11:29 AM PT -- Rory McIlroy's manager, Sean O'Flaherty, said in a statement Tuesday afternoon the golfer will not be commenting on Monday's filing, but he's adamant he wants to make "this difficult time" "as respectful and amicable as possible."

Rory McIlroy and his wife, Erica, are headed to Splitsville ... TMZ Sports has learned the PGA Tour star just filed for divorce.

Court records show the 35-year-old golfer submitted the documents in Florida on Monday ... some seven years after the couple first tied the knot.

"Big Brother" star Christmas Abbott is no longer seeking protection from her ex, Memphis Garrett ... but the ex-couple will still keep their distance from each other, TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... Christmas has voluntarily dismissed her petition seeking a restraining order against Memphis ... this after she made claims of domestic violence against him back in March.

We're told the reality TV star moved forward with this decision after Memphis agreed to a no-contact arrangement. While it might seem like they're all good ... they're anything but.

Scott Stapp and his wife are headed for a split, 'cause she's filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The Creed singer's wife of nearly 2 decades, Jaclyn, has decided to end the marriage, according to her rep. The split has been in the works for quite some time, though ... as court records, obtained by TMZ, show Jaclyn actually filed her divorce petition last May.

Her rep says she's faced a long battle in her relationship with Scott and, despite never envisioning divorcing him one day, she's decided to move on.

Benny Blanco was in Vegas this week, betting a few bucks ... and apparently not taking the couple-y pics Selena Gomez posted online ... this amid the Biebers' pregnancy news.

New photos and video, obtained by TMZ, show Benny sipping on a drink and making a few bets at the Wynn Thursday -- right around the time Justin and Hailey Bieber announced they were expecting their first child together.

3:20 PM PT -- We got PK Thursday in West Hollywood at The Henry right on the heels of the news of him and Dorit Kemsley separating -- and while we tried asking how he was feeling ... the guy wasn't in any mood to talk, beelining it for a restaurant -- this while 'RHOBH' cameras were rolling for the new season.

Check out the footage ... PK gets out of his car, and you can tell there's a production going on -- 'cause there's a ton of camera people around, and he's in the thick of it. Again, we asked how he was holding up during this hard time, but he was pretty mum on it.

BTW, PK was going into the restaurant to meet with none other than Mauricio Umansky ... whom he sat and chatted with, only to get frustrated and storm out.

Donna Kelce says she and her ex-husband, Ed Kelce, agreed to stay together 'til after their sons, Travis and Jason, got out of college ... in an effort to give the boys as good of an upbringing as possible.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has already given back her wedding ring to estranged husband Ryan Anderson ... because the piece of jewelry meant quite a bit to him, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Gypsy Rose tell TMZ … she felt it was the right thing to give back the ring -- as it was a family heirloom given to Ryan by his mom. We're told Gypsy Rose left the ring with Ryan when she made the decision to end her marriage  ... along with an apology note next to their bed on March 22.

The note read ... "I'm sorry, you and I deserve happiness."
