'Deadpool 2' Stunt Person Killed On Set

8/14/2017 10:15 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

11:59 PM PT -- A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox tells us, "We are deeply saddened by the accident that occurred on the set of Deadpool 2 this morning.  Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time."

A stunt person was killed on the set of "Deadpool 2" when a motorcycle stunt went terribly wrong.

The rider, who was female, went airborne in Vancouver Monday morning during filming for the movie. Her bike crashed through the glass of a ground-floor studio inside Shaw Tower near Jack Poole Plaza. Witnesses say she never applied the brakes. Ryan Reynolds tweeted about the tragedy.

The rider -- whose identity is being withheld  -- was pulled from the crash site and taken to the hospital by ambulance. Police taped off the area, and an investigation is underway.

It's the second major mishap involving stunts in as many days. Tom Cruise was badly injured during a failed stunt on the set of "Mission: Impossible 6."

Charlottesville Terrorist James Fields Mom Repeatedly Called 911 Over Violent Behavior

8/14/2017 10:48 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

James Alex Fields was allegedly so threatening and violent his own mother repeatedly called 911 on him.

TMZ has obtained 911 records from a police agency in Kentucky from 2010 and 2011, when Fields was 13 and 14 years old.

In one incident, a friend of Fields' wheelchair-bound mom called 911, saying the boy was threatening his mother, spit in her face and stood behind her with a 12-inch knife. The mother wanted her son taken away and he was arrested and then detained as a juvenile.

In another incident the mother called 911, saying she told her son to stop playing video games and he exploded in anger, smacking her in the head and putting his hand over her mouth. She locked herself in the bathroom and called 911, telling the dispatcher he was on meds to control his anger.

In yet another incident, the mom called 911, saying Fields was being threatening toward her and she was scared.

Fields mowed down 20 people Saturday at the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, killing 1.

Donald Trump Belatedly Condemns White Supremacists by Name

8/14/2017 10:25 AM PDT
Breaking News

Donald Trump finally caved to the public pressure by condemning white supremacist groups at the center of the violence in Charlottesville.

Trump announced Monday from The White House a civil rights investigation has been launched by the Department of Justice surrounding the terrorist attack.

The Prez called out white supremacists by name, saying ... "Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans."

Trump took enormous heat over the weekend when he condemned the violence and bigotry in Charlottesville from "many sides" but failed to specifically mention white supremacists.

2 days of backlash makes a world of difference, apparently.

Charlottesville Killer Showed No Signs of Aggression In May Cop Encounter

8/14/2017 9:51 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

The Charlottesville killer was polite, cooperative and even contrite just 3 months before his monstrous attack on civilians.

TMZ's obtained dash cam video of James Alex Fields being pulled over by cops in Maumee, Ohio back in May ... in the same Dodge Challenger he used in the deadly attack in Charlottesville.

You see the cop pull Fields over for expired tags. Fields is nothing but cooperative, repeatedly answering "yes sir."

The cop lets Fields skate despite not having proof of insurance.

Fields did get cited for the expired tags and we learned he paid the $150 ticket.

Fields was behind the wheel when he rammed the Challenger into a crowd of protesters ... killing 1 and injuring 19.

Fast forward to Sunday when the BIG3 rolled into L.A., and Lamar was on hand to witness the action.

Katy Perry Still Ridin' Orlando Bloom

8/14/2017 7:24 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Katy Perry didn't need an Uber to get to Saturday night's Ed Sheeran concert in L.A. ... she got a lift from ex-BF Orlando Bloom.

Looks like the break is over for the ex-couple who attended Sheeran's concert at the Staples Center ... the first time they've been spotted out since calling it quits in March after a year of dating.

Katy said the breakup was amicable and she's been linked to other guys, namely Rob Pattinson with whom she had dinner with last week.

As they say ... old flames die hard.

Charlottesville Victims Return To Scene Of Crime For Memorial

8/14/2017 7:55 AM PDT

Marcus Martin, one of 19 injured victims in Saturday's deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, returned to the scene of the protest bandaged and in a wheelchair.

Marcus was hurled in the air after a car driven by James Alex Fields plowed through a crowd of protesters, killing his friend, 32-year-old Heather Heyer.

Cameras caught the moment of impact where Marcus was struck. He suffered a broken leg after pushing his fiancee, Marissa Blair, out of the way. Blair, who is hugging him in the photo above, worked with Heyer. Martin's loved ones have set up a gofundme to help with expenses.

Hundreds gathered in Charlottesville Sunday at the memorial to pay tribute to Heyer.

Charlottesville Killer Dead Ringer for Mark David Chapman

8/14/2017 7:04 AM PDT

It's eerie ... the man who mowed down 20 people in Charlottesville Saturday looks very much like another killer ... Mark David Chapman.

Their crimes are different for sure, but both committed monstrous acts ... you know what James Alex Fields did -- killing 1 and injuring 19 by plowing into them during the weekend rally.

Chapman, you'll recall, shot and killed John Lennon in 1980 after lying in wait for the former Beatle.

There's no connection between the 2 ... it's just interesting.

Serena Williams Takes Fetus On Food Run ... With Baby Daddy

8/14/2017 7:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

When you're eating for 2 ... ya gotta stock up!!

That's why Serena Williams hit the grocery store with fiance, Alexis Ohanian, and her mom Oracene Price this weekend ... and HAM in the aisles.

The gang rolled into Publix in Palm Beach Gardens (try the crab legs!) and filled their shopping cart to the brim in preparation for Serena's big day.

By our count, she's about 37 weeks pregnant (40 weeks is the target) -- but at this point, it could happen any minute.

Williams tweeted about how the pregnancy is affecting her body over the weekend -- "It's official. I no longer have ankles."

Still looks damn good to us.

Kendall Jenner & Blake Griffin Hard to Hide We're Hanging Out

8/14/2017 7:08 AM PDT

OK, something's up between Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin because they're hanging out for the second time in less than a week.

Kendall and Blake grabbed dinner at Craig's Sunday night in WeHo. It appears they jumped in separate whips but were seen together inside the joint. Just last week, they left Avenue Nightclub in Hollywood and jumped in the same limo.

No word on whether Kendall kicked A$AP Rocky to the curb and rebounded with the NBA superstar. Same goes for Blake ... who last September welcomed his second child with Brynn Cameron.

Cristiano Ronaldo Gets 5 Game Ban ... Can't Push Refs, Bro

8/14/2017 6:59 AM PDT
Breaking News

Even Cristiano Ronaldo can't get away with putting his hands a ref -- and just got hit with a 5 game ban for throwing a hissy fit at the Supercopa De Espana.

After CR7 stormed the pitch and banged a quick goal in the 2nd half of Real Madrid's battle with Barcelona -- he was tripped up by Samuel Umtiti in a run a few minutes later and blew up at the refs for not penalizing the guy.

Ronaldo threw a mini-tantrum and shoved the ref from behind -- which YOU CAN'T DO, EVER!

Ronaldo already had a yellow card for taking his shirt off during his goal earlier in the match.

Dude's in shape.

Charlottesville Massacre Captured on Drone Video

8/14/2017 6:48 AM PDT

New footage of the carnage in Charlottesville was captured by drone video.

You see the crowd scramble as the burgundy vehicle is propelled into the intersection after James Alex Fields rams it from behind.

One person was killed and 19 were injured in what was almost certainly a terrorist attack.

Fields has been charged with second-degree murder. He has aligned himself with the neo-Nazi movement over the years. His mother said after the attack, she knew he was going to the rally which she thought "had something to do with Trump ... Trump's not a supremacist."

Shonda Rhimes Goodbye, ABC ... Hello, Netflix!

8/14/2017 6:38 AM PDT

Shonda Rhimes is down with Netflix and chill ... the megaproducer is leaving ABC and taking her talents to the streaming service in a blockbuster deal.

Shonda -- the creator of "Grey's Anatomy," "Scandal" and "How to Get Away with Murder" -- will take her ShondaLand production team to Netflix in a multi-year deal. It's unclear how much Netflix paid to swoop her away from the Disney-owned company, but she'll be getting more than she got at ABC.

While 'Grey's' and her other shows will remain airing on ABC, Shonda will develop new projects exclusively for Netflix, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Shonda's the latest producer to bail from broadcast TV to Netflix. Chuck Lorre, the brainchild behind "Two and a Half Men" and "Big Bang Theory," is there as well. Jenji Kohan, the creator of "Orange is the New Black" and "Weeds" also jumped ship.
