one thing he's dead serious about ... NOT riding dirty! Check out the clip.

Morley Safer '60 Minutes' Reporter Dies

5/19/2016 9:15 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0519_morley_safer_remembering_launchMorley Safer, longtime correspondent for "60 Minutes" ... has died at the age of 84, according to CBS News.

Safer had just announced his retirement a week ago, after 46 years on "60 Minutes." He was the show's longest serving correspondent. He'd been with CBS News since 1964 and ran the network's Saigon bureau during the Vietnam War.

He made a name for himself with his intense reports from the war -- which frequently ticked off the White House. Morley went on to win 12 Emmys in his career.

The TV news magazine just aired a special send-off to Safer this past Sunday night.

He's survived by his wife of 47 years, Jane ... and his daughter Sarah, who is also a journalist.

Kobe Bryant Rejects 'Inside the NBA'

5/19/2016 6:47 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

When it comes to the "Inside the NBA" job offer, Kobe Bryant just did something pretty uncommon for him -- he passed.

As we previously reported, the honchos at the show had reached out to Mamba, hoping he'd join Charles Barkley, Shaq and the rest of the gang either this season or next.

But Wednesday night outside of a Hublot watch event in Bev Hills, Kobe swatted the whole idea down -- saying straight up he DOES NOT want the gig.

There's still some good news for Shaq though -- Bryant says he's pumped about training Diesel's son, Shareef O'Neal, over the summer.

But check out his answer when we asked if he'll try to mold the young man into the next Shaq or the next Kobe ... funny stuff.

Charlie Sheen $40 Million Missing I'm Getting Screwed by 'Anger'

5/19/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0517_charlie_sheen-tmz-anger_managmentCharlie Sheen signed a sweet and lucrative deal to make millions upon millions off "Anger Management" ... but he's getting ZILCH out of it, and believes he's getting the runaround.

Sources close to Sheen tell us he hasn't gotten a single payment yet from his syndication deal for the FX sitcom ... even though he owns about 30 percent of the show. Charlie made 100 episodes of 'Anger' before production shut down, but the reruns are now being sold in syndication. We're told Sheen feels like he sees it airing "day and night" all over TV, so he's pissed he's not getting paid.

Charlie's saying execs have given him all kinds of excuses -- like the show ran over budget, "unforeseen costs" ... and haven't turned a profit yet.

Sheen's not buying it and feels he should've already raked in between $30-$40 million. TV insiders think the total deal could ultimately earn him up to $200 mil.

He's gathering his lawyers for a meeting next week, and we're told Sheen is seriously considering legal action.

Chumlee from 'Pawn Stars' No Sex Assault Charges ... Plea Deal for Guns & Drugs

5/18/2016 3:41 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0518-chumlee-tmzChumlee is dodging serious jail time in his drugs and guns case, and will NOT face any sex assault charges ... TMZ has learned.

The "Pawn Stars" cast member was busted back in March when Vegas cops raided his home during a sex assault investigation. TMZ broke the story ... cops say they found at least one gun as well as a bunch of marijuana.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the D.A. will charge Chumlee with felony possession of a firearm and felony possession of a controlled substance -- but the twist is ... his attorneys got him a sweet plea deal.

We don't know all the terms of the deal, but our sources say the big one is Chumlee will get probation and NO jail time. We're told the 2 felonies will eventually become misdemeanors once he completes probation.

As for the alleged sexual assault ... we're told police and Chumlee's attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, ran an exhaustive investigation. Both sides found there was not enough evidence to charge him.

We're told the judge still needs to sign off on the plea deal.
