Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton revealed linebacker Jonathon Cooper is spending some time away from the team after his latest arrest ... telling reporters the team is taking the matter "seriously."

The coach took the podium minutes ago ... and kicked it off by saying Cooper was "excused" from minicamp to work on himself.

Payton said the team has had several meetings to discuss what to do moving forward ... as there is a high expectation when it comes to player conduct. He also stated the club has been in contact with the league offices and local authorities.

A 19-year-old Ohio man arrested for the alleged terror plot against UFC Freedom 250 has been identified ... and authorities say he called out his alleged co-conspirators during an interview with them.

Tycen Proper was collared by federal agents from the Cincinnati division last week ... then snapped a vacant stare mugshot, WXIX reported.

In the federal criminal complaint against Proper, feds say local police received a call on June 10 from Proper's mother expressing concern about her son's actions.

Diddy might be trading a federal prison for a recording studio sooner than expected ... because the music mogul's projected prison release date has been moved up.

The music producer and rapper is now scheduled to be released from federal lockup on February 23, 2028 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

This is an improvement for Diddy ... his previous prison release date was reportedly in April 2028 ... which had been moved up from June 2028.

The report tries to answer some of the biggest questions surrounding his suicide.

Epstein exhibited patterns showing he idealized killing himself, the report shows.

For instance, one of his former cellmates, Nicholas Tartaglione, told the outlet he abruptly asked him one day, "How do you make a noose?" Tartaglione also claimed he once found a noose hidden under Epstein's mattress.

The three suspects reportedly tried to flee after the deadly incident, but they didn't get far before they were captured.

Timothy Hudson, the 16-year-old accused of killing his stepsister, Anna Kepner, aboard a Carnival cruise ship, surrendered to U.S. Marshals after Magistrate Judge Edwin Torres ordered him back into custody.

Hudson turned himself in Monday after Judge Torres revoked the teen's pretrial release, just days after prosecutors argued he should no longer remain free while awaiting trial.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge cited the government's evidence and ruled Hudson poses a danger to both himself and others. In the order, the judge wrote the prosecution's case alleging forcible rape is "beyond clear and convincing" and said the allegations suggest "a level of psychopathy and lack of remorse" that raises concerns Hudson could "snap at any time."

The man who was arrested after Sabrina Carpenter claimed he showed up at her home multiple times is now objecting to her request for court-ordered protection against him ... TMZ has learned.

Sabrina obtained a temporary restraining order against William Applegate earlier this month ... but Applegate is now asking the court to deny the singer's request for a permanent order prohibiting him from coming near her ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Applegate said he did not believe Sabrina wanted the restraining order … and that it was concocted by her team and "brought against Carpenter's will by her employed security group and the Los Angeles Police Department in conjunction with her legal team as an artifact of a military government program's maligned instructions."

He claimed Sabrina's Coachella performances on April 10 and April 17 were "made for and directed at me."

Applegate also alleged that the singer and her family "knew about my presence outside her residence as soon as it began in April."

Jonathon Cooper found himself in handcuffs for the second time in a week after he was arrested Thursday night ... this time for allegedly harassing the woman he was involved in an altercation with during his June 4 arrest.

Jail records show the 28-year-old Broncos OLB was arrested at 10:07 PM ... and booked into the Douglas County (CO) Jail.

It's unclear exactly what allegedly unfolded, but Cooper is now facing four additional charges -- two domestic violence counts, harassment based on repeated phone calls, and violating a protective order -- in addition to the domestic violence and criminal mischief charges he was already hit with by prosecutors.
