Michael Wright 'Five Heartbeats' Star Busted for DWI

Michael Wright hand-wrapped the NYPD an early Christmas present this morning when he gave them the easiest DWI arrest ever ... by hitting a police car ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Wright -- who starred in the classic movie "The Five Heartbeats" -- was trying to park his 1978 black Rolls Royce in Manhattan when he hit the car that had two officers sitting inside.

We're told the officers went to have a word with Wright and detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. After the field sobriety test didn't go Wright's way, the officers arrested him.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Wright's blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit.

We're told both officers were taken to a local hospital to be checked out after the accident.

Ex-'Amazing Race' Finalist Boozin' at Jason Aldean Show Before DWI Arrest

Jason Aldean's been dragged into another drunken controversy ... because ex-"Amazing Race" finalist Vanessa Macias told cops she boozed up at the country singer's concert before her DWI arrest last week.

According to the San Antonio police report, obtained by TMZ, 32-year-old Macias admitted to cops she drank three vodka sodas at the Aldean concert on Thursday ... then hit up a local strip club with a friend.

We did the research -- the strip club in question features FEMALE dancers ... just in case you were wondering.

As we reported, Macias was arrested around 2 AM Friday morning after police pulled her over and say they detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.

According to the report, cops say Macias was driving erratically on a highway and failed to make a turning signal, so cops initiated the traffic stop. She was arrested soon after on suspicion of DWI.

Unfortunately, the police report doesn't elaborate on the strip club visit.

Vanessa Macias Ex-'Amazing Race' Finalist POPPED FOR DWI

Vanessa Macias -- part of the Dating Divorcees team on last season's "Amazing Race" -- was arrested in Texas early Friday morning for driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

32-year-old Macias -- who came in 4th place on "Race" -- was pulled over by the San Antonio Police Department around 2 AM on October 26. During the stop, officers claim they detected the presence of alcohol.

Macias was arrested and hauled to a nearby station where she was booked for misdemeanor DWI -- and posed for an extremely wide-eyed mug shot.

Macias was released a few hours later after posting $1,000 bond.

A rep for Vanessa tells TMZ ... the former reality star feels extremely remorseful over the arrest.

SueLyn Medeiros Free to Roam L.A. Without Being Arrested

Super hot model SueLyn Medeiros might be wanted by every man in America, but she's no longer wanted by the L.A. county courts ... because the bench warrant for her arrest has been recalled.

As TMZ first reported, SueLyn failed to show up to court on August 17, where she was supposed to prove she had completed her alcohol education program stemming from her 2011 DUI arrest. Due to the no-show, a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

SueLyn's lawyer dropped by the court on Friday and presented paperwork proving she'd completed the program and the judge recalled the warrant.

BUUUUT she isn't off the hook completely -- she's still on probation and has to complete 10 AA classes. The judge gave her until December 24 to do so ... or else.

Calls to SueLyn have not been returned.

'That's So Raven' Star Bench Warrant #3 In Never-Ending DUI Case

Whyyyyyyy does this keep happening? "That's So Raven" star Orlando Brown failed to show up for court AGAIN and was issued a bench warrant for his arrest AGAIN.

Brown was supposed to appear in court earlier this month to prove he had completed the court-mandated alcohol education program -- per a plea deal he struck back in 2011 over his DUI charge from that same year.

But Brown never showed -- and on October 23, the judge issued a bench warrant against him for $26,000. This is the third time Brown has missed a court date.

As TMZ previously reported ... Brown has had TWO other bench warrants issued against him (one in May and one in July), all stemming from the same DUI charge and all for failing to show up in court and failing to prove he'd met his alcohol education requirements.

Here's a thought ... SHOW UP NEXT TIME!!!

Bobby Brown Considering Rehab After DUI Arrest

Bobby Brown's DUI arrest might be the best thing that ever happened to him -- 'cause friends are telling TMZ the singer has finally snapped out of denial and realized he has a drinking problem.

Sources close to Brown tell us ... even though Bobby has been through rehab before, he didn't take it very seriously in the past ... because he didn't truly believe he was an alcohol abuser.

But now, we're told Bobby is extremely embarrassed by his newest arrest ... and understands that his drinking has become a big, big problem in his life.

One source tells us... Bobby is strongly considering checking back into rehab ... but so far, no decision has been made. We're told his friends support the idea ... but they don't want to push him too hard because they know treatment will only be effective if Bobby makes the decision by himself.

Bobby Brown Charged with DUI

Bobby Brown has been charged with DUI ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney just filed the criminal charges against the singer. In addition to the DUI charge, Bobby has been charged with 2 other crimes -- driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device.

The last 2 charges are the result of a prior DUI conviction in 2012. Bobby was also convicted of DUI in 1996.

Bobby was arrested at 1 AM Wednesday. He was pulled over after driving erratically, and cops smelled alcohol in his ride.

If convicted this time, Bobby faces up to 2 years in jail, although it's highly unlikely he'd get that much time.

And one final thing ... Bobby is also facing a probation violation for the prior 2012 DUI.

Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI ... Again

Bobby Brown was just arrested for DUI ... for the second time this year, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Brown was pulled over around 1AM when police observed the singer driving erratically on an L.A. street.

According to law enforcement sources, officers approached Brown's vehicle and detected a strong odor of alcohol -- at which point they asked Brown to get out of his car.

We're told Brown performed a field sobriety test, but didn't do very well -- so he was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He's currently being booked.

Brown was previously arrested for DUI in March and sought treatment for alcohol abuse issues over the summer. He also has a DUI conviction on his record from 1996.

MLB Legend Carlton Fisk Arrested for DUI ... In a Corn Field

MLB Hall of Fame catcher Carlton Fisk was arrested for DUI last night in Illinois -- after allegedly driving his truck into the middle of a freakin' corn field ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

According to law enforcement sources, the New Lenox PD received a call about a car in the middle of a corn field around 7:20 PM.

When police arrived, officers say they found Fisk behind the wheel of his F-150 -- which had a flat tire -- and he appeared to be fast asleep. We're told cops also found an open vodka bottle in the vehicle.

Fisk was placed under arrest on the scene on suspicion of DUI -- and taken to a nearby hospital for a check-up. We're told he refused a blood alcohol test. His car was impounded.

Fisk was released this morning.

FYI -- Fisk's arrest comes almost exactly 37 years to the day when he hit the 12th inning home run that won Game 6 of the 1975 World Series. (You've seen the clip ... Fisk waved at the ball to stay fair).

'Miss Howard Stern' BUSTED For DUI 'I Didn't Know I Hit That Car'

Andrea Ownbey -- aka the reigning 'Miss Howard Stern' pageant winner -- was arrested for DUI earlier this month ... after cops say she drunkenly smashed into another car and didn't even realize it.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ ... 29-year-old Ownbey -- who's been Miss Howard Stern since 2002 -- hit another car on the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee sometime after 10pm on October 8.

A cop who happened to be in the area, claims he heard the accident and rushed to the scene -- only to find Ownbey in her car ... reeking of booze ... and fumbling to put her cell phone back together.

In the report, the cop states, "[Ownbey] was not aware that she had been in a traffic crash."

The officer claims Ownbey admitted to drinking two glasses of wine before getting behind the wheel ... so he administered a field sobriety test ... and she bombed.

And to make matters worse, cops say they found a small baggie of weed in the car ... as well as a weed pipe and a variety of prescription drugs.

According to the police report, Ownbey was transported to a nearby hospital -- where she took a breathalyzer test ... and blew a .178 ... way over the legal limit, .08.

Once she was medically cleared, Ownbey was taken to a nearby jail where she was booked for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and driving while in possession.

We also spoke with the driver of the car Ownbey hit who tells us Andrea came "flying out of nowhere" and rear-ended him HARD. The driver says his Jeep was totaled in the wreck.

We reached out to Ownbey -- so far, no response.

Female Pro Golfer No Jail in DUI Case Involving Married NFL Star

Female pro golfer Rachel Connor won't be going to jail, TMZ has learned -- striking a plea deal after her March DUI arrest ... when she was busted while married NFL legend Eddie George sat in her passenger seat.

A rep for the State Attorney's office in Sarasota County, FL tells TMZ, Rachel has agreed to plead "guilty" today to DUI -- in exchange for no jail time.

As a result, Connor (who takes a damn cute mug shot) is expected to be sentenced to 12 months probation, and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service. Her license is also expected to be suspended for 6 months and her car impounded for 10 days.

TMZ broke the story, 21-year-old Connor was arrested following a golf event, also attended by ex NFL star and Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George. George -- married to singer Tamara Johnson -- was in Connor's passenger seat at the time of her arrest.

George later told TMZ he was NOT cheating on his wife -- Connor was just a friend who offered him a lift home.

Connor tells TMZ, "I made a mistake, one that I will regret for a long time to come and I don't wish to hide from it ... I am extremely sorry for letting [my young fans] down and I promise to lead by better example now and in the future!"

Linda Hogan Busted for DUI

Linda Hogan was arrested yesterday in Malibu on suspicion of DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Linda -- real name Linda Bollea -- was arrested at 1:34 AM Thursday morning and taken to a nearby police station where she was booked and put behind bars. According to the citation, her blood alcohol level is listed as .084, barely above the legal limit in California (.08).

The 53-year-old was released several hours later on $5,000 bail.

An inmate information operator at the jail tells us, she was also booked for driving on a suspended license.

A rep for Linda tells TMZ, Linda sincerely regrets the arrest. The rep claims Linda was on her way home from a jewelry function in L.A. where she drank a glass of champagne on an empty stomach -- in combination with antibiotics that exacerbated the effects of the alcohol. The rep insists Linda was NOT booked for driving on a suspended license.

The rep says Linda was initially pulled over for speeding. It's unclear if Linda was the only person in the car at the time of her arrest.

It's been a rough week for the Hogan family. Linda's ex-husband Hulk Hogan is currently in the middle of a sex tape scandal after footage was released on the Internet yesterday.

WWE Star Cameron Pleads Not Guilty To Driving Drunk In Florida

WWE superstar Cameron is ADAMANT -- she did not drive her car while sloshed on martinis outside the Tampa airport ... pleading not guilty to DUI today.

As we previously reported, Cameron -- real name Ariane Andrew -- was arrested back in August​ on suspicion of DUI. The police report said Cameron was traveling with a male passenger who told cops they had been drinking martinis before getting in the car.

The report says Cameron blew a .20 ... more than twice the legal limit in Florida.

The report also says the WWE diva allegedly offered cops a $10,000 bribe to let her go ... which clearly didn't pan out.

A pre-trial hearing is set for October 23.

Michael Turner Apologizes for DUI Arrest 'It Was a Bad Decision'

Michael Turner has issued an apology to the Atlanta Falcons and their fans for his DUI arrest ... saying the whole thing was a "bad decision on my part."

The star NFL running back addressed the media early Wednesday morning ... saying, "I'd like to apologize to Mr. Blank (Falcons owner), Thomas Dimitroff (Falcons GM), Mike Smith (head coach) and the whole Falcons organization and the fans out there for the situation that I’m in right now,."

“It was a bad decision on my part. I can’t say too much about it in detail right now. I’m just trying to move forward from here.”

As we previously reported 30-year-old Turner was initially pulled over Tuesday morning for speeding ... and during the stop, cops suspected Michael was drunk and arrested him for DUI.

When asked if he would be playing this week, Michael said, "Nobody has told me that I’m NOT playing so, I’m just going to prepare like I am.”

Still, Turner says he's disappointed in himself for putting himself in the situation in the first place -- "I’m just taking it day by day. I’m around the guys right now and they are keeping me encouraged and telling me to keep my head up and take it day by day.”

Michael Turner Atlanta Falcons Star Arrested for DUI

Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner was arrested for DUI early this morning ... hours afters he helped crush Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.

Turner -- who rushed for 42 yards and a TD in the MNF victory -- was initially pulled over in his black Audi R8 around 4:06 AM for speeding ... 97 in a 65.

During the stop, officers detected the presence of alcohol and arrested the 30-year-old NFL star for driving under the influence.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Turner refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.

Turner -- who's in the 5th year of a 6-year, $34 million contract -- was hauled to Gwinnett County Jail ... but was released two hours later on $2,179 bond.

7:11 AM PT -- The Falcons just released a statement saying, "We are aware of the situation involving Michael and are in the process of gathering more information. Because this is now a legal matter, the club will have no further comment at this time.”

Michael Madsen Hospitalized for Flu Symptoms After DUI Arrest

Michael Madsen was hospitalized for flu-like symptoms following his DUI arrest in Malibu yesterday ... sources close to the actor tell TMZ.

As we reported, Madsen was pulled over for weaving through traffic on PCH -- and subsequently arrested after blowing a .20 on a breathalyzer test ... a test Michael claims was "flawed" and incorrect.

We're told the actor explained to police he had been suffering from the flu for the past several days ... and his condition may have had an impact on his driving ability.

Police transported Madsen to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released that same night.

We're told Madsen intends to plead "not guilty" to DUI charges.
