TMZ obtained this photo of Britney in a black Mercedes Benz G-Wagon outside Lily Pad Playground in the San Fernando Valley ... and folks who where there tell us she was rolling with Paul and two of his children.

We're told Britney, Paul and two kiddos rolled up to the indoor playground Tuesday ... with Paul driving and Britney riding shotgun.

Two dudes in the porn biz got physical on camera at the Adult Video News Awards in Las Vegas -- and we don't mean sexually ... they clashed in a violent incident now being probed by the police, TMZ has learned.

Jay PlayHard, an adult-film content producer, got into a heated argument with porn star Kendra Kox's husband -- who goes by his nickname "Stayready" -- at the January 25 event inside the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, according to police and witnesses.

Cops say the dispute soon turned into a physical altercation ... and it's now a Vegas Police battery investigation.

Wendy Williams' insistence she is not suffering from dementia is striking a chord with her legal guardian ... who's now telling the judge Wendy should get a new medical exam.

The court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, informed the judge overseeing Wendy's case, informing her about Wendy's recent interviews -- including one with TMZ and another with "The Breakfast Club" -- where she said she did not have frontotemporal dementia ... the original diagnosis that landed her in an assisted living facility.

Morrissey, through Roberta Kaplan -- one of the attorneys representing the guardianship in its lawsuit against the makers of the "Where Is Wendy Williams?" series, says during her Wednesday morning interview, Wendy told Charlamagne Tha God she does not want to proceed with a lawsuit against A&E over the Lifetime docuseries that aired last year. The guardian says they were only pursuing the case for Wendy's benefit ... but, now, since Wendy's calling out the guardianship, they're shifting gears.

Candace Sublett and Marisela Aramino, members of the Tarrant County Democratic Party in Texas, are issuing a stern warning as President Donald Trump orders crackdowns on illegal immigration ... noting recent mass arrests could have a dire ripple effect.

The women, who've coordinated rallies in Texas against ICE's increase in raids, tell TMZ ... there's a misconception about who is being targeted, explaining it's not just blue-collar laborers being arrested, but key economy contributors, too -- including teachers, doctors, bank tellers, and engineers.

As Candace puts it ... the raids go against the "fabric of the Constitution," which encourages people to come to the United States of America in order to build a better life.

Lil Xan has been hit with assault and battery charges months after cops say he got physical with a fan during a show in Boston ... and video appears to show him swinging at and kicking the concertgoer.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the rapper has been charged with two felony counts of assault and battery over the incident -- one count for the microphone he allegedly swung from the stage, the other for allegedly kicking the man in the head.

As we previously reported, Boston police were on the hunt for LX after the incident -- which happened in November at the Royale Boston nightclub -- as the "Betrayed" artist allegedly took off after witnesses say he spiked his mic and kicked the person in the crowd in the face.
