Diddy received a 50-month prison sentence just a couple weeks ago ... and we now know the special conditions he'll be facing when he gets out and begins his 5 years of supervised release -- they're chock full of continued treatment for his issues.

The fallen mogul's special conditions of supervision were filed as part of the judgment in his criminal case Wednesday ... and, they include some pretty standard fare -- Diddy must submit to searches, and he can't contact the victims in this case for any reason.

Diddy will have to participate in outpatient treatment programs for drug abuse and mental health issues ... where he will be required to take prescribed medicine, unless a health care provider instructs him otherwise.

Sean "Diddy" Combs had to break some tough news to his 2-year-old daughter after a judge sentenced him to 50 months in federal prison ... and he got emotional when he had to tell her that daddy wasn't coming home as soon as his family had hoped.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Diddy was talking to the mother of his youngest child, Dana Tran, on the phone after sentencing and she put their toddler daughter, Love, on the phone, and the kid asked her father when she could see him and where he was.

Diddy was at MDC Brooklyn ... and we're told he choked up when Love told him, "I miss you, Daddy." An emotional Diddy replied, "I miss you and love you very much, Love."

Diddy's four-year prison sentence for Mann Act convictions is starting to set in, but Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda think he's got it better than most ... the Bad Boy hitmaker can't ignore the fact that he's something close to a billionaire ... can he?!?

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with 50 Cent's G-Unit Soldiers at LAX this week for the full-circle moment, having gotten their take on the Diddy case ahead of the trial.

Now that Diddy's fate is nearly sealed -- barring a permanent prison home -- Yayo and Murda tell us not every convicted felon heads to the bing with millions in the bank ... consider Brother Love blessed!!!

Diddy should serve the remainder of his 50-month sentence in a federal prison as close to the New York metropolitan area as possible ... at least according to the judge who imposed the sentence.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Judge Arun Subramanian stops short of naming a specific prison where Diddy should do hard time and instead says Diddy should stay close to home.

Besides geography, the judge says Diddy should be shipped off to a prison with "any available substance abuse program, including the Bureau of Prisons' Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), for which he qualifies."

Sean "Diddy" Combs is already going straight to the top for a get out of jail free card ... because President Trump says Diddy has asked for a presidential pardon.

Trump was talking to reporters Monday at the White House when he revealed he'd gotten a special request for Diddy.

POTUS said, "I call him Puff Daddy; he has asked me for a pardon."

10/7 12:41 PM PT -- Federal prosecutors just responded to Diddy's request to serve his sentence at FCI Fort Dix and they say they take "no position."

Diddy's got a preferred prison in mind for where he wants to serve out the remainder of his 50-month sentence ... and it's FCI Fort Dix.

Teny Geragos, one of the attorneys who represented Diddy in his criminal trial, fired off a letter, obtained by TMZ, Monday to Judge Arun Subramanian ... asking the court to recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Diddy be shipped off to the low security federal correctional institution in New Jersey.

Diddy's legal team says FCI Fort Dix is the best landing spot for Diddy because there he can "address drug abuse issues" and "maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts."

Prior to his prison sentence, Diddy claimed to be a changed man ... but the true test won't occur until he is out ... 'cause he must say RIP to his party life, Dr. Drew tells TMZ.

As you know ... Diddy got four years behind bars for his transportation for prostitution convictions -- and while pleading his case for his immediate freedom, the mogul swore he was a new man.

Dr. Drew tells TMZ … he truly believes Diddy meant what he said -- he is a changed man who's learned some hard lessons -- but he's facing a major uphill battle if he wants the change to be permanent.

Cassie Ventura is speaking out through her lawyer after Sean "Diddy" Combs was sentenced to more than four years in prison for two prostitution related convictions.

In a statement, Cassie's attorney Doug Wigdor said, "While nothing can undo the trauma caused by Combs, the sentence imposed today recognizes the impact of the serious offenses he committed."

He continued, "We are confident that with the support of her family and friends, Ms. Ventura will continue healing knowing that her bravery and fortitude have been an inspiration to so many."

Sean Combs will call prison home for more than 2 years, and he has a target on his back for sexual and other violent assaults ... this according to his longtime lawyer.

Mark Geragos told Harvey on the "2 Angry Men" podcast ... Diddy faces the same fears sexual predators deal with but worse, because of his celebrity status.

Diddy already got a taste of possible violence behind bars ... his team revealed Friday someone already planned to shank him in jail.

We finally know how much time Diddy will spend behind bars after his transportation for prostitution convictions ... and a sex worker and exotic dancer involved with the case are weighing in on the conclusion.

As you know ... Judge Arun Subramanian ordered Diddy to serve a little over 4 years in a federal prison ... but he's already spent over a year in jail and will get credit for time served.

Sharay Hayes -- the exotic male dancer nicknamed "The Punisher" who testified during Diddy's trial, tells TMZ ... at first, he thought Diddy should've been freed today for time served -- but after hearing the judge's reasoning for several more years behind bars ... Sharay says he concurs.

Diddy has finally received his sentence ... Judge Arun Subramanian has ordered him to serve a little over 4 years in a federal prison.

The sentence came down Friday and it is longer than what Diddy wanted ... remember, his legal team asked the judge for a 14-month sentence while prosecutors wanted him to serve 11 years behind bars. He was ultimately given 50 months.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is speaking at length for the first time in his criminal case, addressing the court at his sentencing hearing ... and he's apologizing to his ex, Cassie Ventura.

Diddy says ... "I want to personally apologize again to Cassie Ventura for any harm or hurt that I've caused her -- emotionally or physically."

He added ... "I would like to apologize to her family. I'm so sorry."

Diddy's defense is back on the mic at his sentencing hearing, and they're claiming he almost got attacked with a makeshift knife inside the Brooklyn jail where he's been detained since his arrest.

Defense lawyer Brian Steel just said Diddy's got a target on his back at MDC Brooklyn, because there are certain people who would gain prestige if they harm him. He then claimed a guard at the jail stopped a man with a shank.

Diddy's been held at the detention center since he got busted in September 2024, and he lives in a room with 24 other men ... surrounded by drug use and violence. Steel said Diddy hasn't slept more than 2 hours in a row since being incarcerated, and only eats bags of chips.

Diddy's camp doesn't have a dry eye in the courtroom as his sentencing hearing plays out ... and even he needed a box of tissues after mostly keeping a poker face on throughout his criminal case.

The Bad Boy Records founder grabbed a tissue and dabbed his eye Friday as his defense played a nearly 12-minute-long video that presented him as a great father and pillar of the community.

The video followed tearful pleas from his six adult children who begged for their father to come home ... and when it was his daughters' turn to speak, Diddy broke down.

For Sean "Diddy" Combs, judgment day has finally arrived as he awaits his punishment in his case following his convictions in his NYC federal criminal trial.

Diddy will be present in federal court Friday morning with his defense team -- led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos -- as well as the prosecutors and, of course, Judge Arun Subramanian.

One of Sean "Diddy" Combs's defense attorneys just broke down in tears in court ... Nicole Westmoreland is getting emotional as she discusses why the mogul has been so important to his community.

Westmoreland says Diddy was a shining example for Black people with his business empire ... pointing to his record label, fashion line, TV network and liquor brand. She says he sent a message and inspired others.

Sniffling and sobbing as part of her emotional plea, Westmoreland said Diddy changed the culture, changed the industry and changed people's lives, "because what people recognized is that if Mr. Combs could do it, then they could do it too."
