Miley Cyrus is still dealing with the same guy who keeps bringing stuffed animals to her home ... 'cause cops say the dude came back once more, and again left in handcuffs.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the same guy who showed up at Miley's Los Angeles area home and got arrested in January returned Thursday night, this time carrying a teddy bear he was trying to give to the singer.

Miley's dealt with this guy for some years now ... cops say he's Alexander Kardalian and we're told Miley's security recognized him from past incidents and immediately detained him when he showed up on the property around 8:30 PM, before calling police.

A massive LEGO bust went down in Southern California -- and it looks like some alleged thieves got their hands on quite the haul they were trying to hawk ... 'cause the pics are nuts.

Nearly 3,000 boxes of LEGO toy sets were discovered by police amid a massive retail theft bust in L.A. this week ... resulting in the arrest of 2 suspects.

According to the LAPD, the alleged culprits are Long Beach resident Richard Siegel -- who has been arrested on organized retail theft charges -- and Lawndale resident Blanca Gudino -- who was arrested for grand theft.

Saquon Barkley's father, Alibay, was arrested on Wednesday night ... after cops say he was cruising around New York City with a loaded gun in his car.

According to the NYPD ... Alibay was pulled over at around 7 PM after officers claimed the 2019 Corvette he was driving had "obstructed license plates that did not match the vehicle."

During the ensuing stop, cops say they discovered Alibay's ride was unregistered. They also say they found a firearm illegally in the car too.

9:21 AM PT -- The Fairfax County Police Department tells TMZ Sports ... Delonte West suffered a medical emergency as cops were attempting to arrest him Thursday morning.

Police say officers had been trying to serve a warrant on the former NBA star for violating the conditions of his release ... when he took off.

According to the FCPD, during an ensuing foot pursuit, they lost sight of West briefly, before they ultimately discovered him "unresponsive."

A Pennsylvania crossing guard has drawn huge outrage -- this after she was arrested for allegedly giving drugs to middle schoolers and even smoking weed with one of them.

Cops in Delaware County handcuffed 26-year-old Kiara Lee, a Penn Wood Middle School employee, Tuesday ... after reports emerged witnesses had seen her giving children e-cigarettes and weed edibles.

The seemingly never-ending saga of the Amanda Knox murder case in Italy was front and center again Wednesday as she failed in her attempt to clear her name of her last remaining conviction.

This week, Knox returned to the European nation to overturn her 2009 conviction for slander after she fingered the wrong man as an accomplice in the slaying of her roommate, Meredith Kercher.

But, her efforts backfired because she was re-convicted on the slander charge in a Florence, Italy courtroom.

Former Detroit Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew spent part of his Sunday morning in jail ... after he punched and broke a glass door during a spat with authorities inside a Texas convenience store.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the incident happened at around 2 AM at a 7-Eleven in Dallas -- when police say Pettigrew became aggressive during an argument inside the shop.

Sean Kingston has officially been booked in the Broward County jail ... more than a week after his South Florida home was raided by cops.

Louisiana lawmakers have put their support behind a bill that could see convicted pedophiles and child molesters being ordered to undergo surgical castration.

The bill received final approval from lawmakers Monday ... and is now heading to the desk of Governor Jeff Landry, who will make the final decision on whether it becomes a law.

ICYMI ... The proposed law would allow judges to sentence surgical castration, as well as prison time, to someone convicted of aggravated sex crimes -- rape, incest, molestation, etc. -- against a minor under the age of 13.
