Cops in Orange County got their exercise in to end the week -- they had to chase down a handful of alleged juvenile delinquents accused of jacking a car ... and the video's wild.

Costa Mesa PD tells TMZ ... officers came across a vehicle that had been reported stolen Friday in the middle of the day -- and when they tried initiating a stop, we're told the car didn't come to a stop ... so the police had to give chase.

We're told there was a short pursuit, which ended with the subjects of the vehicle bailing on the car ... and cops having to chase them down on foot -- something captured on camera.

An accused killer went all Jeffrey Dahmer on one of his alleged victims in Vegas --cannibalizing the poor guy's face, so say prosecutors.

The stomach-churning incident was allegedly carried out by Colin Czech, whom police say set his sights on someone named Kenneth Brown at a convenience store on April 28, according to KLAS News, citing court documents and 911 calls.

Prosecutors say Czech was seen hanging out outside the store around 5 AM when Brown, a customer, exited and was immediately tackled. Czech then allegedly sank his teeth into Brown's face and started munching, consuming flesh and devouring an eye and ear.

Mariah The Scientist was arrested and booked in Atlanta Wednesday night ... after a woman told cops Mariah laid down a savage beating for no apparent reason.

According to a Fulton County police report, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, a woman named Cleopatra Dues arrived at the Zone 2 precinct on March 29 and told cops she was attacked by Mariah the night before inside the Cavo Kitchen and Cocktail Lounge.

Dues claims Mariah grabbed her, ripped a wig off her scalp ... and then proceeded to drag her on the table and floor, leaving injuries to her legs and feet.

As if things couldn't get any worse for Michael Porter Jr.'s family -- the Denver Nuggets star's brother, Jevon, was arrested on suspicion of DWI late Friday night ... just days after his sibling, Coban, was sentenced to six years in prison in his fatal DUI case.

TMZ Sports has confirmed .... Jevon -- who recently transferred to LMU after previously playing at Pepperdine -- was initially pulled over around 1:30 AM in Missouri for speeding prior to getting busted for DWI.

Officials are still investigating the incident ... so further information has not been made available at this time.

LMU acknowledged Jevon's situation in a statement ... saying the school is working on getting more details.

Coban learned his fate on April 19 ... after officials said he had a BAC of 0.19 (nearly 2.5x over the legal limit) after running a red light and hitting another car, killing a woman and injuring a passenger in Colorado back in January 2023.

It's been non-stop drama for Porter Jr.'s family recently -- not only did Coban get sentenced to more than half a decade behind bars for his drunk-driving accident, but Jontay was banned from the NBA just weeks ago after an investigation determined he was involved in a major betting scandal.

12:29 PM PT -- Harvey Weinstein's rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ ... their legal team is curious to see if prosecutors can whip up the right witnesses to do this again. He says he believes one of the original complainants perjured herself already ... so they don't think the D.A. has a case.

If they do wanna run it back, though, Engelmayer says Weinstein is up for the challenge ... despite his health issues. He says HW has a renewed glimmer of hope and restored vigor.

Harvey Weinstein is going to be put through the wringer again in criminal court out in New York -- because prosecutors say they're retrying him ... which will happen later this year.

Kyle Richards' daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie's home was hit by burglars last week ... and the thieves ended up taking off with upwards of a million bucks worth of stuff.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LASD Major Crimes unit is handling the investigation for the break-in, which took place at Farrah's house last Tuesday.

We're told thieves got away with sentimental and super-expensive jewelry, Hermes bags, designer luggage, high-end watches, and other luxury goods.

Haley Pullos got thrown into jail this week over her DUI case -- and from the way she looked going into court ... it's almost as if she knew what was coming.

The "General Hospital" star was photographed walking into court Monday -- and she definitely didn't look too happy with what she was about to face. As it turns out, Haley ended up pleading no contest to one of the charges against her ... driving under the influence with .08 BAC causing bodily injury.

Officers at the time claimed they found edibles and mini-bottles of tequila in her car -- and that she showed clear signs of intoxication. Even before this nasty wreck -- which landed the other driver in the hospital -- police alleged she'd been involved in an earlier hit-and-run incident.

Anissa Tinnin was watching the movie version of Taylor's tour with her granddaughter. They were having a great time, singing, dancing, popping M&M's ... when a guy named Joseph Rivera came charging through her front door. Turns out Rivera had allegedly stolen a car and cops were on to him.

Tinnin says she was manhandled, threatened and ordered to turn over her car keys, which she did. She says, "I told him not to hurt us ... I would do whatever he wanted."

8:47 AM PT -- R. Kelly's lawyer Jennifer Bonjean tells TMZ ... "Our fight is not over. We will see review from the USSC (SCOTUS) on the statute of limitations questions at a minimum. And he has habeas remedies at his disposal. And if we win in NY. He will be entitled to resentencing in Illinois. So this story is far from over."

R. Kelly's crusade to make a dent in his lengthy lockup in prison has crashed and burned ... a federal appellate court just upheld his conviction and sentence to cap off the week.

The "Ignition" singer was sentenced to 20 years in prison in his child porn case out of Chicago, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just affirmed that sentence -- this after Kelly tried having it tossed, citing the statute of limitations had passed as his defense.

La condena por violación de Harvey Weinstein en Nueva York ha sido anulada y la decisión lo hizo emocionarse mientras se encuentra cumpliendo su tiempo en prisión.

La representante de Weinstein Juda Engelmayer le dice a TMZ que charló con su cliente dos veces hoy y está muy contento por el fallo de la Corte de Apelaciones el jueves, el que determinó que sus derechos constitucionales fueron violados en 2020 durante su juicio.

Sin embargo, Juda dice que el magnate del cine que actualmente se encuentra en una prisión del norte del estado de Nueva York, solo está cautelosamente optimista por el fallo del tribunal y sabe que tiene un camino difícil por delante, sobre todo porque queda por ver si va a ser procesado nuevamente y cuándo.
