Jessie J just finished her yearly check-up after undergoing breast cancer surgery last year ... and she shared some fantastic news.

In a video on Instagram from the hospital ... the singer admitted she was super nervous for the test -- and that makes sense ... she had a mastectomy and breast reconstruction following an early-stage cancer diagnosis last April. But she got good news.

In the caption, she wrote ... "‼️RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE‼️😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭"

2:44 PM PT -- NASCAR legend Kyle Busch has tragically died at the age of 41.

Kyle Busch is in the hospital, battling a "severe illness," according to the NASCAR superstar's family.

“Kyle has experienced a severe illness resulting in hospitalization. He is currently undergoing treatment and will not compete in any of his scheduled activities this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway," the family said Thursday morning.

"We ask for understanding and privacy as our family navigates this situation,” the family said Thursday morning.

Courtney Stodden is going under the knife tomorrow to scale down her breasts ... and the operation has a lot of significance for the model.

In an emotional Instagram post today ... Courtney lamented how emotionally scarred she is from being married at 16 to actor Doug Hutchison, who was 35 years older. She noted that the ceremony was 15 years ago today. The wedding took place in Vegas, where the marriage was legal with parental consent.

As TMZ reported ... Courtney is downsizing her melons ... and she says of the decision, "For the first time in my life, my body feels like it belongs to me instead of the public that consumed it before I even became a woman."

Vanessa Trump is sharing a concerning health update ... she says she's recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Vanessa made the announcement Wednesday in an Instagram post ... revealing she's already had a surgical procedure performed.

She says she's working on a treatment plan with her medical team and is "staying focused and hopeful."

Nikki Exotika went to the hospital for an emergency heart surgery ... and it turns out she had more blocked arteries than doctors thought.

According to her mom, Myrna, the '90 Day Fiancé' star was supposed to have triple bypass surgery, but ended up needing a quadruple bypass instead -- AKA four of her arteries were blocked and needed grafting.

Mama Myrna said her daughter was in surgery for 7 hours and had about 25 people working on her ... adding that her daughter had to be put on a breathing machine until she was able to breathe better on her own.

Jason Collins -- the NBA's first openly gay player -- has died at 47 years old after a battle with brain cancer, the league announced.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver released a statement on the loss ... saying, "Jason Collins’ impact and influence extended far beyond basketball as he helped make the NBA, WNBA and larger sports community more inclusive and welcoming for future generations."

"He exemplified outstanding leadership and professionalism throughout his 13-year NBA career and in his dedicated work as an NBA Cares Ambassador," he added. "Jason will be remembered not only for breaking barriers, but also for the kindness and humanity that defined his life and touched so many others."
