Nicki Minaj's lawyers say they're tired of repping the rapper in one of her lawsuits … and they are asking the judge to let them bow out of the case ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the law firm Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever wants permission to withdraw from representing Nicki and her Pink Friday Productions company in the lawsuit filed against them by 24/7 Productions.

The suit claims Nicki and Pink Friday Productions failed to reimburse over $200K in expenses 24/7 says they incurred in connection with her "Pink Friday 2" album.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the private equity investor is suing Garcia for defamation, claiming he “lied to the American people” about his relationship with the infamous pedophile.

Black claims that on June 26, he told a hearing room full of U.S. representatives – including Garcia – that he had “no knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, and took no part in them."

"90 Day Fiancé" star Michael Eloshway wants his child pornography conviction thrown out ... but federal prosecutors aren't buying his argument that his lawyer botched the case.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the government is pushing back hard against Eloshway's attempt to overturn his conviction and 121-month prison sentence ... arguing his attorney didn't botch his defense and there's no reason to give the reality star another shot.

Eloshway claims his lawyer should've hired a computer expert to examine the evidence against him ... but prosecutors say he hasn't explained what an expert would've uncovered that could've changed the outcome.
