Chrissy Teigen hopped on Instagram Live Thursday, and revealed what looks like a post-op update of a pretty puffy facial surgery ... causing fans to worry about her.

In a screenshot taken from the live stream, the model appears to be lying in a hospital bed with her chin and head all wrapped up in some heavy bandages and gauze.

It also looks like the author and TV personality has a bit of bruising around her eyes -- which she can barely seem to open.

TMZ Sports has obtained the 911 call related to Gregg Popovich's medical emergency last month ... and it's shedding more light on just how dire the situation involving the NBA legend was.

In the audio, you can hear a man tell law enforcement back on April 15 that Popovich -- who he didn't ID by name on the call -- had just passed out at a San Antonio-area Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Initially, the man said the former Spurs coach, whom he described as a restaurant "guest," was "non-responding" ... though he later amended his words to note that Pop was actually "barely responding."

Billy Joel says he's been diagnosed with a brain disorder ... and as a result, he's canceling all of his scheduled concerts.

The singer announced Friday he is suffering from Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus ... which is a brain disorder where excess fluid accumulates in the brain's fluid-filled cavities.

Billy says his condition has been exacerbated by his recent concert performances ... and he's having trouble hearing, seeing and balancing.

"Today" cohost Sheinelle Jones' husband has died from brain cancer ... and, Jones' team on the NBC flagship morning show paid tribute to him on-air Friday.

Uche Ojeh -- Sheinelle's husband of nearly 20 years -- passed away recently after being diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Edward French, the lead investigator on the case for the Redford Township Police Department in Michigan, tells TMZ ... Skilla Baby -- whose real name is Trevon Gardner -- was driving alone in the 8 Mile and Beech Daly area of Detroit around 7 PM Thursday night.

French says the suspect's car pulled up alongside Skilla's vehicle and fired roughly 25 rounds ... causing the rapper to swerve off the road and crash into a commercial building. The impact left significant damage, creating a large hole that had to be boarded up.

11:20 AM PT -- TMZ obtained the coroner's report from the Parish of Natchitoches ... Latonya Pottain died from "acute on chronic congestive heart failure." No autopsy will be performed, since the death is considered due to natural causes. Pottain was taken from an inpatient medial rehab facility at the time of her death.

Latonya Pottain -- best known for being featured on the reality TV show "My 600-lb Life" -- has died of natural causes in Louisiana, TMZ has learned.

Pottain passed away Saturday night at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center in Shreveport, LA, according to the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office. The coroner tells us the preliminary investigation found Pottain died from congestive heart failure.

Pottain's brother also told TMZ  ... family members visited Latonya at her home Saturday morning, and they noticed she was having trouble breathing. Her brother said Pottain told them she was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, she didn't look well.

Joe Biden is speaking out about his prostate cancer diagnosis and he's thanking his supporters for showing him love in his time of need.

The 46th president jumped on X this morning and posted an uplifting message about his medical condition with wife Jill at his side ... "Cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support."

As you know, Biden's reps announced Sunday that he was diagnosed with advanced stage 4 prostate cancer, issuing a formal statement ... "Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. ... On Friday he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone."

Joe Biden is battling cancer after being diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of the disease.

The former president's personal office announced the diagnosis Sunday in a statement posted on social media ... saying he has prostate cancer and it has spread to his bones.

The statement reads ... "Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone."
