A Wheat Hill Mobile Home Park resident tells TMZ ... she's fed up with police using the community for these operations ... saying cops are bringing potentially dangerous people right to their doorstep.
She says she's glad arrests are being made -- she just wants the prostitution stings moved somewhere else.

According to online records, someone named "D Cory" paid Jed's fees after he pleaded no contest to a couple of misdemeanors in Ohio.
"D Cory" appears to be Dan Cory ... the CEO of Nickel Group, a security and risk management firm that protects San Francisco 49ers executives and team members. Dan's LinkedIn says he's the Chief Security Officer for the 49ers ... and the team announced last August it was hiring his firm.

The Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force says Jed used the alias "Joe," asked for an address, and agreed to pay for full-service sexual activity ... before he was ultimately arrested for engaging in prostitution.

Wheat Hill Mobile Home Park posted on its Facebook page ... "I just got off the phone with the Chief of Police for East Palestine, Chief Weingart. According to the Chief, Jed York was arrested in the park because that's where he happened to pull over."
The statement goes on ... "According to him, they were not using addresses in the park as part of their sting operation. This news of this arrest in our quiet community is just as shocking to us as to the rest of you."
York was busted in East Palestine and booked into the Columbiana County Jail before posting $5,000 bond.
The case moved quickly from there ... prosecutors amended the original engaging-in-prostitution count to misdemeanor disorderly conduct before York pleaded no contest Monday.
York also pleaded no contest to possessing criminal tools -- a misdemeanor.
