Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan are separated, possibly heading for divorce, and his drinking is at the center of the split ... TMZ has learned.

Brittany and the Motley Crue drummer have been living separately for the past two weeks ... according to sources close to the couple. We're told Brittany and other people around Tommy feel like his drinking has gotten out of hand, and while they've urged him to get sober ... Tommy's been resistant.

Although the estranged couple is no longer living together, we're told they are still in communication.

Miley Cyrus is in a good place with her father ... because we're told she's been spending time recently with Billy Ray.

Sources close to the Cyrus family tell TMZ ... Miley and Billy have a good relationship and they have been hanging out.

There were a bunch of media reports last year speculating things were icy between them -- mostly after Miley snubbed Billy Ray in an acceptance speech at the Grammys -- but we're told the two have maintained a good relationship over the years and see each other in person from time to time.

Tish Cyrus is slamming the brakes on all that family feud chatter -- insisting she never hit unfollow on daughter Miley, despite the internet spiraling into full meltdown mode.

TC set the record straight in the comments of her "Sorry We're Cyrus" podcast’s IG on Thursday, saying she had no idea how Miley’s account got unfollowed -- and declared it definitely wasn’t on purpose.

Tish made it loud and clear -- she has zero idea how the unfollow even happened, and swears up and down she’d never intentionally boot Miley from her account.

A couple check-in desk agents got terminated from their gigs with Frontier Airlines after mocking a customer who was trying to check in for his flight ... getting the boot after video of their tense exchange went viral.

Footage circulating online shows a Frontier customer trying to check in at the ticket counter for a flight from North Carolina to Boston ... and things go south when the agents mention a $25 fee to check in with them in person.

The guy balks at the fee and the Frontier employees start arguing, refusing to check him in, mocking him and repeatedly telling him, "And you thought you was gonna get on your flight."
