The Florida mansion that Red Sox legend Tim Wakefield used to call home has just sold, TMZ Sports has learned.

Our real estate sources say the Indian Harbour Beach estate -- which was first put up for sale some 13 months after Wakefield tragically died from cancer -- netted $3.8 million on Wednesday ... well over the initial asking price of $3.3 mil.

The waterfront palace is stunning ... it features four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 6,242 square feet of living area -- and it comes with all kinds of bells and whistles.

Cameron told us everything -- how he grabbed a few things to evacuate last night, and hit up his estranged wife’s place, before rushing back to save some sentimental stuff.

Adam Brody and Anna Faris are among the celebrities most affected by the wildfires ravaging Los Angeles ... because they both lost their homes to the inferno.

Adam and his wife, actress Leighton Meester, live in the Pacific Palisades, where the first fire started Tuesday morning ... and now their home is reduced to rubble and ash.

Sources close to the reality TV stars tell TMZ ... their Pacific Palisades home burned to the ground on Tuesday as a massive wildfire tore through the celeb filled neighborhood. We're told the entire family was able to safely evacuate earlier in the day to another location but are devastated by their loss.

Spencer was photographed outside his home where he understandably looked upset and in distress as he watched the fire spread.

3:46 PM PT -- The LA County Fire Department has resorted to bulldozing vehicles to get to the inferno and fight the flames.

Pacific Palisades, a celeb-filled neighborhood in Los Angeles, is burning -- a fast-moving wildfire has panicked residents trying to flee to safety, but all the roads are traffic-choked.

The wildfire first sparked around 10:30 AM Tuesday, with the flames spreading to more than 200 acres a little more than an hour later ... according to LAFD spokesperson Erik Scott.

Due to the growing wildfire, many in the area are being advised to either get out ASAP or, at least, prepare to evacuate. It's unclear if any homes have gone up in flames yet, but we got video of at least one scorched vehicle on one major road in the affluent 'hood.
