Minka Kelly is parting ways with her longtime Los Angeles residence ... the actress has officially sold her 2-bedroom bungalow, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the "Friday Night Lights" star offloaded her Laurel Canyon bungalow for a notable $1.34 million Wednesday ... after first listing the property over the summer for $1.495 million.

Despite the cut in price, Minka is still walking away with a decent profit ... as she first picked up the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pad for just over $900K back in 2014.

Drug kingpin Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory is out of prison, but he still has some boxes to check for total freedom ... including supervised release once he finishes out the remainder of his sentence in a halfway house, and restrictions on drug and alcohol use.

Big Meech, who co-founded the notorious Black Mafia Family, has a projected release date of January 27, 2026 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons ... but he won't have the feds completely off his back until much later.

Instead, legal docs obtained by TMZ show Big Meech still has supervised release for 5 years with some special conditions ... namely, participating in a substance abuse program which may include drug and alcohol testing.

The feds are adamant Diddy will menace or threaten witnesses or alleged victims if the judge lets him out on bail, because they say that's exactly what he did in the immediate aftermath of Cassie's beating.

The U.S. Attorney's Office is responding to Diddy's latest effort to get released on bail ... filing new docs to remind the judge what the defendant has allegedly done in the past to obstruct justice.

In the docs, they focus on the infamous Cassie beating video from March 2016 at L.A.'s InterContinental Hotel, where they say, Diddy was hosting a Freak Off.

Huge break in the case involving the alleged attempted murder of fitness influencer Miguel Angel Aguilar ... cops say they've made arrests.

The LAPD announced Wednesday three men have been arrested and charged with felonies in connection to Miguel's September shooting.

TMZ broke the story ... Miguel was allegedly followed to his Los Angeles home by four men, who approached him with guns when he got out of his car and shot him in the face during an attempted robbery.
