Josh Grisetti 'Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' Star Dead by Suicide at 44

Josh Grisetti, a Broadway star and TV actor best known for his work on "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," has died.

Rob McClure, Josh's "Something Rotten!" co-star and close friend, said in an emotional Instagram post that the actor died by suicide on Friday ... adding, “I’m not ready to even attempt to understand. My heart is with his wife and family as they try to deal with the reality of this."

Josh's father, John, confirmed the news -- and tells TMZ ... the family is heartbroken. Josh's body is currently with the coroner ... and an autopsy is expected.

No other information was shared about the circumstances of his death ... but Rob lamented, "Some of my all-time favorite memories were by this man’s side, playing his brother onstage for years, watching him inspire students while transforming the Musical Theatre program at Cal State Fullerton …and having the honor of being the Best Man at his wedding."

Peter Shinkoda -- who appeared with Wai Ching in "Daredevil" -- shared a photo of the pair from the show ... writing in the caption that he "learned every minute from you when we were together on and off set." He added the two will see each other again one day.

United States Senator Lindsey Graham has died at the age of 71, his office announced late Saturday night.

The official social media page for senator Graham posted the statement on X, saying "On the evening of Saturday, July 11, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham passed away from a brief and sudden illness."

The statement continued ... "Senator Graham's family appreciates prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period."

Donald Mantooth, his brother, tells TMZ ... the TV, film, and stage actor died peacefully Thursday in a Ventura hospice surrounded by friends and family. The actor had been sick for several years with a variety of cancers, starting with throat cancer. He battled them as best he could, but the toll it took on his body was just too much, his brother says.

Working in Hollywood for more than 50 years ... Mantooth appeared in dozens and dozens of projects such as "ER," "LA Law," "China Beach," "Baywatch," "Fantasy Island," and "Charlie's Angels."

David Lynch's ex-wife Emily Stofle rushed to court pleading for help … claiming the late director's estate won't hand over a home she says is rightfully hers ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Emily says she worked out a divorce settlement with David in December 2024, and she was awarded an L.A. mansion.

Per the docs, David was supposed to sign all the deed paperwork within 30 days of the deal ... but the famed director died on January 16, 2025, at the age of 78, before he could sign over the deed.

According to an incident report obtained by TMZ ... a woman who identified herself as Darrell's girlfriend told police they "fooled around" right before his death.

She also told cops the two made chicken fajitas and weren't arguing on the night he died.

The woman told police she went to pick up Darrell's granddaughter from work ... and when she got back, she texted Darrell and asked if he wanted her to sleep in the motorhome located in the garage because he was trying to go to sleep.

The Arizona police officer who responded to Darrell Sheets' home immediately knew who the reality star was when he found him dead ... and officers were shocked when they realized what they stumbled upon.

In Lake Havasu police body cam footage obtained by TMZ ... officers are clearing the house after they found Darrell dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. One officer knew he was a celeb, and his fellow colleague lets out an "Oh!" when he fills them in.

The officer, wearing the body camera, was clearly a fan of the show ... because he explained to his partner that Darrell starred on "Storage Wars" with his son ... and the officer even knew the truck they drove to haul away their storage treasures.

2:23 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained body cam of officers arriving at the scene.

Newly released police records are shedding new light on Darrell Sheets' death ... authorities say the "Storage Wars" star left behind a suicide note and had recently argued with his son.

According to the Lake Havasu City Police incident report, obtained by TMZ, detectives found a handwritten note tucked inside a black basket in a bathroom closet near where Darrell was found dead. Police summarized it as reading, "I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling, f*** you [redacted]" ... adding the handwriting appeared shaky.

The report also paints a clearer picture of Darrell's final night. His girlfriend told detectives he couldn't sleep, got out of bed in the middle of the night, and moments later she found him standing in the doorway of his office ... telling her to "go back to bed" before a single gunshot rang out.
