When you think of legendary rock guitarists, Eddie Van Halen immediately pops into your mind ... and so do his equally famous Kramer Guitars -- and one of them can now be all yours ... but only if you have some very deep pockets!

That's right ... the late music virtuoso's striped 1985 Kramer studio guitar is hitting the auction block on GottaHaveRockAndRoll.com starting today, through March 13.

And the piece of guitar history is expected to fetch between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000, with a starting bid of $700,000.

The father of Utah cheerleader Addi Smith called in a welfare check to Vegas cops after not being able to reach his daughter ... hours before authorities discovered her and her mother's bodies, TMZ has learned.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ ... Addi's father, Bradley Smith, called the cops to check on his 11-year-old daughter and ex-wife, Tawnia McGeehan, at the Rio Hotel & Casino February 15 after he hadn't heard from Addi in a while.

Once arriving at the scene, officers initially knocked on the door of the hotel room and called into the room several times without success. When they called Bradley back to see if he thought Addi could be in danger, Bradley told them he didn't believe that was the case and that she "should be safe with her mom," according to the report.

Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, was arrested for DUI in Michigan last week ... and now we have bodycam footage of her bizarre interaction with the cops.

Watch the video ... in the first one, Kim looks totally out of it as she's given a preliminary breath test. She clearly didn't pass the test, because cops immediately started putting handcuffs on her.

Kim doesn't put up a fight ... just asks to let her family know what's going on, which the cops oblige to.

The FCC received a ton of complaints after Jimmy Kimmel made a controversial comment regarding Charlie Kirk ... but a vast majority of them weren't knocking Jimmy.

We've received the complaints sent to the federal agency back in September 2025 through a Freedom of Information Act request to see how many people bashed Kimmel to the government ... and we actually found that a lot more were fans of the star writing in -- alleging censorship by the feds.

Many people argued the government was infringing on the First Amendment by forcing Kimmel off the air ... and they called out FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr for his comments about the talk show host.

Martin Short's daughter, Katherine, has taken her own life ... TMZ has learned.

The 42-year-old died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

LAPD and the fire department responded to her Hollywood Hills home Monday, shortly after 6:40 PM PT, where she was found deceased.

A representative tells TMZ ... "It is with profound grief that we confirm the passing of Katherine Hartley Short. The Short family is devastated by this loss, and asks for privacy at this time. Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world."

A neighbor says "American Idol" alum Caleb Flynn was the model citizen and ideal father ... before the singer allegedly shot his wife in the head.

As we reported ... court documents show Caleb was charged with murdering his wife Ashley in their Tipp City, Ohio, home while their two daughters slept in another room. But one neighbor tells us no one in the town would've seen this coming.

The neighbor calls Tipp City a Mayberry-like suburb where everybody knows everyone else. And in a city that represented wholesome 1950's-era Americana -- Caleb and Ashley were the perfect embodiment of the town's squeaky-clean image.

A woman who claims to have been attending service during the Minnesota church protest covered by Don Lemon last month is now suing Lemon and other protesters, saying she suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the incident.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Ann Doucette claims she was attending a worship service at The Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on January 18 ... when she alleges Don and others "unlawfully interfered" with her ability to "freely exercise her religion in a private place of worship."

Remember ... the demonstration was held in the wake of Renee Good's death and was meant to confront the Cities Church pastor David Easterwood, who is a Minneapolis ICE official.

Doucette is suing for an unspecified amount, claiming she suffered "severe emotional distress, fear, anxiety, and trauma" as a result of the protesters' conduct.

TMZ obtained the report written by the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which detailed why Chelsea’s probation was terminated in late 2025.

Rosie’s daughter was on probation for various arrests that took place in 2023 over alleged child neglect and drugs.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore’s hair salon was ordered to pay more than $80,000 in a battle over unpaid rent and utilities ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered the reality star’s company, Moore Vision Media, to pay $43,988 by late February ... and another $43,988.67 by late March -- for a total of $87,976.

The judge also ordered Kenya’s company to pay around $5,500 a month in rent ... until or unless she ends up vacating.

A couple of weeks after the judge made the decision, the landlord claimed Kenya’s company failed to pay the first installment by the court’s deadline and demanded possession of the property immediately. The court has yet to rule on the request.
