Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Nicole and Keith are the latest A-listers to become crime victims, now that their Los Angeles-area home has been burglarized.

Our sources say Nicole and Keith were not home at the time, but one of their employees scared the person off.

The new Gabby Petito Netflix doc claims to reveal new details about her case ... but her killer’s parents' attorney is shutting that down, saying it's nothing we haven’t already heard.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Diddy approached her in the club and offered her a drink, and when she initially refused he told her, "Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up."

R. Kelly lost his appeal across the board on his sex trafficking conviction ... but one judge thinks he was ordered to pay too much to one of his victims for name-brand herpes medication.

The disgraced R&B singer argued in his appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York that there was insufficient evidence, certain jurors should not have been empaneled, and counsel was ineffective while questioning potential jurors ... among other things, the docs state.

But after a full review, the appeals court affirmed the lower court's judgment, including an order requiring Kelly to pay restitution to a female victim for her herpes medication.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy blasts NBC for that particular claim because the L.A. County Coroner confirmed Kim's death was from natural causes and there's no evidence of foul play. He's also pissed the documentary amplifies YouTube conspiracy theories claiming it can't be a "coincidence" Kim and others in Diddy's world have died.

Connor Litka was booked into the Broward County Jail Monday night on charges of burglary unoccupied dwelling, resisting arrest and possessing a false ID, according to the sheriff's office. He appeared before a judge Tuesday to face the charges.

During the hearing, Litka didn't seem to understand he has the right to have a public defender, saying he would represent himself. When the judge asked about his highest level of education, Litka said he's a student at Arizona State University, but prosecutors told the court they don't believe that's true.
