Megan Fox is sold on taking time apart from former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly ... we've learned the actress has just purchased her own home -- without the rapper.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Megan and MGK haven't actually been living together for the past year. We're told he bought a house a couple years ago and always had a lot of people over ... which left the "Transformers" star concerned about safety and resolved to have her own space.

Sources say Megan has been bouncing from rental to rental this past year ... but is ready to settle down in one place -- and she's since scooped up a large home, worth about $8 million, in a popular celeb-filled neighborhood in the Los Angeles area.

Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit's house is set to be a little less full ... we've learned the former "Full House" child star's wife has filed for divorce.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ ... Blake's wife, Hye Rim Choi, filed to end her marriage of 5 years from the actor -- who famously played Nicky Katsopolis (AKA one of John Stamos and Lori Loughlin's on-screen kids) on the ABC sitcom.

Hye's filing is pretty boilerplate ... listing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. However, she noticeably did not list a date of separation ... so, it's unclear how long these two have been over.

Jon Voight is calling on Americans to realize the difference between right and wrong ... taking a minute to praise Daniel Penny -- who was found not guilty in the fatal choking of Jordan Neely -- and slam Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer in Brian Thompson's murder.

We caught up with the actor following the big updates in Penny and Mangione's respective New York cases ... and Angelina Jolie's dad made his opinions crystal clear on the highly discussed true-crime stories.

As Voight put it ... Penny should be hailed as a hero, and applauded the Marine veteran for having "the guts" to do what he did.

Gerry tells TMZ that despite his bone marrow cancer, called Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, his daily routine hasn’t missed a beat -- he’s still playing pickleball 3 times a week for 3 hours and walking around a nearby 3-mile lake twice a week.

Gerry says while doctors have advised cutting back on alcohol and sugar, he’s feeling more adventurous and open to new experiences ... adding optimistically, "I get the benefit of living like I’m dying!"

Hannah Kobayashi -- the Hawaii woman who went temporarily missing back in November -- has finally gotten in contact with her family ... TMZ has learned.

We're told a member of the family spoke to Hannah today, and she reassured them she is safe. The LAPD confirmed Hannah has been found safe, and the investigation has been closed.

We knew Hannah was down in Mexico ... with the LAPD confirming she crossed the border after taking a train from Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles.

Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer in the Brian Thompson murder case, was unafraid to let loose and have a good time during his college years ... going wild in a video from his time at the University of Pennsylvania.

In the video obtained by TMZ ... Luigi is seen repeatedly smashing a beer on his forehead before chugging down the alcoholic beverage. Several partygoers hype up Luigi during the party trick ... as he's filmed gulping down the beer.

A source tells TMZ ... the wild scene took place at a massive St. Patrick's Day party -- which explains the number of green shirts in the footage -- at the Ivy League school in 2019.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Megan's close circle has strongly advised her to move on once and for all, noting the damaging effects her on-again-off-again relationship with MGK is having on her amid her pregnancy with his child. Our sources say the continuous cycle of breaking up and reconciling with him is only deepening her distress.

We’re told her close friends have voiced concerns repeatedly over time that he's not good for her health, and have urged her not to go back to him this time.

Luigi Mangione's not on suicide watch after being examined by mental health professionals ... TMZ has learned.

A representative for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections says ... the man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson isn't currently under any psychiatric order at SCI Huntingdon, a correctional facility just outside Altoona.

We're told he was evaluated by medical and psychology professionals as part of the regular screening ... and, no psych order was put in place.

Luigi Mangione's getting his own cell at a Pennsylvania correctional facility, and he hasn't been interacting with other inmates recently ... and, we now know what he'll be eating too.

A representative for the PA Department of Corrections tells TMZ ... Mangione will be held in a single cell -- no roommate locked up with him -- at SCI Huntingdon just outside Altoona.

We're told he's not in solitary confinement ... but, he won't be interacting with other inmates at this time -- so, no hanging out in the rec yard for now it seems.

Luigi Mangione, the charged killer in the Brian Thompson murder case, was living his best life in the months prior to the controversial shooting ... enjoying an action-packed trip to Asia earlier this year.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … they had been on vacation with a friend in Krabi, Thailand, and met Mangione by chance at a Muay Thai fight in April 2024. We're told the trio hit it off, reconnected later to explore the city together and even planned a future road trip.

The source says the group split up briefly when Luigi headed to Phuket, and they made their way to Malaysia. However, the trio did eventually link back up in Thailand, embarking on their planned road trip -- which included stops in Khao Sok and Bangkok.

Former UFC star Nate Diaz has been charged with battery ... after he was accused of striking a Las Vegas nightclub employee in the face during an altercation earlier this year.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged incident took place back on Aug. 25 -- just after midnight -- while Diaz and some of his acquaintances were trying to get into the Omnia at Caesars Palace.

Cops say in the docs witnesses told them that Diaz and his crew were holding up the cashier line ... and when an Omnia guard came to try to see if there was an issue -- Diaz got physical with him.

Justin Baldoni, who directed and starred in the summer hit "It Ends With Us," is taking a moment to thank his fans ... who he says helped preserve the film's message amid a reported feud.

We caught up with Justin in NYC, where he issued a heartwarming thank you to those who hit movie theaters this summer and supported the romantic drama, which tells the story of a domestic abuse survivor.

He noted ... "I just want to say thank you to all the fans. To everybody. Thank you for seeing this movie, for supporting it, for supporting survivors, and for helping us make sure the message didn't get lost. I'm just so grateful."

We caught up with the actor at LAX Tuesday ... Gelman tells TMZ he understands the frustration with healthcare, but made it clear that being fed up with the system doesn’t give you the right to go out and kill someone.

"Selling Sunset" star Chelsea Lazkani may be heading into the holidays a single woman ... if a judge signs off.

In new California court documents obtained by TMZ ... the real estate agent and her estranged husband, Jeff Lazkani, made it clear they were in agreement on being declared single by the court while they continue to work out their divorce settlement.

The estranged couple filed docs Monday and are set to appear before a judge later on Tuesday ... indicating they're one John Hancock away from putting their marriage behind them.

Luigi Mangione left a glowing Goodreads review for Ted Kaczynski's 'Unabomber Manifesto' -- and the possibility it inspired Mangione's alleged murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson is heartbreaking, says the late criminal’s brother.

David Kaczynski tells TMZ he was told yesterday by a friend that Mangione had read the Manifesto ... and it breaks his heart knowing his brother might be seen as a model for acceptable violent behavior.

"It breaks my heart to know in some way – human motivation is very complex -- but in some way, my brother might be seen as a model for acceptable, violent behavior. And in my opinion, there is no such thing" he says.

He explains to us people shouldn’t blur the lines between his brother Ted’s ideas in the Manifesto -- which he believes doesn't necessarily lead to violence -- and his "despicable, hurtful actions," which he says can lead to copycats.
