Sources close to the reality star tell TMZ .. he's dating a Vegas nurse named Angie Polushkin -- who, at 41, is 18 years younger than him.

The lovebirds are currently savoring the early stages of their relationship during a romantic European getaway -- hitting up spots like the upscale restaurant Jules Verne at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Joy Behar is totally keeping her options open, hinting she might just switch lanes and give the same-sex dating pool a whirl ... eventually, anyway.

On Thursday's episode of "The View" Joy was put on the spot by her pals Sandra Bernhard and Judy Gold -- both members of the LGBTQ+ community -- who asked if she'd ever dabbled with a lady.

The 21-year-old confirmed Arthur as her boyfriend while sharing a pic of him giving her a piggyback ride -- all for a photo diary of her Stanford University graduation for Nylon. She wrote, "My boyfriend, Arthur, giving me a lift post-ceremony."

Later in the evening, Phoebe shared another candid pic of her cuddling up with Arthur, gushing about how he "cleans up nicely."

Kelly Stafford is addressing the "media storm" that followed her confession about dating a Georgia backup QB to make Matthew Stafford jealous ... apologizing to the man some folks THOUGHT she was referencing in the anecdote.

In case you missed it ... Kelly appeared on the 'Off the Vine' podcast earlier this month, where she recalled how she landed her now-husband when she was a cheerleader in Athens.
