Nikki Glaser’s Diddy jokes at the 2025 Golden Globes aren’t getting any laughs from two lawyers representing several of the rapper’s accusers.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell -- who represents alleged Diddy rape victim Ashley Parham and other Diddy accusers -- blasted Nikki Glaser for making jokes at the expense of others. Mitchell tells TMZ she hopes Nikki herself has never been sexually assaulted or mocked for it.

Mitchell also pointed out that, as a woman, one would think Nikki would know better, saying that making light of this ugly situation is exactly why so many sexual assault victims never come forward and report their abuse.

Nikki Glaser says the after-party of this year's Golden Globes just won't be the same ... 'cause Diddy's locked up -- and, the baby oil won't be flowing.

The comedian kicked off the 2025 ceremony with an approximately 11-minute long monologue ... and, she couldn't help but make a few jokes about the allegations the rap producer is facing in New York City.

Jay-Z's attorney says there are a bunch of holes in the rape lawsuit against the rapper ... and he's looking to have the case thrown out.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ ... Alex Spiro, the lawyer representing the rap mogul, says he's gearing up to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit against Jay-Z ... claiming the statute "Jane Doe" is suing under didn't even take effect until after the alleged sexual assault ... and can't be applied against the rapper retroactively.

As Jay-Z's attorney puts it ... the statute was enacted in December 2000 -- 3 months after Jane Doe claimed she was sexually assaulted by Jay-Z and Diddy at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Luigi and Diddy are not in the same jail unit at MDC Brooklyn.

Reports surfaced last week speculating Luigi and Diddy would soon be held in the same protective jail unit, but we've learned that's not the case.

JAY-Z Judge Rules Rape Accuser Can Remain Anonymous ... For Now

The woman accusing Jay-Z of allegedly raping her as a teenager just got the green light from a New York judge to keep her identity under wraps ... at least for now.

In legal docs filed Thursday, Judge Analisa Torres ruled the "Jane Doe" accuser can remain anonymous at this point in the case. In the ruling, the judge also called out Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, saying he was being combative and trying to "fast-track" the case.

While Judge Torres did grant the plaintiff’s request to proceed anonymously for now, she noted that things could change as the case moves forward and made it clear that she intends to revisit the issue if and when the case progresses.

Diddy made one of his lackeys set up hotel rooms for intense sex romps called "Wild King Nights" ... complete with drugs, alcohol and sex toys ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued for sexual battery, sexual harassment, sex trafficking and more by a man named Phillip Pines, who claims he worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021 ... and says some of his job duties involved Diddy's alleged sexual habits.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Pines claims he had to set up hotel rooms Diddy used for orgies and drug binges ... and then clean up and try to leave no trace afterwards.

Pines claims Diddy would instruct him to prepare the rooms with red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines.

Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these."

Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit ... and, this time the accuser has included pictures from the party where she was allegedly raped.

LaTroya Grayson -- an Oklahoma woman -- has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, Bad Boy Records and a series of other companies over a 2006 incident where she claims she went to a Combs party, and was drugged and raped.

Here's the deal ... according to the lawsuit, Grayson's sibling won a radio contest through KJAMZ -- a local Oklahoma radio station -- which included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in NYC, and two tickets to attend Diddy's "White Party" in NYC.

Diddy is facing a new rape allegation, one that dates back to before he was famous ... and the alleged victim says it went down during an already infamous NYC event.

The accuser, who's filing as a Jane Doe, says she was attending a December 1991 charity basketball event at the City College of New York, which was co-sponsored by a then up-and-coming producer, Sean "Puffy" Combs.

She and a friend were invited by an unnamed rapper set to appear at the event, she claims in the lawsuit -- when she and her friend arrived, she says the crowd outside was large and getting unruly, and she convinced a security guard to let her and the friend in early.

According to a new suit filed in New York Supreme Court ...the accuser, identified as "Jane Doe," says Buzbee has taken advantage of her since 2018 when they first met during an online conversation.

The woman said the Texas-based lawyer charmed her and convinced her to go out on a date. She says she ventured to Buzbee's hometown of Houston to grab dinner with him before they took in a show.

The star's lawyer Alex Spiro filed a motion Wednesday to dismiss a "Jane Doe" lawsuit against Jay-Z and Diddy ... specifically calling out Buzbee for bringing the legal action.

According to Spiro's motion, Buzbee initially described Jay-Z as a prominent person in the lawsuit without naming him -- Spiro's accusing the Texas-based attorney of demanding money to keep Jay's identity under wraps.

Jay-Z's war with Tony Buzbee is kicking up another notch ... the controversial attorney just filed a lawsuit, claiming Jay's company, Roc Nation, and its high-powered attorneys are conspiring to turn Buzbee's clients against him.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, one of Buzbee's clients -- a guy named Gerardo Garcia -- says 2 investigators approached him at his home, claiming to work for the State of Texas, and told him they were putting together a lawsuit against Buzbee that could "get [Garcia] a lot of money."

Garcia says he recorded the encounter with the individuals, and Buzbee posted a pic last week from from the video.

Diddy's alleged mule, Brendan Paul, is off the hook in his felony drug case in Florida ... because all the charges have been dropped, TMZ has confirmed.

State prosecutors officially dismissed the charges against Paul Tuesday because he completed a pretrial diversion program ... according to his attorney, Brian Bieber.

Meanwhile, federal sources tell TMZ ... Paul did NOT strike a deal with federal prosecutors in the Diddy case.

In fact, the music mogul's so mad, his attorney, Alex Spiro, gave a fiery speech Monday invoking that word multiple times in regards to the new lawsuit against his famous client.

Spiro told a roundtable of reporters at Roc Nation headquarters in NYC that Jay feels the suit makes a mockery of the justice system because of what he calls baseless claims made by his accuser.
