NFL's Demarcus Robinson Gets Probation In DUI Case

9:51 AM PT -- Demarcus Robinson's attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna of Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP, tells TMZ Sports ... "Mr. Robinson has taken this process extremely seriously by already completing most of the terms of his probation. We expect that his probation will terminate early at the 18-month mark after which his case will be expunged."

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has been sentenced to probation in his DUI case, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court records show the 30-year-old cut a deal with Los Angeles prosecutors this week and submitted a plea of nolo contendere to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A judge sentenced him to 36 months of probation ... and ordered him to pay a $390 fine, records show. As part of the pact with prosecutors, he also must complete several programs, including a MADD victim impact program.

Newly released police video shows Mary Lou Retton flaunted her celebrity status during her arrest earlier this year ... at one point yelling to officers, "I'm West Virginia's First Daughter!"

The run-in with the Fairmont City Police Department took place in Marion County, W.V., back on May 17 ... after authorities said she was driving recklessly.

An incident report stated during a traffic stop, cops smelled booze on her person ... and noted she was slurring her words. It added "a screw top container of wine" was visible in her passenger seat as well.

Mark your calendars ... Sean "Diddy" Combs finally has a sentencing date for his prostitution conviction in his federal criminal trial.

Judge Arun Subramanian just officially set Diddy's sentencing for October 3 ... the same day he originally proposed last week, when Diddy was convicted on two charges of transporting male prostitutes for sex.

Diddy will remain in custody until his sentencing date ... and by that time, he will already have been locked up for over a year ... and his time served will go towards his sentence.

Here's Bryan Kohberger's signed confession to the brutal murders of four Idaho college students ... but his admission of guilt doesn't include an explanation behind the slayings.

Kohberger's copping to a heinous killing spree that claimed the lives of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin -- who were found butchered inside an off-campus house in November 2022 -- admitting responsibility to four counts of first-degree murder.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kohberger admits to murdering his victims with "premeditation and with malice aforethought."

Law enforcement sources tell us the "16 and Pregnant" star was medically designated and committed within the jail system after making suicidal comments behind bars. Our sources say she's also undergoing a detox as she withdraws from drug use.

We broke the story ... Purvis was arrested Monday, accused of distributing a dangerous street drug known as "Tranq" -- a lethal mix of fentanyl and xylazine.

Here's the verdict sheet returned by jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial ... and you can see the check marks for "Not Guilty" on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Jurors reached their verdict Wednesday morning last week after a couple days of deliberations ... and they acquitted Diddy on one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura and one count of sex trafficking of "Jane."

The 12-member jury -- 8 men and 4 women -- only checked "Guilty" on counts 3 and 5 ... which are both transportation for the purpose of prostitution, AKA the Mann Act.

Total mayhem outside a California GameStop this weekend -- three men got into a fight while waiting in line for Pokémon cards ... resulting in one man being stabbed, and cops swooping in and arresting the two suspects.

Watch the clip of the wild brawl that went down Saturday morning in Colma, near San Francisco -- it all kicked off when Miguel OrellanasFlores and Isaiah Calles reportedly cut in line, sparking an argument with the victim. The three men exchanged blows as other people scrambled out of the way.

After the video cuts out, police say things escalated when 49-year-old OrellanaFlores allegedly smacked the victim in the back of the head with a glass Mason jar. Then 27-year-old Calles allegedly grabbed the shattered glass and stabbed the victim multiple times.

Whitney Purvis is in police custody after being arrested for felony involuntary manslaughter involving a fatal overdose ... TMZ has learned.

The "16 and Pregnant" star was busted Monday by sheriff's deputies in Floyd County, GA ... according to online records. The involuntary manslaughter charge is for intentionally distributing a drug called Tranq -- a combo of Fentanyl and Xylazine.

Cops say the Tranq caused the victim -- John Mark Harris -- to suffer a toxic overdose.
