Jenna Jameson's ex, Jessica Lawless, successfully annulled their marriage roughly a year before the former porn star walked down the aisle for the fourth time ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jessica filed a petition to annul their marriage in 2025. Jenna failed to respond, and a judge entered a decree of annulment on April 14, 2025, restoring both women to unmarried status.

Jessica initially filed for an annulment in 2024, claiming Jenna entered into the marriage under false pretenses -- but that case was dismissed. Jenna later filed her own divorce case, though it appears that case went nowhere.

Saucy Santana is sharing his thoughts on the ongoing debate over transgender women competing in women's professional sports ... calling on the WNBA to make a decision.

We got the rapper in New York City and asked him about the possibility of trans women playing in the WNBA ... and he told us, "trans women are women."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the negotiations are "real," and it involves a possible guilty plea to murder, but the twist comes with sentencing. We're told one of the "possibilities" is an open plea where sentencing is not negotiated, but left to the judge after an extensive hearing. That would allow the defense to present mitigating factors -- including Luigi's strong feels about health care and corporate greed that altered his mental state -- that could lead to a sentence more favorable than life in prison.

The implications here are dramatic. When someone is charged in both federal and state court for the same offense and the federal case resolves first, the state cannot prosecute based on double jeopardy. Paul Manafort successfully made this argument in a New York state court when he was prosecuted for fraud back in 2019.

Influencer Damon Darling says he's going to stop filming wholesome content at Walmart after being kicked out of a store in Ohio ... and he thinks some of his older videos are to blame.

Damon joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to discuss the context behind the video he posted, showing a Walmart employee asking him to leave the store, claiming he is trespassing as he attempts to buy random customers' groceries.

To new viewers, it appears confusing as to why Walmart would exile Damon for attempting to do a good deed ... however, according to videos he's posted in the past, he seemed to cause many issues with the store before.
