Brianna Aguilera, the 19-year-old Texas A&M student who was found dead after the school's football game against the University of Texas, died by suicide according to the Travis County Medical Examiner ... but the family still doesn't believe it.
TMZ obtained the medical examiner's report and it says "the manner of death is best classified as suicide."
In the report, the ME says toxicology testing revealed Brianna had alcohol and Delta-8-THC in her system.
The ME's report references an investigation from the Austin Police Department that found Brianna was last seen alive on the balcony of an apartment building ... 17 stories up and 169 feet above where her body was found unresponsive on the ground.
What's more, the ME says there was no indication another person was involved in Brianna's death ... at least based on the police investigation.
Nancy Guthrie Case Deputy Escorts Pool Cleaners Into House
12:39 PM PT -- Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos tells TMZ ... the Guthrie family requested the cleaners come by to maintain the pool.
Another strange development in the search for Nancy Guthrie ... pool cleaners are hard at work at her Tucson home after her alleged kidnapping.
Several reporters on the ground in Arizona shared video of work trucks from the local company Ambiance Pool Service & Supplies in front of her house. Drone footage posted by MS Now reporter Alex Tabet shows two guys dragging nets through the water in her backyard.

It's unclear why they're doing this ... but law enforcement still has the house locked down -- the tweet above shows at least one deputy escorting the pool cleaners to the front door.
Stefon Diggs Personal Chef Speaks Out ... After Alleged Assault
The personal chef who accused Stefon Diggs of choking her following a Patriots game in December is speaking out after his first court appearance Friday in Boston, saying she's focused on healing as the legal process begins to play out.
Mila Adams shared her statement shortly after Diggs entered a not-guilty plea in the case, writing that she would "never make false claims for personal gain or to damage someone's reputation."
"I did not seek public attention and reported this matter through the proper legal channels. This is an active criminal matter, and I will continue to respect the legal process. I will not engage in rumors, personal attacks, or respond to misinformation on social media, and I will ask others to refrain from spreading false narratives."
Don Lemon Ready to Be Arraigned in Minnesota
Don Lemon has just arrived at a federal courthouse for his arraignment.
The former CNN anchor showed up at the St. Paul, Minnesota court Friday ready to enter his plea, which is expected to be not guilty.

Nancy Guthrie Case FBI, Sheriff Clash Over Evidence?!?
The FBI and Pima County Sheriff's Department may be butting heads over the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case, according to a new report.
The two agencies investigating the Guthrie case apparently didn't see eye-to-eye over where recent evidence that was collected should be analyzed.
Citing a law enforcement source, FOX News reported Thursday ... FBI brass wanted DNA from Nancy's home and other physical evidence to be sent to their crime laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, but Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos denied the request, sending the items to a private lab in Florida for examination.
In response to the FOX article, Sheriff Nanos told NBC affiliate KVOA ... the report was "not even close to the truth," adding that his agency is cooperating with the FBI.
Nancy Guthrie FBI Releases Approximate Height of Suspect ... Ups Reward to $100K
The FBI has a better idea of what the suspect in Nancy Guthrie's disappearance might look like ... and, they've increased the reward to aid in their efforts.
The federal agency posted a statement mere minutes ago ... announcing the reward for information leading to the location of Nancy Guthrie or the arrest and conviction of those responsible for her abduction has been raised to $100,000.
On top of the reward increase, the FBI also announced its Operational Technology Division reviewed the doorbell camera footage ... and the suspect is a male, standing 5' 9" - 5' 10" tall, with an average build. The FBI says he had a black, 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack -- a detail we also ascertained from the video.
Stefon Diggs Calls An Audible In Assault Case ... Changes Lawyer Day Before Hearing
Stefon Diggs is switching teams the day before his arraignment on charges stemming from an alleged assault on his personal chef -- the NFL star has hired a new attorney to help him with his legal battle.
According to court records viewed by TMZ Sports, the 32-year-old has retained Sara Silva of Silva Kettlewell and Pignatelli LLP, moving on from Michael DiStefano. We've reached out to Silva for comment, but have not yet heard back.
Silva has more than 20 years of trial experience and was named the 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Massachusetts by Boston University School of Law.
Nancy Guthrie New Bitcoin Demand To ID Kidnapper

TMZ has received another email from the person who claims to know the identity of Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper ... and the words are chilling.
As we reported, TMZ received an email Wednesday, asking for 1 bitcoin in return for the name of the kidnapper. A single bitcoin is currently worth around $65,000. We monitored the account all day, but nothing was deposited.
Just after 8 AM Pacific Time Thursday ... TMZ received a second email from the same person, who complained, "I am not being taken seriously." He makes some ominous statements in the email ... TMZ is cooperating with law enforcement by not disclosing specifics. One thing he makes clear ... the situation has changed from Wednesday to Thursday.
As for why he wants a bitcoin ... he says he will need money to lay low after identifying the kidnapper for fear of retaliation. He also worries he might be "incriminated like that Carlos [the deliveryman who was detained and released] guy."
He ends by saying this is his final attempt to help.
As of this post, no money or bitcoin has been deposited in his account.

The man in this video -- recorded just 5 miles from Nancy Guthrie's home -- is on the FBI's radar -- TMZ has learned -- and the timing of the video is critical.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the FBI is lasering in on the man in the video, who is both wearing and carrying backpacks ... right around the time of the kidnapping.
The backpack the man is carrying appears to have reflective straps ... similar to the one the apparent kidnapper was wearing as he approached Nancy's front door. It's unclear if the reflectors are on the shoulder straps or the side of the backpack.
TMZ broke the story ... the backpack seen at Nancy's house is a Walmart Ozark Trail Hiker, and that has now been confirmed by authorities.
The man in the new video is trying to enter a locked gate, to no avail. He was recorded on a resident's Ring camera at 1:52 AM.
BYU's Parker Kingston Charged With Felony Rape ... Over Alleged 2025 Encounter
BYU wide receiver Parker Kingston was charged with first-degree felony rape in Washington County, Utah, on Wednesday ... stemming from an alleged incident that occurred in February 2025.
According to jail records, Kingston was picked up shortly before 3:30 PM local time, and is currently being held without bail in the Washington County Jail.
The Washington County Attorney's office said a woman, who was 20 years old at the time, reported an alleged sexual assault encounter with Kingston that she says occurred on February 23, 2025.

Nancy Guthrie Kidnapping FBI Seeking Video For 2 Specific Dates

11:11 AM PT -- In a new statement, the Pima County Sheriff's Department widened the time frame of recorded video they're seeking from cameras in the Tucson area.
The department states ... "Investigators are requesting all video footage that includes vehicles, vehicle traffic, people/pedestrians, and anything neighbors deem out of the ordinary or important to our investigation from January 1, 2026 - February 2, 2026."
The department sent an alert through the Neighbors App to users within a 2-mile radius of Nancy Guthrie’s residence.
Investigators in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case are reportedly asking residents to turn over any footage they may have on their doorbell cameras from two days last month.
The FBI and Pima County sheriff's deputies made the request Wednesday to people living near Nancy's home in the Catalina Foothills, a suburb of Tucson, Arizona, according to TV stations KVOA and KOLD.
The authorities specifically want to view video from January 11 between 9 PM and midnight, and from January 31 between 9:30 AM and 11 AM, the stations reported. The outlets add that a suspicious vehicle was spotted around 10 AM on January 31 on Via Entrada road, which is close to Nancy's home in the Foothills. No description of the vehicle was provided.
Nancy Guthrie Investigation Black Glove Discovered on Road Amid Search
Another possible development in the Nancy Guthrie abduction case today ... investigators have found a black glove in the area where she was last seen that could bring them one step closer to nabbing the masked suspect who allegedly took her.
An FBI agent plucked the glove from the side of a road about 1.5 miles from Nancy's Tucson-area house ... The Post was the first to report the discovery.
Yesterday, the FBI released images and video of the alleged kidnapper, wearing a ski mask, a backpack, and gloves ... which appeared to be black. The person also had what looked like a holstered gun on the front of their waist.

1:25 PM PT -- We got Blake Lively and her legal team walking out of the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan this afternoon ... they all stayed mum. We also got Justin Baldoni leaving the courthouse with a big fat grin.

The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department are homing in on the outfit the presumed kidnapper wore as he approached Nancy Guthrie's front door, and they are on the hunt for who bought the items ... law enforcement sources involved in the investigation tell TMZ.
Our sources singled out 3 items -- the gloves, the backpack, and the gun visible on the Nest video.
We're told authorities are contacting manufacturers and retailers to figure out who may have purchased the items.
BTW ... we've determined the holster in question appears to be polyester, which is typically used for carrying a revolver ... but in this case the weapon looks like a semi-automatic handgun.
