Christine's listened to the jail calls and is NOT pleased, telling TMZ ... "She knows now her calls are recorded and that people have been reviewing them, you can tell how she’s carefully using her words."

Dominic's sister adds ... "And I think it’s sad her mother condones her talking to strange men she doesn’t know. Like I said 100 times, and I’ll say it again till the day I die, that woman needs to tell her daughter to pick up a Bible and beg the Lord to save her soul, NOT WORRY ABOUT STRANGE OLDER MEN. Rebecca Haro is headed to prison for her role in the death of her infant son, Emmanuel ... admitting she failed to protect the 7-month-old and helped cover up the circumstances surrounding his death.

Rebecca pleaded guilty Friday to child abuse causing great bodily injury to a child under 5, involuntary manslaughter, and accessory after the fact, according to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. As part of a plea agreement, she was immediately sentenced to 12 years and 8 months in state prison.

TMZ previously reported Rebecca and her husband, Jake Haro, were arrested after claiming Emmanuel had been abducted in a parking lot. Investigators later determined the kidnapping never happened and alleged the story had been fabricated.

Mackenzie Shirilla's taking her conviction to the highest court in Ohio ... asking the state's supreme court to take another look at her double murder rap.

Shirilla's lawyers filed the appeal paperwork back in April, according to reports ... “there is medical evidence” that Shirilla “suffered from a pre-existing medical condition that could have caused her to black out while driving.”

The appeal claims her attorney didn't properly investigate this possibility initially.

The money manager whom Floyd Mayweather claims ran a years-long scheme, where he stole $175 million, is fighting a prison sentence handed down in an unrelated case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jona Rechnitz was ordered to serve 5 months in prison as part of a case involving allegations of wire fraud … but he is fighting the sentence.

The charges were brought back in 2016. Jona pleaded guilty to honest services fraud and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors on related cases in the hopes of getting a lenient sentence. The case dragged on for years until the codefendants’ cases were resolved.

The messages -- exchanged between Shirilla and Russo, weeks before the 2022 high-speed crash in Strongsville, Ohio -- show the then-teen discussing episodes where she would lose awareness or suddenly black out.

In early July of 2022, Mackenzie texts Dom saying she recently had one of the worst blackouts she's had ... adding she's "scared it's just gonna get worse."

Kenneth Iwamasa was sentenced to 41 months behind bars after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine resulting in death in connection with Perry’s October 2023 fatal overdose.

Back in 2024, Iwamasa cut a plea deal with federal prosecutors ... they were pushing for a nearly 3 1/2-year sentence -- which is exactly what he got -- and argued Iwamasa became far more than just Perry's assistant -- allegedly acting as the actor's drug supplier and injector despite having no medical training.

Gervonta Davis is in the crosshairs of authorities in Maryland who want the star boxer in handcuffs after allegedly violating his probation during an altercation at a Miami strip club last year.

A Baltimore judge signed off on an arrest warrant on April 24, accusing 31-year-old Tank of breaking the rules of his probation, originally stemming from a hit-and-run in 2020, where multiple people were hurt.

The violation occurred, according to local officials, when Davis allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel, at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami, where she was working as a cocktail server, during the early morning hours of October 27, 2025.

Rossel claimed Davis forcibly grabbed her by the neck and physically moved her through the club against her will ... before she was ultimately able to escape, which surveillance video appears to back up.

DeenTheGreat Influencer Boxer Arrested in Florida ... On Attempted Robbery Charge

DeenTheGreat is spending at least some of his Wednesday behind bars instead of on a live stream ... because the influencer boxer was arrested in Miami-Dade County.

According to jail records, obtained by TMZ, Deen -- whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz -- was booked Wednesday morning and is currently being processed at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.

Records show he was arrested on a felony charge of robbery/strongarm/attempt ... with bond still listed as "to be set."
