Barry Manilow shared a recent cancer diagnosis Monday, but he says not to worry ... doctors caught it so early, he won't even need chemo ... just a month of "chicken soup and 'I Love Lucy' reruns."

The 82-year-old Grammy winner posted ... "As many of you know I recently went through six weeks of bronchitis followed by a relapse of another five weeks. Even though I was over the bronchitis and back on stage at the Westgate Las Vegas, my wonderful doctor ordered an MRI just to make sure that everything was OK. The MRI discovered a cancerous spot on my left lung that needs to be removed. It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early. That’s the good news.”

According to Barry, the "bad news" is that his surgery to remove the spot will sideline him from performing in scheduled concerts for January.

Kristin Cabot -- one half of the couple who went viral on social media this summer when they were caught getting cozy at a Coldplay concert -- has confirmed she and ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron are not dating ... and she blames the whole fiasco on alcohol.

The former "chief people officer" for Astronomer opened up about the life-changing ordeal in an interview with The New York Times published Thursday ... she confirmed she is not dating Byron. In fact, they barely have any contact at all. She reasoned ... "Speaking with each other was going to make it too hard for everyone to move on and heal."

Cabot told the NYT she understands she made a choice -- an alcohol-fueled one -- that has now impacted her career. She explained ... "I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss. And it’s not nothing. And I took accountability, and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay."

However, as she and her loved ones -- including her minor kids -- continue to heal from the traumatizing publicity, she is speaking out because she doesn't want her silence to become acceptance, noting ... "I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them."

Rihanna was fan-girling a bit too much for another fan during Mariah Carey's concert in Las Vegas recently ... and things got slightly heated between the two.

Riri was lovin' every moment of Mariah's show Saturday night in Sin City with the others in the packed crowd.

Video shows Riri swaying to Mariah's "We Belong Together," waving her arms and blowing kisses to Carey, who was performing the hit song onstage.

Riri was perched on top of a chair, blocking the view of fans behind her. This created some friction between Rihanna and another person, who supposedly told the icon to sit down so they could see Mariah's performance.

The "Go Crazy" rapper popped the question to his longtime girlfriend on stage at his "Hometown Hero: Young Thug & Friends" benefit concert in Atlanta last night -- and it's all on video! Check out the adorable moment ... he's on one knee as he pulls out a massive diamond ring with a huge grin across his face. The words “Will You Marry Me” are also displayed on the giant screen on stage.

It was a no-brainer for Mariah, who let him slide the sparkler onto her wedding finger. She's clearly thrilled, saying into the mic ... "Guess I'm getting married!" as fans go ballistic in the venue. The moment is sealed off with a kiss.

A medical scare briefly stopped the show at KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas when All-American Rejects frontman, Tyson Ritter, abruptly cut the band's finale mid-song to help a fan who collapsed in the crowd.

TMZ has obtained video showing the band halfway through "Gives You Hell" inside the packed L.A. Kia Forum, when Ritter suddenly halted the music, grabbed the mic, and pointed toward the pit, alerting security that a woman had passed out and needed help.

In front of thousands, Ritter calmly told the crowd to open space and assist her, then added a little holiday improv, urging someone to get the woman "Twinkies or sugar or Christmas gumdrops or pieces of gingerbread houses" to help her. Ritter also called out, "Are you okay?," checking on her from the stage.

Lady Gaga's tour dancer was dancin' till they were ... accidentally off the stage!

The Grammy winner suddenly brought her Saturday night concert in Australia to a screeching halt after one of her dancers fell off the stage as they were sliding on their legs down the runway. It's all on video -- everyone was strutting down the stage as Gaga sang "Garden of Eden." You can see the dancer, named Michael Dameski, glide right off the end of the stage, made slippery due to heavy rainfall.

Gaga immediately stopped the production to tend to Michael and then led an applause as she confirmed he was A-okay. Those at the venue said on social media she stalled the concert long enough so crew members could find him some shoes with better grip.

Taylor Swift broke down in tears while discussing the fatal attack on young fans in the UK last year, just before meeting with survivors and their families.

The vulnerable moment came as she opened up about the horrifying event -- which left 3 dead in the town of Southport -- during her 'The End of an Era' docuseries that began streaming on Disney+ Friday.

Check out the emotional clip -- tears well up in her eyes and her voice breaks as she discusses the Liverpool attack. She cries ... "I’m gonna, like, meet some of these families tonight and put on a pop concert, you know?" She was hours away from taking the stage at London's Wembley Stadium, where she played a record-breaking 8 during The Eras Tour in 2024.

She's then seen walking backstage in her sparkly, bright orange "The Man" outfit -- worn during the first era of her setlist -- breaking down even further alongside her mom, Andrea, who is patting away tears with a tissue.

Aubrey O’Day had a recent medical scare ... and that's the reason she had to skip the Danity Kane reunion show Wednesday in Los Angeles, a stop on the group's comeback tour.

On her Instagram Story, Aubrey explained she was hospitalized after feeling sick all day ... fighting her undisclosed symptoms until she finally had to go to the ER -- saying she was "heartbroken" to let fans down.

The crazed fan who jumped Ariana Grande at Singapore's "Wicked: For Good" premiere was reportedly kicked out of Lady Gaga's concert in Australia Monday night.

Here's the deal ... a fan named Callum Cantrill shared on social media that he and his pal spotted the controversial "super fan," Johnson Wen, at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium and alerted security. Callum said Johnson seemed to be incognito -- wearing a brown wig and mustache -- and was in the VIP early entrance line.

Security swiftly responded ... and there's video of a man looking strikingly similar to Johnson being escorted out of the floor-seating portion of the venue.

Post Malone had himself a lil’ oopsie moment ... dude went flying mid-show during a concert in India -- and yep, fans caught every second of the tumble on video.

Check it out -- the singer was heading down the stairs after his set in Khanapara on Monday when he either slipped or straight-up missed a step ... and boom, domino effect. Next thing you know, Posty’s tumbling backward on his booty down the stairs.

Thankfully, Post bounced back fast -- with a little assist from security -- and was right back hobnobbing with fans like nothing happened ... 'cause, of course, the show must go on!

Gunna's sold-out Wun World Tour stop in Miami welcomed a surprise guest appearance last night -- his good buddy Offset!!!

The two ATLiens have blossomed into quite the collaborators as of late, and Offset sent the crowd inside the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park into a frenzy when he popped out onto the stage to complete his and Gunna's "Prada Dem" duet from Gunna's "One of Wun" album that was released last year.

Offset also stuck around to perform he and Gunna's most recent track together, "Different Species" from Offset's "Kiari" album, which dropped back in August to rave reviews -- as well as his own hits, including "Say My Grace" and Migos' magnum opus, "Bad and Boujee."

Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" about his relationship ... singing about his marriage troubles on a new edition of his album.

The singer-songwriter dove into the issues in some of the 13 songs added to "Play" -- his record that came out in September -- for its deluxe edition.

Sheeran sings, "Inches from movin’ out and movin’ on  ... either in love or we’re insane," on his song "War Game" -- while also adding there's no one above or below the woman he loves and no one else he'd rather be with.

Sabrina Carpenter's "Short N' Sweet" tour might not have been as sweet as fans thought ... she just revealed something about the tequila shot she'd throw back on stage -- she wouldn't know if it was alcohol or water until she was downing it!
