Andrew and Tristan Tate have been indicted on multiple charges in Romania.

Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism announced the indictment on Friday ... stating that it stems from an investigation into two British men from the same family, aged 39 and 38.

Local media identified these two people as the Tate brothers.

Andrew has been indicted for trafficking minors, money laundering, sex with a minor, and witness tampering, while Tristan was indicted for complicity.

Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin found himself behind bars Thursday for contempt of court -- and he was reportedly arrested on the set of a Christmas film.

Police busted Bevin while he was playing an extra on the set of the holiday movie production in Bourbon County, KY, according to Louisville Public Media.

The ex-governor was then transported to the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, where he was booked for "contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order." Bevin also posed for his not-too-happy mug shot.

Saylor Hayes' parents were in court Thursday after their 5-year-old autistic daughter was found dead in South Carolina.

During their extradition hearings at a Tennessee court, 70-year-old John Hayes III and 31-year-old Geordyn Hayes both waived their rights to attorney hearings and other extradition hearings.

As you know, they were arrested in Tennessee Tuesday after Saylor turned up dead in the Waccamaw River Monday.

Kroy Biermann Jr. has officially been indicted in Georgia on multiple charges, including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy.

The eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was indicted by a grand jury Thursday on 7 charges ... aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.

According to the docs ... the charges stem from the alleged incident we've previously reported -- where a classmate of Kroy Jr.'s alleges he assaulted her in a gym changing room. He is accused of forcing her mouth on his penis and digitally penetrating her vagina.

The 14-year-old who prosecutors say killed her baby after her father impregnated her is still a victim ... so says the district attorney, who hasn't decided whether to charge her.

The Monterey County D.A.'s Office clarified its stance on the unnamed teenager in a statement Wednesday ... explaining that law enforcement obtained a "Ramey warrant" -- which the D.A. says is a warrant issued by a judge based on probable cause.

Basically, the D.A.'s office says it wasn't consulted before cops got the warrant ... and hasn't made any charging decision yet.

The father of popular TikToker Kirby Johnson is in trouble with the law ... after getting arrested for allegedly being "verbally violent" toward his wife over allegations of infidelity ... this according to cops.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Gordon Johnson was taken into custody Tuesday and booked into the Monroe County jail for two misdemeanors -- simple assault and resisting an officer.

Gordon also posed for a mugshot and, from the looks of it, he's clearly not happy, unlike his playful TikTok persona with his daughter, Kirby Johnson. Kirby is super popular on TikTok where she posts videos about her life for her 3.6 million followers.

"American Idol" alum Antonella Barba got busted trying to score a five-finger discount from a New Jersey Target.

According to NJ.com, AB was charged with stealing from the Target at the Seaview Square Shopping Center in Ocean Township earlier this month.

The outlet reports she was busted trying to make off with less than $200 worth of stuff. Antonella allegedly hid items in a bag as she kept going in and out of the bathroom and dressing rooms.

Kroy Biermann Jr. is asking a judge to release him from jail on bond as his criminal case proceeds ... arguing he's no flight risk and his stellar academic and athletic record is evidence of his good character.

Lawyers for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's son filed documents requesting his release in a Georgia court Wednesday afternoon ... insisting he is a good kid and there's no danger of him fleeing.

The attorney points out Kroy Jr. is "a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement" and is also receiving scholarships for his athletic prowess.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is getting even closer to being a free man ... his prison release date was moved up again!

The music mogul will now be sprung on February 5, 2028, from the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

Last month, TMZ reported that Diddy was most recently scheduled for release on February 20, 2028, which means he's getting more than two weeks shaved off his release date.

Saylor Hayes' mother, Geordyn, was seen in a now-viral video describing her daughter to folks after she allegedly ran away, but avoided any further questions as to what exactly went down that fatal day.

In a video posted online, Geordyn Nichole Hayes is shown telling a group of people about Saylor's tendency to gravitate toward food. She describes the alarming day and says she tried looking through the camera to trace the child's whereabouts, but turned up short.

Geordyn says she's just praying Saylor is somewhere and "fell asleep maybe," while thanking those who have shown their support in trying to find her 5-year-old daughter.

James and Chico DeBarge were arrested last week for drug possession during a traffic stop in Los Angeles -- and cops say they found possible fentanyl and meth on the 80s singing sensations.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... James and Chico were busted on the night of August 27 in Burbank, CA, after police pulled them over for traffic violations.

We're told James was driving a Chevy Tahoe that was towing a Nissan SUV with Chico sitting inside. Our sources say the SUVs did not have license plates and the siblings were not wearing seatbelts ... both of which would be traffic violations.

Dawn Light -- the woman who was arrested outside Lindsay Clancy's trial on Tuesday -- has been arraigned ... and she didn't want to stick around after the proceedings, instead she decided to physically run to her car outside the courthouse.

The retired nurse stood quietly in the courtroom to start Wednesday while prosecutors laid out the case against her ... explaining that security personnel rushed to a parking lot after learning a person may have been filming jurors.

Prosecutors claim officers approached Light and asked if she was taking photos of anyone in the lot ... and they allege she said she wasn't -- she was only waiting for Lindsay Clancy to come out.

The parents of 5-year-old Saylor Hayes have been arrested for allegedly abandoning their child, leading to her untimely death in a South Carolina river, according to police.

Georgetown County Sheriff Carter Weaver announced Tuesday that John Herb Hayes III and Geordyn Nichole Hayes were apprehended in Carter County, Tennessee, and are currently awaiting extradition back to Georgetown.

Weaver said the two were charged with unlawfully placing a child at risk/willfully abandoning a child in connection with Saylor disappearing from a rental home in Hagley Estates on Pawleys Island, SC, and then ending up dead.

A Massachusetts woman was arrested outside the courthouse where jurors have been deliberating in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial ... though police have not said whether her arrest is connected to the popularized case.

Dawn Light was taken into custody Tuesday around 3:40 p.m. outside Plymouth Superior Court, a Massachusetts State Police spokesperson told WCVB.

Light is reportedly expected to face a charge of intimidating a witness, juror, or person providing information in connection with criminal proceedings.

Kim Zolciak has been making in-person visits to her son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., following his recent arrest for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kim has visited KJ multiple times since he was taken into custody. We're told Kim’s most recent visit was Tuesday with her daughter, Brielle Biermann.

As TMZ reported ... KJ remains behind bars following his August 17 arrest over allegations made by a teenage female classmate. Sources tell us KJ is doing the best he can while he remains behind bars.

Famous Dex had the cop arresting him sounding more like a fan ... with the officer marveling over Dex's Las Vegas show before the two actually fist-bumped.

TMZ obtained body cam footage from Dex's August 23 domestic battery arrest, and things get surprisingly chummy when the rapper tells the officer he was supposed to perform that night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
