The Menendez Brothers' day in court has arrived ... the convicted killers are attending a resentencing hearing Tuesday, and attorneys on both sides are making their cases with full-throated support from Erik and Lyle's family members in the courtroom.

Tamara Lucero Goodell is the brothers' cousin once removed -- she's the great niece of Erik and Lyle's deceased mother, Kitty -- and she took the stand in the Van Nuys, L.A. courtroom first. She talked about the shotgun murders of the brothers' parents in 1989 ... which occurred just three weeks before her 9th birthday.

Tamara testified she has no concerns about the brothers committing any crimes if they're released from prison. She said she wasn't aware of any alleged abuse from Kitty or Jose -- an alleged detail the brothers are attempting to leverage for their freedom. She recalled once seeing Jose grabbing the back of Erik’s neck during a tennis match.

Kim Kardashian's lawyer in her Paris jewelry heist trial says it was no easy decision for her to testify ... because she's coming awfully close to her alleged robbers in court.

Michael Rhodes joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and told us what it was like inside and outside the French courthouse where Kim gave some powerful and emotional testimony.

Kim's lawyer says it took her some time to decide she really wanted to testify ... and he says it took a lot of guts because in France, the courtroom setup puts the witness super close to the defense ... so close, in fact, that Kim could feel the presence of the men she says robbed her and made her feel like she was going be raped and murdered.

1:50 PM PT -- Jillian Lauren Shriner appeared in court in Downtown L.A. later Tuesday and pled not guilty to both charges.

The wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner was hit with felony gun charges Tuesday ... but, she seems to have caught a break -- because she was facing a far more serious allegation.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman formally charged Jillian Lauren Shriner with felony discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Jillian was originally booked on suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer in the April incident.

As we first reported ... Shriner was shot in the shoulder by police officers after allegedly pointing and firing at them on April 8 -- cops were searching her neighborhood for a suspect in an unrelated crime when she came out of her house with a pistol in her hand to investigate.

Kim Kardashian testified Tuesday in Paris, France in the highest profile robbery trial the country has seen in decades ... and her account of the heist that captured $10 million worth of her jewelry was emotional.

Kardashian took the stand Tuesday and tearfully told the court ... "I absolutely thought I was going to die." She described how two men dressed in police uniforms and wearing masks held her at gunpoint ... as she wore nothing but a bathrobe, fearing she'd be raped.

The two robbers had overpowered a concierge outside her hotel apartment. They tied Kim up and left her in her bathroom during a Paris Fashion Week visit in October 2016 ... then absconded with millions of dollars of loot, including a $4-million engagement ring given to her by her then-husband Kanye West.

TMZ Sports has obtained the police body camera video from Kyle Snyder's prostitution sting arrest last week ... and in it, you can see multiple officers confronted the Olympic wrestling star in a hotel room -- all while he was pantsless.

Authorities say the scene played out just after 8:30 PM on May 9 at a Quality Inn and Suites in Columbus, Ohio ... after Snyder had handed over cash to an undercover police agent and requested oral sex.

The Columbus Police Dept. footage shows several cops barged into his room and placed him in custody for engaging in prostitution.

One of Sean "Diddy" Combs' freak-off videos -- showing himself and Cassie Ventura -- will be played in court, despite the objections of Cassie's attorney.

Prosecutors and Diddy's attorneys went back and forth with Judge Arun Subramanian Tuesday morning about how the video would be played in court.

Cassie and Diddy's defense team don't want the audio or video getting out to the public, so prosecutors proposed it only be played for jurors, who will wear headphones. People seated in the gallery, including reporters, would not be able to see or hear the video.

Kim Kardashian was a combo of business and smiles as she arrived at a Paris courthouse Tuesday to testify against the 10 people accused of tying up and robbing her at gunpoint of more than $10 million worth of jewelry nearly a decade ago.

The reality star rolled up in a black van with her mom, Kris, to the courthouse in the French capital Tuesday afternoon for her big day on the witness stand. After the two stepped out of the vehicle, Kim flashed a grin and waved at supporters gathered outside the building.

For her day in court, Kim was dressed in a black suit jacket with a matching skirt and Alaia sunglasses. She was also rocking plenty of jewelry -- earrings, a large diamond necklace and a huge ring -- which is a middle finger to the people who allegedly stole from her.

Tory Lanez was hospitalized in critical condition Monday after an angry inmate savagely attacked him with a prison shank, stabbing him over a dozen times all over his body ... with the rapper suffering collapsed lungs.

Tory's team says he was stabbed 14 times ... including 7 times in his back, 4 times in his torso, twice the back of the head and once in the left side of his face.

Both of his lungs collapsed and Tory was placed on a breathing apparatus ... though he is now breathing on his own, according to his camp.

1:40 PM PT -- A rep for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirms to TMZ ... Tory Lanez was attacked by another prisoner in a housing unit at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi around 7:20 this morning.

Prison staff dashed to the scene and began administering first aid to Tory after calling 911. Tory was then rushed to a hospital off prison grounds to receive more treatment. The CDCR spokesperson did not disclose Tory's current condition.

This isn't how Tory Lanez wants to get out of prison, but he is -- after suffering a prison yard stabbing so bad, he needs hospital treatment ... TMZ has learned.

Tory was in the yard of California Correctional Institution at Tehachapi Monday morning when another inmate stabbed him ... according to multiple sources, including one in law enforcement.

It's unclear what the motivation was for the attack, but one source tells us Tory was rushed by ambulance to a nearby civilian hospital in Bakersfield.

Cassie is ready to take the witness stand in Diddy's sex trafficking trial ... and it sounds like it may be happening as soon as Tuesday ... at least based on what her lawyer is telling us.

We got Cassie's attorney Douglas Wigdor outside the federal courthouse where Diddy's trial is going down and he told us she will be testifying "in very short order."

Cassie's name was brought up several times during opening arguments and the first day of witness testimony ... including when prosecutors claimed Diddy made a male sex worker urinate in her mouth during a "freak off" she was forced to attend.

After the full jury pool for the federal criminal trial was selected Monday morning -- 12 jurors and 6 alternates -- the prosecution came out swinging in their opening statement, claiming Diddy made a sex worker urinate in Cassie's mouth during a "freak off" sex party.

The feds allege Diddy forced Cassie and another woman to participate in "freak offs" with male sex workers ... and they also claimed Diddy got violent with the women and sexually assaulted his former assistant.

The prosecution's second witness in Diddy's sex trafficking trial Monday was a male dancer who said Cassie paid him thousands of dollars to have sex with her on multiple occasions at different locations, all while Diddy watched and directed the erotic sessions.

The dancer told the jury he and Cassie used baby oil every time they had sex. He also testified Diddy once complained about a lack of baby oil ... telling them to slow down and separate.

Diddy's been accused of a lot of industry hijinks leading up to his trial, but Wale wants his tie-in to the rumors to be dead -- this instant!!!

The D.C. rapper was out in Atlanta on "The Morning Hustle" radio show on Monday when he was blindsided by questions about the story where Diddy allegedly dangled Wale over a balcony by his ankles ... all because he pushed up on Cassie too hard in the studio.

Wale called the story "preposterous" and sounded visibly annoyed ... it's not the first time he's attempted to shoot down this rumor.

Kim Kardashian arrived in Paris, France today on a private plane ... but not for a jet-set luxury visit -- she's set to testify tomorrow in a long-delayed trial, after she was robbed at gunpoint in the biggest jewelry heist in France in decades.

Four dismissed jurors were thrilled to be off the hook -- telling us Monday outside the NYC courthouse it was a huge stress relief and they’re just glad they don’t have to miss work or lose a paycheck over it.

The first witness called to the stand in Diddy's sex trafficking case Monday was the assistant director of security at the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City at Beverly Hills Hotel ... and he was grilled about the infamous 2016 incident between Diddy and Cassie.

The witness, Israel Florez, says he got a report of a woman in distress on the 6th floor around 11 AM and checked the cameras ... and saw Diddy pacing back and forth.
