Eric McCormack and his estranged wife Janet Holden have settled their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported ... Janet was the one who pulled the plug two years ago, filing for divorce after more than 26 years of marriage with the "Will & Grace" star.

At the time, Janet was seeking spousal support and looking to end the court's ability to award Eric spousal support.

3:17 PM PT -- Gerry Turner's disputing Theresa Nist's version of events a bit ... telling TMZ, "I laughed. That’s preposterous."

Gerry Turner seems to have had an exit plan in case his marriage to Theresa Nist didn't work out ... straight-up telling her where he'd hide her body if he killed her!

Nist exhumed the morbid story during an episode of the "Dear Shandy" podcast ... telling the hosts they were out on a walk near his house along a lake, when Theresa says Gerry pointed out a shed to her.

She then claims Gerry said, "That’s where I’m going to hide your body after I kill you and chop you up" -- a statement Nist swears he deadpanned.

It's back to the drawing board for Anthony LaPaglia, at least when it comes to relationships ... because his wife Alexandra Henkel just pulled the plug on their marriage.

The "Without a Trace" star's other half beelined it to court Tuesday and filed for divorce after 7 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Alexandra lists Sept. 11 as the date of separation and she's going with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

10:49 AM PT -- Haley's comments spread like wildfire online ... but she tells TMZ Sports she wants to make it clear she has nothing but love for Matt.

Tori Spelling is on her way to being officially single ... because she just told the judge she and her estranged husband Dean McDermott settled their divorce.

According to new legal docs filed by Spelling and obtained by TMZ, the former couple entered into a written agreement on their property and support issues ... though details of the agreement have not been disclosed. Regardless, all that's left is for the judge to sign off on the deal.

As we first reported, Tori filed for divorce from Dean in March 2024 after the two separated in June 2023. Tori cited the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason she was seeking a divorce.

In the papers, Daniel says, "Sia is an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing safe or stable care for Summi. I am the only safe and reliable parent for our son. I am a doctor, young, healthy, and have no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues."
