Raz B & Wife Mona Li 3-Month-Old Son Astro Dies

B2K singer Raz B and his wife, Mona Li, announced the devastating loss of their baby son Astro Monte Thornton ... just three months after he was born.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Astro died earlier this week, and his death was unexpected and sudden.

The cause of the infant's death is unclear.

A family spokesperson tells us ... "It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Astro Monte Thornton, beloved son of Mona and De'Mario 'Raz B' Thornton of the R&B supergroup B2K. The family asks for privacy as they navigate this difficult time. They truly appreciate your love and support."

Big update in the Hayden Panettiere death investigation ... her boyfriend is talking to the DEA as it looks into the actress' suspected overdose, and TMZ has learned investigators are making progress. 

Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation tell TMZ ... Brian Hickerson -- who was in the Greenville, SC condo when Hayden died -- has spoken with the federal law enforcement agency.

We're also told local and federal investigators believe someone sold Hayden drugs which might have caused her death, and that's the main focus of the investigation ... finding the dealer.

One source tells TMZ the authorities are "zeroing in on a potential drug dealer."

Raz B Infant Son's Death B2K Tour Still Moving Forward

B2K's tour is still scheduled to move forward in December ... despite the fact Raz B and his wife, Mona Li, just lost their 3-month-old son, Astro Monte Thornton.

Music industry sources familiar with the plans tell TMZ ... B2K will proceed with its three U.K. shows as part of the RnB Winter Ball tour.

Kodak Black is off the hook in one of his criminal cases after prosecutors charged him with fleeing and resisting arrest during a traffic stop in Florida.

On Tuesday, a Broward County judge granted Kodak's motion to dismiss the case, saying prosecutors produced no evidence supporting the charge that the rapper tried to elude police officers. As a result, the judge dismissed all charges against Kodak and closed the case.

Kodak's powerhouse attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... "We are glad the court signed the order granting the motion to dismiss. This case was not a fleeing and alluding and we demonstrated that fact through the video and deposition of the deputy."

The Ohio lawyer convicted of attempted murder after he was caught on camera trying to shoot his ex-wife in a restaurant allegedly lied and said he was a police officer in order to secure a firearm ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained court docs filed by prosecutors in the case against Matthew Exton, which lay out a history of criminal issues.

In the docs, prosecutors point to a police report from 2024 when Matthew allegedly represented himself as a law enforcement official to buy a new firearm.

They also say there are voicemail messages he left in April 2024, threatening to kill the victims in this matter, a postcard sent to the victim, texts from him threatening to kill the victims, and a Ring camera video where they say he loses his "composure."

Authorities are investigating after a naked man was found dead in the waters off the coast of Malibu after Hurricane Marie caused a ton of damage in the area.

The man's body was discovered Wednesday afternoon ... floating just north of the Malibu Lagoon ... according to multiple reports.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the beach and pulled the body from the water before pronouncing the man dead.

Mitchell tried to get Diddy's lawsuit tossed out, but the judge said not so fast ... and ruled that her arguments just weren't convincing enough to stop the case from moving forward.

In the order, dated Sept. 4, the judge specifically noted that Mitchell's allegations were not mere opinion or hyperbole, finding the statements that Diddy sexually assaulted people and secretly recorded sexual partners have "precise meanings that are readily understood."

A juror on the Lindsay Clancy trial says he was disgusted when the lone holdout on the jury once mimicked how her kids were strangled.

Nick Dargie told ABC News that the one man who blocked the jury from reaching a unanimous verdict once took the exercise band used in the murders out of the bag, tied it around a water bottle, and pulled ... mimicking the way the children were allegedly killed.

Dargie said ... "I was shocked. It didn't make any sense to me. We're not here to play detective -- it's not a game of Clue. This is serious."

Packers RB Josh Jacobs Pleads No Contest in Battery Case

Josh Jacobs is resolving the criminal charges in his battery case ... pleading no contest to two misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged violent altercation with his girlfriend.

The Green Bay Packers star appeared in a Wisconsin courtroom Thursday and pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property.
