Blacc Sam is singing Jay-Z's praises for honoring Nipsey Hussle on stage ... telling us it was a "monumental" gesture from someone they looked up to since they were kids.

We got the late rapper's brother at LAX on Monday ... and he told us his phone was blowing up after Jay's concert at SoFi Stadium over the weekend in Inglewood, where HOV paid homage to Nip.

Sam says Jay's done so much for him and Nipsey over the years that people just don't know ... from a music standpoint and a business side.

Richard Riehle death has been linked to throat cancer ... TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the "Office Space" actor died from a stroke, with oropharyngeal cancer, a type of throat cancer, listed as the underlying cause of death. The document also reveals Richard was cremated on October 23.

As TMZ first reported ... friends of Richard told us he died of natural causes on October 15 in Los Angeles.

Walter Koenig -- the TV star best known for playing Ensign Pavel Chekov in the original "Star Trek" series -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The late actor's rep tells us ... Walter's daughter, Danielle, and his niece were by his side when he died of old age at his home in North Hollywood on Sunday.

The rep noted his enormous talent -- including his recent win at the 2026 Independent Shorts Awards for his performance in the film "Mr. Fleischmann" -- as well as his larger legacy.

Alan Dysert -- an actor best known for his role on the long-running soap opera "All My Children -- has died ... his wife announced on social media over the weekend.

Michele Dysert -- Alan's wife -- shared the message to his official Facebook on Sunday ... revealing Alan passed away on Friday.

Michele says Alan was a simple farm boy from Illinois who reached the heights of fame ... while also inspiring others as a beloved teacher and mentor.

Eric Bauza was all smiles just hours before his sudden death ... and final photos show the beloved "Looney Tunes" voice actor enjoying time with fans and fellow artists.

The Emmy-winning performer attended LightBox Expo in Pasadena, California, on Saturday ... posing for photos at the animation industry event just one day before he died.

One photo shows Eric grinning alongside several attendees ... and the news of his passing came as a shock to at least one fan, who wrote, "Eric Bauza just passed away, oh my god. That's horrible. I literally just saw him yesterday."

Eric Bauza, the voice behind some of the most iconic characters in cartoon history, including Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, has died.

The Emmy-winning voice actor's family announced his sudden passing Sunday in a statement shared on his Instagram account.

His family wrote ... "Eric Bauza, Emmy Award-winning voice actor and the modern voice of iconic Looney Tunes characters Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, along with dozens of other beloved cartoon characters, has passed away suddenly. More details to come."

Anika Rashaun -- who starred on hit reality shows like "The Challenge" and "The Real World" -- has died from breast cancer ... her friends have revealed.

The TV star-turned-dating coach died on Oct. 1 after being diagnosed with cancer last summer.

Cyndi Rich wrote on Facebook ... "Anika shined so bright. Being close to that light as one of her closest friends was a true blessing. She is a vibrant soul. I’ll love her and treasure the 16 years of memories forever."

Hulk Hogan's estate just offloaded the late legend's beachfront property in Florida ... a little over a year after his tragic passing.

Richard Riehle filmed his scenes for several upcoming movies before his death ... but the beloved character actor never got to see the finished version of some of his final projects ... TMZ has learned.

David Prindle, director of "Made Vicious," tells TMZ ... Richard filmed his scenes in 2023, but he doesn't believe the actor ever saw the final cut.

Paul Cadenhead, director of "Class Clown," tells us Richard shot his scenes roughly nine years ago, with additional filming taking place a few years later. He says Richard's performance is included in the final cut, but the actor never got to see the completed movie.

Ron Duguay -- the former NHL star who was dating Sarah Palin -- is dead after a long battle with cancer.

Sarah announced his death Thursday on Instagram ... saying he died "peacefully" on Thursday "after a hard fought battle with cancer." She says a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

The former Governor of Alaska also wrote, "It's with a shattered heart, but also deep peace knowing Ron is with Jesus now. He fought so hard. Love never ends."

John Anderson, the legendary country singer known for hits like "Swingin'" and "Straight Tequila Night," has died ... according to his family.

The Country Music Hall of Famer's family announced his death Wednesday in a statement shared on his official social media accounts.

"It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and best friend," his family wrote.

They continued ... "To the world, he was a gifted country music singer whose voice and songs touched countless lives. To us, he was so much more. He was the heart of our family, the one who made us laugh, loved us fiercely, and made every ordinary moment feel special."

Julia Stiles brought the '90s nostalgia and the waterworks to the ballroom ... reuniting with her “10 Things I Hate About You” costars to pay tribute to the late Heath Ledger on “Dancing With the Stars.”

Aaron Carter's estate is on the taxman's radar ... the IRS says they're owed nearly $500K in taxes, interest, and penalties.

According to new documents filed by the IRS and obtained by TMZ, Aaron had several unpaid tax balances from 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The 2014 balance is a mere $326.60 ... but the amounts owed get progressively larger -- including $172,538.70 owed between the balance, interest, and penalties for 2021.

Kyle Kennedy -- one of Robert F. Kennedy and Ethel Kennedy's grandchildren -- is dead.

Kyle died at her home in Westwood, Massachusetts, on September 21 ... according to an online obituary.

The cause and manner of death have not yet been revealed.

Kyle was the daughter of Michael Kennedy -- the 6th of Robert and Ethel's 11 children -- and Victoria Denise Gifford, whose father was NFL legend Frank Gifford.
