Kanye West's ex-executive/personal assistant is adding to her previous claims about the mogul ... claiming not only was she sexually harassed by Ye -- but, she alleges the rapper drugged her at a studio session cohosted by Diddy, too.

Lauren Pisciotta -- who filed a lawsuit against against Kanye back in June claiming he fired her after sending vile sexual texts and and videos -- amended the lawsuit with several new claims ... including saying she attended a studio session with the "Donda" rapper and Diddy.

Pisciotta says she and her former artist management client -- who's name is not in the lawsuit -- were invited by Ye to the session he cohosted with Diddy.

Nick Cannon just made a shocking revelation ... he was just 16 when he went to his first -- now notorious -- Diddy party ... but he assures nothing happened!

Now 44 ... the film and TV star made the eyebrow-raising announcement while chopping it up this week on "The Breakfast Club" when the topic of Diddy came up.

NC and Loren LoRosa both mentioned they had been to a Diddy party ... once the hottest ticket in town -- and now infamous amid the mogul's mounting legal troubles ... but each said nothing nefarious occurred.

Landon Barker is catching some flak online over a recent party ... with commenters blasting him about some Diddy jokes made by others at his 21st birthday party.

Here's the deal ... Landon and his friends celebrated his 21st at Harriet's in West Hollywood ... and eyebrow-raising clips from the celebration have surfaced.

At Harriet's, Landon reportedly ordered bottle service -- and the DJ at the joint sent out servers carrying bottles of baby oil with flashing lights inside ... a clear reference to the federal government's claim more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found in raids of Diddy's homes earlier this year.

We're told one of the servers tried to hand Landon a bottle of baby oil, which he refused.

Sean Combs isn't looking so puffy these days ... and not just because he changed his name from Puffy to Diddy ... he shed a bunch of pounds, but it's not a result of his time behind bars.

Diddy was looking thinner during his appearance in court Thursday and his face looked skinnier ... leading to lots of folks speculating he hasn't been eating in jail. Others thought the criminal case was finally getting to him.

However, sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Diddy lost the weight BEFORE he was arrested by the feds last month, and it's the result of healthy living.

Hip Hop icon Yo-Yo is shocked by the string of Diddy allegations ... she knew the guy back when he was Puff Daddy, and hates the thought of being an alleged victim!!!

Yo-Yo caught up with TMZ Hip Hop at LAX on Thursday and she tells us she believes there's been a mix of both true and fake allegations thrown in Diddy's direction.

She doesn't want to kick Diddy when he's down and hopes for the best ... but also wishes punishments if the worst turns out to be true!!!

Federal prosecutors fired back at Diddy’s attorney in court Thursday, saying he wrongfully accused them of racially profiling their famous client in the TMZ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”

In our September documentary, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the feds were pursuing the criminal case against his client as a “takedown of a successful Black man.”

Agnifilo had said the feds couldn't nail Diddy for anything related to taxes or his business empire ... so they started poking around in his bedroom. In a grand jury indictment, the feds charged Diddy with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Shocking new claim from Diddy and his legal team ... they believe the federal government "orchestrated" the leak of the Cassie beating video to the media.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys accuse the feds of misconduct in his criminal case ... namely, by allegedly orchestrating the leak of the Cassie tape to CNN.

The video in question is from 2016 and it shows Diddy brutally beating Cassie in the hallway of a swanky Los Angeles hotel during their relationship.

Diddy's mother and his twin daughters visited him behind bars in Brooklyn, and the visit was so compelling for his mom ... she broke her silence on her son's legal troubles.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Diddy's mom, Janice Combs, and his teenage twin daughters, D'Lila and Jessie, spent time with him last week at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

We're told the four family members went to a visiting area, where they were able to hug and converse ... under supervision by jail staff.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are livid at Piers Morgan for airing an interview with some vague, but serious allegations against them ... and their attorney is questioning Piers' ethics.

The Carters' attorney, Alex Spiro, joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and we asked him about Jay and Bey's response to Piers' show 'Uncensored' broadcasting an interview with Jaguar Wright, who claimed the couple had more "victims" than Diddy.

Alex says Piers was exploiting the rumor mill by allowing these false allegations to hit the airwaves ... and he says he gave Piers an ultimatum ... remove the claims and apologize, or face a court order to take the interview down.

Diddy is taking another bite at the apple ... trying to get himself released on bond, 3 weeks after he was arrested and thrown behind bars.

The rap mogul's attorneys just filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, appealing the most recent order denying him bond.

In the docs, Diddy's legal team argues he poses no conceivable flight risk ... contrary to what federal prosecutors have been claiming.

Cassie was pushing through with Diddy during their tough years together ... making it seem like all was well in their relationship while onstage with him in Dubai -- before finally calling it quits.

TMZ obtained this clip of Cassie playing along with Diddy during his first-ever Dubai performance in April 2018, and you can see she was doing her best as the rapper performed "I Need a Girl (Part 2)" at the opening night of the now-closed Gotha Nightclub.

On the surface, the pair looked happy, with Cassie glowing as she busted out some moves. She got up close to share a hug with him before making her move way to the edge of the stage.

Diddy's latest accuser -- who's suing him for allegedly raping her and recording it -- tried to get her now-ex-boyfriend to corroborate her claim by paying him 7-figures, according to the ex ... TMZ has learned.

Thalia Graves is suing Diddy and his head of security, Joseph Sherman, for allegedly raping her back in 2001 -- and in the suit, she says she was dating one of Diddy's employees who was shown a video of the alleged incident.

However, TMZ has seen a November 2023 text exchange between Thalia and the man who was her BF, and in it, she reveals she's planning to sue Diddy "because he's the one that has the money."

Big celebrities on the level of Diddy are going to be sued for allegedly helping him carry out and cover up sexual assaults, unless they settle out of court first ... so says attorney Tony Buzbee.

The Houston-based attorney joined us Monday on "TMZ Live," and we asked him what we should be expecting from his forthcoming lawsuits against Diddy ... specifically, if other major celebs would be named as defendants too.

Buzbee says a bunch of famous people everyone has heard of are going to be sued by his law firm in the coming weeks ... and he's already sent out demand letters, giving these celebs the chance to pony up a lot of money to settle and avoid a public lawsuit.
